The hotel was easy to find.
How big the rooms are and how close it is to the freeway
Need more premium channels
Near the freeway
everything is dirty
hotel staff did accoommodate at check in. I requested to change rooms they helped. need fresh linings they came to my needs. hotel staff rated at +3
Rooms was really run down, old, towels dirty, bed covers soiled, had no water to shower. smoking rooms was very stinky and dirty not worth the price or even think of booking at this.. " NO TELL MOTEL" sorry but.. I booked for 2 nights but hardly sleep that night next morning cancelled second night moved to another hotel. I rate this mootel/ Hotel/ Inn a -3
The staffs were friendly.
Located in the shadier part of Fresno. I arrived at 8pm and felt really uncomfortable as a solo female traveller, especially after I saw two men staring at me as I walked into my room.
Was there to rest and I never heard a noise
Loud prostitutes and homeless people outside at all hours of the night, stained rooms.
Very Clean Large room Staff very accomidating Near Zoo and other attractions
Hookers peddling their trade right out side the complex.
staff was hard to understand. motel is in bad part of town and it is an old motel.
The manager tried to amend what wasn't addressed in the first place.
Asked for bottom floor room to accommodate my spinal stenosis as stairs can be a challenge. I was originally booked with an upstairs room. The room I was changed to was not ready. I indicated there would be 2 of us and we were only given one set of towels.
Staff very responsive to toilet that wouldn't flush and also very mindful for anything we might need. Deny's was just a couple of blocks away for late diner and breakfast.
Definitely not family oriented neighborhood. Lots of people walking thru the parking lot, one even peeked into my van I was standing just a few feet from it. Some illegal solicitations from woman of the night on street corner and in parking lot.
people at front desk were friendly
poor neighborhood ( but all low cost motels are located in the same area). prostitutes, conflictive people in front of motel. dirty room, hairs in bed and bathroom
Great Customer Service Large room and bathroom Microwave and refrigerator in room
The neighborhood left a lot to be desired No coffeemaker in room
the manager was concerned
that we have went down too the office three times to tell them that the ac in the room was not working and only blowing hot air we checked in a 2pm and no one came to check the room till 11pm and even then no solution was made
Spacious room, close to freeway and gas station.
Cockroaches in bathroom, dirty bed sheet, slow wi-fi. Nobody was in the office when I was leaving early in the morning.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Big rooms. Good strategic location, free parking.
Dirty rug and sheets in the room, the room smelled bad. I did not dare to touch barely anything. Cigarette burns and dried white marks (...) on the bed linen. Bedbugs! I found 2 and one bit me. I was afraid of the neighborhood, did not seem to be good company there. I supported the door with a chair to feel more safe during the nigth. Bad WiFi reception.
The have lost my reservation, I was lucky to found a Room available. The man from the Front Desk speak an english difficult to understand. The Linens from my bed were not clean
There is a brothel ! Really nasty and sometimes even scary. There is definitely not safe area!
Looked completely different in the pictures!! The gentleman at the front desk messed up our info so check in took longer. Located across the street from an apartment complex so there was noise all throughout the night. No pillowcases on the pillows!! Lounge chair was so dirty my friend was tempted to move it outside so we didn't have to look at it. She went to heat up cheese bread in the microwave and the power went out on that entire side of the room. No soap, no lotion, and it was definitely not worth the price I paid. Such an unprofessional environment. Our ice tub was from the embassy suites! 0/10 would not recommend.
Close to major freeway,fridge, microwave.
Poor wifi signal dirty pillow cases.
All clean and neat! Good service!
The Wifi did not worked!
The Wi-Fi was fast and staff was polite.
Sheets and towels were dirty and stained.
The staff was nice. If it weren't for the housekeeper and her husband we would have left. They put us in a show room.
The area is the red light district of the city. I must have seen a live episode of Cops 2 times a day while I was there. My kids who are older walked across to the store and we're stopped by the police (we had been there less then 12 hours). I would say you get what you pay for and in this case it's true. My family and I didn't feel safe. The first room we were shown looked like it had a prison bathroom and the bathroom door looked like someone's head was put through it. That's why we were pit in a SHOW ROOM.
It twas cheap
Little sketchy outside...
