Excellent price, location and convenience!
Facilities are quite old.
If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash before getting back on hwy best price , no frills but your basics !
wiifii fridge sux. NO HEAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was close to everything, price was good for weekend, we had refug and microwave, friendly people, home style look outside. large bed, 11 am check out.
you can hear trains all night( not for sound sleeper) neighbor sounded like they bounced off wall and it shook the whole room, shower head short and midget size(too low).step into shower was knee high so not for handicap at all. the room was crowded with a lot of furniture in a small room, smaller TV needed , Sign said no pets but I saw pet in the morning being walked to potty. Air conditioner in the closet, wall heater loose. Room 102
when we arrived at this facility the person at the desk informed us that he had relocated us to another nearby facility.
We disappointed with this even though it worked out well for us. We had had a very long drive and were very weary after getting lost getting there,
on a very cold night there was no heat provided.
location of motel was where i needed to be. half way between my two destanations.
no light in shower, wooden floor weak and rotten room was crowed no space to move around!!!
the price and location
the room was too small for the bed
location was ok...
i don't think they whased the bed linen...me and my friends were sleeping in our clothes to avoid the contact with the sheets...we stayed there during our 14days road trip. We slept in 12 different "budget" motels/hotels but Travellers Inn set the new "standard" of budget hotel. Apart from the cleanliness, the shower was in complete darkness. There was a light in the bathroom itself, but not enough to take the shower in the evening, with no daylight sun. Horror. Would not reccomend to anyone.
Good location for passing through and for an American-Motel-Experience.Get on your way to the Canyon early and use the desert view side for entrance, this may save you the fees as it is not occupied till 7:30 at least :)
The soap dispenser was dirty on the outside. Be aware that the trains pass close to the motel and can be quite loud (but that applies to all motels on this street)
I liked the part where I left. I liked that the roof did not leak in the rain.
Staff unavailable in the morning, odor gloominess.
Nice sized room with a fridge and tv. Really friendly staff and a comfortable bed! Didn't pay much for a 4 night stay over Labor Day weekend. Trains were loud but not loud enough to wake me up at night and I'm a light sleeper!
Basically you get what you pay for and the shower was dark and a bit hit and miss as it got really hot for no reason a couple of times.
it was clean. only good part
small, railway is near by so u can not sleep room has only one yellow bulb. it was smelling wearied
Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked fine. It was cheap, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Would be fine for one person just traveling through and needing a cheap place to sleep.
Room was dark and there was hair in the shower stall. Shower head was at about four feet. Carpet seemed old and dirty. Curb appeal is lacking.
Wifi worked great
Railroad nearby meant a poor nights sleep
Location and helpful staff. This is located a 20 minute walk to down town flagstaff. My room had an excellent step-in shower. No bathtub for anyone who might require such. I like that you park right outside your room door.
Everything is outdated. I expect this with the reasonable fee they charge.
most every thing
The price and location can not be beat. It is a nice looking small hotel of about 24 rooms with plenty of room for parking even if you have a trailer. The rooms are small but comfortable.
There is old water damaged baseboards and sloppy paint job. The sink was cracked and poorly repaired. There was no hand soap creating an overall impression was one of being unsanitary.
no ice machine wi fi went out of work during the night
Actually this hotel would be OK and good value for your money, but the bedbugs... Only one floor, nobody makes noise upstairs, the price is OK, the bed is comfortable, the AC, fridge, TV works, there's always plenty of hot water. The Fry's is close to buy food. Every room has its own parking lot.
Bedbugs, dead and alive, in the bed, on the bathroom shelf, in the drawers. It's not a good perspective to export bedbugs to your home. Be aware! Railway is close, the train traffic is heavy, but earplugs help.
Quarters were cramped, but I was expecting that.
Check the internet! I appreciated the info online that helped me book in advance. Having refrig & microwave was a plus. Location was great for getting around Flag, but meant hearing trains at odd times (true of many motels here). Wifi was good enough for email; air conditioner worked...it was a comfortable stay.
Train noises were the only drawback, but most motels in lower price range are along the tracks.
Fridge in room Good shower
Could have been cleaner and brighter. Very dark room. Fan didn't work that well. No breakfast included. Could have been cheaper.
