    Location

    The carpets were real dirty. The bathroom door had writing on it and the shower wallpaper was pealed back exposing the water soaked wall. Great place for an undercover boss episode!

    Front Desk staff was very nice, let us check in early (almost 2 hours early) no hassles!

    Had a smell in hallway, rooms are dated, could use better beds.

    I liked the staff at check in and at check out they were very nice...I had to change my room when i got there due to unclean room and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful....

    The hospitality was very nice. The location was great as well as the continential breakfast.

    The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The decor was a little dated and repairs were needed. The ice machine was not working on my floor and did not have a sign and when stated to the front desk, a sign was never placed

    Our first room had inside it when we got there: a dirty rag, dirty used fishing hooks and lures, a broken window, and the shower did not work at all. Also the poop was never opened for two days while we were there. Beds were uncomfortable. Service was always very preoccupied. Ice machine did not work. Hallways all smelled of mildew, smoke (of various types) and trash.

    Nothing!

    We upgraded to the suite for our honeymoon, terrible is being kind. The online pictures are deceiving. Paint coming off the ceiling over our bed and the walls And the floor was paint smeared and stained with burn holes. The "bay" view was just nasty sludge. The room was musty smelling. He ordered flowers for me thru the manager and I didn't get those either.

    Nothing

    The lamb had no switch to turn on, had to turn on TV the remote did not work to turn on TV, coffee pot had no sleeve to put the coffee in, there was no please do not disturb, the safe was locked and I had to ask the staff to unlock it, and finally there was others people clothes hanging on a hook in the bathroom.

    Easy to find. Staff was very nice, even with all the problems we had.

    The place smelled terrible. 1st room was under construction, 2nd room smelled of stale vomit, 3rd room was down a hallway that smelled of must, mold, and garbage, it made you want to get sick. Bathroom flooded every time you showered. Woke in the morning to no water, we checked out an hour after waking. No internet like stated, wifi only worked in lobby. Pool was closed. They were not prepared for a holiday weekend.

    The affordability.

    Staff didn't entirely clean and refurnish room. Hotel completely ran out of water (hot & cold). Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Continental breakfast could have been better. The location says minutes away from boardwalk, to be truthful its exactly 26 mins from the boardwalk driving, even longer walking.

    We liked that it was close to AC. We liked that my husband needed a smoking room and they had one.

    We asked for an ash tray for the smoking room and never got it. On the next morning the water was off. The toilet would not flush and the ones in the hall were also out of order. We were leaving so we did not tell, just got out.

    I never do reviews for anything, but I have to write this one. I went to a business trip with my business partners. We booked the hotel for two nights. When I was booking the room, I made sure it was a double for four people. When I went to checked in, they tried to make me pay more for the room. During our stay, the water stop working the hotel for the day we were there which forcing us to check out early. When we checked out, they charged us extra for the room. I don't know what kind of business those people are running there but that's stealing and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

    Location

    Entry and checkin smelled of stale cigarettes, hallways smelled of urine, water did not flow in unit. We checked out and moved on.

    It was close enough to the beach but noting else. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were good enough for a group of college students but not much more. The free breakfast was a plus and the later check out time helped a lot!

    The room was old, the beds were hard and stained. Some of the furniture was broken, the door didn't shut right, there was some signs of mold but if had been cleaned.

    It was a prefect location. Only a 5 minute drive to A.C boardwalk.

    The facility was old, dingy, and really need to be renovated. I also saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

    The breakfast, the room size, the fact that the basin was outside the bathroom. Cleanliness...

    The delay in getting the booking confirmed. I had to call booking.com twice to get the details faxed to the hotel.
