the bed was comfortable

on a noisy ,busy street. right next to apartments and student housing. Heard music playing into the wee morning hours.Very old and in need of updating.Right next door to a 7/11 convience store.No way to get across the busy street .without walking over a block 1/2. Found a small metal shaving in our bed.It poked my husband.Will never stay there again. Booked for 165.00 and paid an extra 17.00 in taxes. Totally not worth it...

The motel was close to the centre of town.

The motel was located on a very busy street. The walls here were thin so if there was a noisy crowd you would hear everything. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Staff paid attention without being bothersome. Food and stores nearby. Room had a comfortable balcony.

It was exactly as i hoped it would be.

Smallest room I've ever booked. Basically was decorated in a 50s style since the 50s. Value was good, but I don't think it deserves two stars, only one. If it had just a one star, I wouldn't have booked it, despite the low price.

The staff was very friendly when the door to my room would not lock. They promptly moved me to a new room and stayed until I verified the door would lock when I closed it.

It was very pricey for the size. The "continental breakfast" was pastries (muffins cut into quarters) and orange juice. On the first night, something in my room bit me. Showerhead had multiple setting that once I got it to change, made the water either scalding or freezing. The shower temperature would fluctuate anytime someone in the hotel would flush a toilet. There was no pool, even though when I searched for a hotel in this area, it was stated that it had a pool.

It was very handy to the U of O and restaurants. It was quiet and we enjyed the balcony on or room. For the money it was one of the better places we have stayed.

We found the beds to be a little on the too firm side for our liking.

I have stayed there before, over 10 years ago when I first moved to Eugene, and the motel was much cleaner this time. It was very obvious that the new managers spent time sprucing up the place, and it made for a much more enjoyable stay.

great price for a decent room in a great location

bathroom was a little small … not enough power outlets in the room (had to charge phone in bathroom) … too much furniture made the room seem cramped

It was very conveniently located near the activities that were the reason that we were visiting Eugene. The room was clean and quiet and served our purposes for the trip well.

The price that Booking.com told me would be the "Final Price" was not actually my final price. Even though my paperwork said that it would be my final price a 20% "tax" was added to the charge for my room. I was fairly annoyed by this unexpected surcharge that was not listed or warned about anywhere in my booking paperwork.

Have stayed there before. Good price.

It was far from sparkling.

Excellent location and the staff were incredible helpful and friendly. We went down for the marathon and the manager even dropped us at the start at 6:30 in the morning. Great place to stay as you can walk to everything quickly, good restaurants nearby and close to Hayward Field and the university.

It looked to me to be family owned and the young man at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very nice. Price was low. Location is safe and convenient-- this motel felt safe to me.

It was too noisy and smelled very bad in the room. Large trucks outside; doors slamming. Very thin walls and the carpets really need to be replaced because of the overpowering smells of urine and Lysol. Bed was fine--firm and well kept. Room was damp and dank; heater/A/C smelled too bad to use. Doors lead right outside so you're not really insulated from noise. Plenty of people are ok with some noise from cars, but if I were the owner I would soften the noise from door slamming by placing felt on doors, and I'd replace the carpets too.
