Location WiFi although expensive was reliable friendl staff clean room
small double beds
Location was generally good, though the area becomes slightly seedy at night. Good-sized and well-furnished room with fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Superb coffee shop - Green Nature Coffee House - 100 yards or so to the right when exiting - perfect for breakfast!
The only downside were the reception staff - OK, they were pretty efficient but a smile now and again wouldn't go amiss!! Room cleaning staff were fine.
Location, comfort, new furniture, in room safe, comfort bathroom, refrigerator and microwave in room
We had to pay (6$ per day) for very poor quality wifi, staff was not so friendly
We enjoyed the location, very close to Times Square, a little far from the nearest subway station.
The staff's attitude was poor, the clerck at the front desk didn't even bother to stand up to welcome us because we arrived a little early. We had to take a shower with our flip flops on as the bath was dirty.
not valuable, no servic.
I stayed at the travel inn , for the comic con covention . It was a great location. Close to the javit center , and close walking distance to all the top broadway shows. Restaurants . And a cvs right across the street . The housekeeping staff was excellent. I am looking forward to staying there again in the near future.
Con was a little to much noice . Couldn't sleep much . My children did but I am a lite sleeper . But that's ok grab my earphones. And slept like a baby . But it's to be expected . In a busy tourist area . I would stay as I said again.
Convenient and cheap parking at $20 per day. They allowed us to extend our parking for a very good rate and as we could keep our bags in the car, we could park early and leave late after check out. We will be back!
they need to get better shower heads. water pressure sucked.
Location to City Centre and Pier
Were not keen on keeping our suitcases between stays for a week
The staff was nice and accommodating. They let us check in early and kept our luggage after checkout.
The rooms really need updating and the bed was tiny. I thought we booked a queen, but this was definitely not a queen. I would not recommend to anyone just based on size and outdated features. The mattress was even outdated. But if the price was right, I would stay there again.
I liked the vending room, the deli café next door, and the size of the rooms. Good bathroom and shower facilities etc
Air con which we couldn't work out how to switch off for ages - very cold.
Positives: -Close enough to Times Square (far enough for some peace) -Economical (for NYC) -Staff very attentive to fixing our plumbing issue by replacing the tap (at 1 a.m.!)
Negatives: -Condition of room (run down) -On the eve of our arrival, shower was not working and there was no cable… -Cleaning was in varying degrees: great one day, incomplete the next
Two big beds in very sizeable room, very clean, good location. Diner next door was handy, free luggage store.
Had to pay for wifi $6 per day.
It had a lft
No breakfast no coffee maker in the room bed was lumpy poor nights sleep
They had affordable parking and they were located close to Times Square. It was old but well taken care of and offered the best deal around. The cafe next door is super convenient and budget friendly. Also with the police station across the street, you feel safe.
Good location,very clean and comfortable
Great location in the heart of Manhattan for affordable money.
Very noisy, no coffee machine in room
Convenient, clean, a nice no-frills place to stay.
No water in room.
The water pressure of the toilet and shower. Location.
Bed was too small. Noise levels were incredible. Staff was not friendly at all. On Saturday night, the tv went out and there was screaming in the hallways. I thought there was a terrorist attack. Can hear traffic going by. Room was smaller than a cruise ship. Not worth $250+ per night. Bed squeaked and wasn't confortable at all. Only gave 2 pillows.
Helpful staff. Neat rooms. Comfy beds. Good location.
Internet is subject to the fee and it disconnects all the time and signal is very weak. No breakfast.
Not anything in particular just it was good to stay and nice comfortable place but again no central heating
No Central heating and made me sick as I caught a severe cold and cough
Stayed one week for a business trip. The hotel is in walking distance to the pier, central of manhatten and exhibition hall, all the hotel staff are nice and helpful, a small food court provide nice breakfast just downstairs and CVS shop in 2 minutes walk distance. There is small pool in the 3rd floor, a great location for business trip and tourist
No kettle in the room but there is a microwave, the room I stayed is facing a rail so noises some times but it doesn't matter
Super location in a new refurb room excellent
