Size of room. Cost.

One of the mattresses needed replacement.

Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water, towels , complementary shampoo, soaps, and lotion. Desk clerk was polite.

Room poorly maintained. Several acoustical ceiling tiles hanging free , separated from the ceiling. The wooden frame of the night table broken and not functional. Floor tiles around spa tub broken and loose. We cleaned the spa tub ourselves, removing hair, and body scum (clearly apparent floating on the water with the first attempt to fill). However, We did not request another room, thinking how could another room be any better maintained? ( the overall appearance of the facility is of old age.

They did well to give you most of what is needed in your room, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer etc. I think this would be good for a family vacation, with kids, but for a business person, no. Also they allow pets, so if you have allergies, as I do, not good. Non smoking smelled like smoke to me.

The location was loud, fire station near by? Blankets were not sufficient and old, was cold and the wall heater was broken, bathroom floor was dirty, furniture old. Didn't feel comfortable there, felt at ease. For the price it was okay, but next time, I will pay the difference and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed there 3 times so far. My daughter goes to school jn the area n very convenient!

We always stay there when we visit my husband's family.

They need to upgrade their chairs, desk and upholstered.

Bed's were comfy and the staff very friendly.

No Airport shuttle

Very nice desk clerk - unfortunately I have forgotten her name. Cheap and close to airport. Easy and prompt shuttle service.

Facility is in need of repair and upgrade. Cracks, old finishes, not up to code.

The spa tub in the suite was marvelous!

First l like the services the boy l meant on the day l arrived. First impressions mtters.The room were l stayed was bad odour free. The environment was quite and cool . Infact generally the service was 100/100 they the droped me at the airport for free because l had no car.

The towels.

Room was very small...no place to hang clothes. Free Breakfast? When you went into the very small lobby there were a couple of tables accomadating about 12 people comfortably...Out side waiting to come in were about 20 people and many who like me walked off. There was no "breakfast" just some fruit, coffee and toaster waffles.No resturant on premises. What a disapointment. I won't be going to Travelogue in the future.

The room was very dirty. Curtains filthly--2 inches of dust under he table. Couch was broken as well as the doors to the tv cabinet. Was supposed to be a KING bed--but it was 2 twins pushed together, so it was like sleeping in a big hole in the middle of the bed Door to bathroom got stuck--couldnt open it and had to wait half hour for front desk help This was a $25 a night room Really disgusting--to the point this is the first time that I felt I had to respond to a questionaire First time I booked with you

Our room was neat and clean and the staff was courteous and helpful with any questions we had. Would have liked to see a better varity in the complimentary breakfast,but all in all, it was a good deal for our money.

Our stay was for two nights in late June. We were delighted with our stay. The staff at checkin were friendly and helpful. The room was a King room and had a jacuzzi which we hadn't expected. Bed was fairly comfortable with many extra pillows. We were going to be in and out so often that we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, so we can't rate the cleaning staff, but the room was nicely cleaned prior to our arrival. Towels were plentiful as well. There was a large pool and served us well as temps hit 97 degrees the second day. Not a lot of cable channels or newer flat screen tv, but we were in the area for some family get together events, so we didn't watch much tv anyway. The room was large had a large comfortable chair with a desk and straight back chair, a small table top refrigerator, and small microwave. Easy accessibility from front or rear entrance to motel. The motel was directly under the approach path to Albany airport, at least on the days we were there. But, we only noticed this when we were outside at the pool. When we were in the room with the air conditioner running we didn't hear any airplanes coming over ( not that the a/c was louder than it should be ). Bathroom could use some updating, as well as the furniture, but was fine for the length of our stay. So, all in all, the motel might be aging, but we would stay there again.

Our reservation was made 2 months in advance through booking.com but hotel neglected to register us when they received the booking. Luckily there were rooms available when we arrived. On phone call to customer service remedied the problem.

I was very very disappointed in my stay at Travelodge. I travel frequently and I would never trust that hotel again. My room was not clean and was poorly stocked with towels and pillows. When I asked for help at the front desk, althought the young lady was nice, she was not able to help me at all. Apparently housekeeping service was closed for the day and they lock and leave the premises leaving no access to anyone if they need something. When I arrived my room was switched because they overbooked which is never a problem for me. However, maid service was in there when i checked in late and they did not do a very good job of cleaning. The room was dirty. I booked two rooms for that stay and one turned out to be a smoking room and i asked for non smoking. That room was dirty and smelly. So, I was not happy at all with the money I spent to stay at that establishment.

We a a huge, sunny room that was well located to our travels.

We must have been close to an airport, but the overhead plane travel was soon overlooked.

Non propreté des lieux, beaucoup de poussière sur les rideaux, tapis sale...etc

פינת אוכל לחוצה במקומות ישיבה ואוכל מינימלי ביותר...

Tres grande suite et très grande piscine bien entretenues...

J'airéservé à partir d'un resto pour le soir même et quand je suis arrivée une heure plus tard on m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible et qu'on ne pouvait pas respecter la réservation; j' ai dû leur montrer la confirmation de la réservation sur mon IPad et insister beaucoup pour qu'on m'accorde la possibilité de loger dans une suite... Au même prix que la chambre que j'avais réservée... Mais ça a quand même pris 20 min. Pour régler ça? La douche indépendante ne fonctionnait pas ni la cafetière

The nightly rate was cheap. Free breakfast.

I asked for A non smoking room and when I walked in it smelled like an astray

This was a very cost-effective and comfortable place to stay. Their Shuttle service to the airport was great. The staff was friendy and accomodating.

very dated. needs some money invested in updates
