The facility was filthy. Located in a bad area and inhabited by sketchy customers. The room I was assigned was filthy. The bathroom commode was full of a brown substance..the bottom of the lavatory was filthy like a mop had been squeezed out in it. I picked up my bags and left

My room was very large about the size of a studio apartment. The location was very convenient. Right next to a McDonald's that stayed open 24hrs for them late night cravings. Walmart and other retailers were within 2-3 miles and there were a handful of other restaurants withing the vicinity. I dont know why the rating is so low I didnt have any of the problems other guests complain about.

Kenner is a sweet spot for an easy stay when you want to experience the Jefferson-Orleans Parish area. Many of the hotels are just off I-10 making it convenient to other cities surrounding it such as Metairie, Chalmette and New Orleans, which is a quick 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Everything you'd want (food, shopping, bowling, bakeries, parks etc.) is just around the corner or a mile or two away if you stay in the area around the Louis Amstrong International Airport.

Kenner is a busy area but traffic generally flows well.
Kenner is a busy area but traffic generally flows well. The main streets lead to shopping centers, entertainment and dining. Not far from a really nice Mall and of course a short drive to New Orleans. We ate at to numerous places to list but I can honestly state I never had a bad meal or bad service. Make sure to arrange your exploring after the morning and before the evening rush hour, that can be a challenge. All in all, Kenner is a user friendly place and it does help if you have a MAPS or Google maps on your cell phone. Lafouniere Park is a great place to walk and visit the bird sanctuary and get some exercise and fresh air.

It really sucks when you check into a hotel and get slammed with fees that are unexpected. There is a charge for parking at the hotel that they don't tell you about. When you check in they tell you about it but it is to a third party that controls that. So when you book your stay online, you can't get refunded if you refuse to pay for parking. Overall it sucks. Pay a little more and stay at a better place.

The hotel was nice, but the sewage smell in the bathroom was horrible. I was on the 3rd floor, and the noise level was very loud that night, and disturbed my sleep. I called the front desk about the disturbance, but the noise level continued.

Rude people.
Rude people. Went to a graduation and everyone was getting escorted out by security and police. People was screaming at everyone. Very unsafe. Traffic is dangerous and unsafe. Roads are designed strange. Very wasteful for gas. Forces you to take U- turns

Only spent the night on our way to a cruise.
Only spent the night on our way to a cruise. We did walk down to the convenience shop located a block away to pick up some chicken for supper. There food was delicious and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Staff were very service oriented, facility was very clean, inside and out. AC was nice and cold, and easy to adjust. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Distribution of lights in the room was appropriate. The cookie at check the in is always my favorite, and having the nut free option made our whole day! Although people were in the pool and in the hallways, we could not hear that in the room, which was nice. It was a very peaceful stay. We did not eat at the property, but noted they had a great selection.
The hotel was a good option to stay in New Orleans outside of the more expensive French Quarter for one night when one arrives very late in the evening. Getting an Uber on the next morning to downtown was not a problem at all.
The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave me several suggestions where I could get a late dinner which was great. I like the Southern kindness and the way everyone treats you like an old friend.
everything was neat clean the breakfast was good. The staff was extremely nice and I like the location and the restaurants near the hotel.. everything was neat clean the breakfast was good. The staff was extremely nice and I like the location and the restaurants near the hotel.
We chose this hotel because it was located heading out of New Orleans, which is where we were going the next day. It was located very conveniently for that. The hotel had a posted quiet time in the lobby.
Absolutely fine for a one-night stopover after a day of travelling. Reasonably priced, the hotel shuttle comes every 20 minutes or so to the airport terminal to pick guests up, and the room was clean.
The hotel was great the shuttle from the airport was awesome and the front desk lady when i checked in i cant remember her name but her accent when she spoke drove me nuts. I will be back in January
We had a long layover night at the airport and stayed just for one night. The room was large, nice and comfy bed. The hotel was close to the airport which was what we needed.
