Air conditioning worked great
Except for the location all things were good.
The motel stay in a dirty district of L.A.
location and price
Good price, spacious room. The floors were hard wood. Recieved my deposit back with no issues. The young lady and older guy with her that day were so nice! You can tell they wanted to make sure we were comfortable.parking was free
The rooms were very motel like so expect to get just that. The area seems really scary at night so we never went out past 10.
I liked the clean item, it is good and they clean every day.
I didnt like the bath room, there is no hangs to hang your clothes. We faced a hard time when taking shower.
Value for money Spacious rooms Clean towels
Showers were uncomfortable. The neighborhood was quite edgy. It didn't offer any of the amenities necessary for a two-night stay. Sheets were a bit smelly and the towels very scratchy.
The staff was courteous, prompt to resolve a issue and gave me a small refund.
Pillows were paper thin, the bedding was stained and very worn. The towels were also stained and thin. The area in general was terrifying.
Room was clean
Old Style room/furniture - need to refurbish.
Location was good. Staff is nice. We got there very late and in just few minutes we had our room.
Position centrale Wifi TV
That it was remodeled and updated.
Flat, thin, pillows. Window faced ally.
good quality of beds did let us sleep very well. Localtion with various shopping and food opportunities around
lady at reception was unfriendly during our arrival. The people on the other days were really nice and as we know it from other hotels.
Close to my work venue. Food with-in walking distance. Pleasant stay. Owners went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Would here again when I am back in town.
Great location !!! Walk to the beach and downtown, ideally situated close to freeway access but not noisy day or night. I will make sure I return to the Travel Inn.
Staff was nice and accommodating. The room was bigger than I expected, included a fridge which was nice. It's close enough to get to downtown, west Hollywood, k-town, just by taking the streets.
It gets really stuffy in the room if the ac isn't on. My last night there, the staff that cleaned my room earlier that day did not provide ANY towels, so if you book this come prepared with towels. I actually forgot to bring my own, when I usually do anyways. No closet to hang clothes. Parking can be a bit tight, I almost hit a short pole while backing out had I not noticed it.
The price was right. Room was also very nice for the price. Good amount of space. Big bed that was comfortable enough. The shower was normal size but a standard shower head would have been preferred. Not a big deal though. Mini fridge worked great. Turned it up and it froze my water. The A/C worked very well. Big plus for that. They provide soap and lotion in a neat dispenser by the sink. They also provide shampoo/conditioner and body gel in the shower. Free parking in a lot.
Bed bugs. My room didn't appear to have any on the bed but this place definitely has them. One night I found a dead one on my tank top when I got up at night to pee. Must have been in the blankets or something cause I checked and there was no more under the blankets, mattress, bed frame, or on the floors. Another day I found one crawling near the bathroom early in the morning. We never got bit but just finding them was very unsettling. It made us paranoid and sleeping became kinda hard. Every little thing woke us up. Cleaning staff didn't do so great a job. Floors always had hair or dirt or stuff on it. One day I returned and a dead fly was on the floor when there was no fly in the room when I left. The towels they provide are rough and dry from overuse. One night the cleaning staff removed all the towels including the floor mat towel for the shower and didn't replace them. Good thing I brought some towels just in case. The bed bugs is the only real problem negative. The rest weren't really big deals.
The location is def what I'm looking and I like the hardwood floor as it's newly remodeled. New fridge.
Poor poor wifi as it kept disconnecting. When we pulled out the sheets we saw unknown hair inside and we were pretty sure they aren't ours. The hardwood floor seems nice but when I wore my glasses I saw hairs on the floor which shows they might be neglected to clean them or didn't even clean.
location, in Westlake
Staff was courteous. The room was clean. It was nothing special, but okay for a one night stay. It was convenient for the area that I was visiting.
The person staying in the room above me was walking back and forth all night. I could hear it clearly and it was hard for me to sleep.
The bed was very comfortable, solid comfortable mattress. Very roomy. Very clean. Excellent TV and location. Very good bath and shower. Hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Outstanding parking place on the premises. How
There was nothing I did not like. All was very good.
