service and staff was good bed for cleaning maid TV was not bad.area was good.
air conditioning was poor. Needs to be updated. Bathroom shower was terrible definitely needs updating other than that it was alright.
Easy access to and from the city
Need more towels for shower,
It's old ,smelled, dingy, the staff was rude I'll never stay there again!
It was ghetto they need to remodel put new air conditioner on
The facility was cleanend and in a good location.
The staff does not have good customer service. There was a problem with booking and the staff did not resolve it in a proper way at all. Their attitude made the problem worse.
The room was reasonably clean. The front desk lady was extremely hospitable and went out of her way to accommodate our every need. She got us extra pillows, a blow dryer, and reopened the pool after she'd locked it up for the evening.
The room was very small, no king size beds. Wi fi didn't work, no breakfast included.
Location was ok.
1. only one way in or out of facility. 2. vehicles bottomed out upon entrance & exit of driveway. 3. rooms were not as clean as they should have been. 4. hallways reeked of cigarette smoke (going to non-smoking room).
It wasn't clean, dusty, shower dirty. Next time I want stay there.
location was ok.
The room was in need of update of everything from floors, tv, doors, drapes, shower, and most of all bed and linens. AC was loud and didn't cool the room even on highest setting. Ice machine wasn't working. The bed was the worst one I ever slept on, and only had two thin pillows.
The Laughlin river run and the fresh air outside of the hotel.
The hotel hallway smelled like urine and hot water didn't work in the shower. And for that I paid $255 to stay there. No wonder why they were the only rooms left. And they took advantage of us. The hotel was as disgusting as the price.
Location. Accessible. Parking lot and near gas station. Check-out was fine.
Check-in was slow, not able to find name. Room smelled musty & like stale water. Not enough pillows on bed. Bathroom not cleaned well. Water pressure in shower very poor. Pulled Kleenex from box and the board holding the box completely came off the counter. Repaired promptly, but did not clean-up after, dust and screws on floor. No iron/ironing board or hair dryer in room. Also missing do not disturb sign, requested, but never received.
Near the gas station for food and drink.
The workers were very rude. Holes in the towels.. shower pressure was horrible. Pool was dirty. Our ice machine in our building was not working. The web site said continental breakfast. We only got it on Saturday and Sunday and it was day old pre packaged pastries and weak coffee. We asked for towels for the pool and we were told "no" we would have to wait til next morning when we got our room cleaned... WOULD not recommend this place.....
it was quiet. still close too lauflin
Bathroom in very poor conditions. Water leaks shower/water backup no coffee in rooms or refrigerators.
Staff worked very hard to accommodate the guest.
The hotel is very out dated for the price. The bed is dirty. The bathroom has pubic hair everywhere. I did'nt even sleep the whole night, i felt like something crawling on my legs.
It was quiat and calm. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
The look is poor. The pool area is too little and ascetic.
old only had 2 sets of towels per room. Had to go down and get more in am just to shower up. We had 2 rooms with 4 people per room. No bfast, no coffee in room or at office.
Lady in office was very nice. We couldn't get into their parking lot because our auto didn't have clearance to go over a large bump at parking lot entrance. So, she put us up at their "sister motel" next door - The Good Night Motel. Ratings above are for The Good Night Motel. The whole building needs a very large clean up and fix up.
Dark dingy halls. Vinyl coming up in bath. Toilet shut off valve stuck when stool flushed. Dirt in corners and along floor/wall joints. Every light was unplugged. Lamp cords didn't want to stay plugged into the receptacles because receptacles were worn. Soap for wash basin and shower were very small, difficult to grasp and very thin - broke into small pieces when trying to lather up wash cloths. Towels and wash cloths in rooms were very old and thin (and grimey) - just plain nasty, as the gals put it. Bed pillows were small and didn't smell too clean; although pillow covers appeared clean. No hair dryer, alarm clock or coffee pot in room. No coffee pot or continental breakfast in lobby. And all this for $75 per room. This place we would rate below ANY of the low cost motels you see advertised. Would not stay here if it was the only one with rooms available!!
I didn't like anything about the travelets inn, bullhead, az
I didn't like the staff. They had horrible customer service. The two nights that I stayed there my A.C. turned off in the middle of the night and the room was hot. I called to complain the male hung up on me. I had to shower in cold water the first day,so I complained and the lady told me that sometimes the hot water works on the cold side and doesn't tell her customers unless they complain about it. There ice machine didn't work because they would unplug it. It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and I will never return and I would not recommend ever!!!
Staff is real nice
