We stayed at the Tropicana, and was highly impressed with them, & Borgata was EXCELLENT, but we went there our last day, and only had about three hours to spend. Late night food options were poor, everywhere we went. We had a sub at Tropicana the 1st night, and it wasn't very good. The workers at the late night venues, had a very hard time communicating, and understanding ENGLISH requests. The Food we did have seemed to be rather expensive for what it was. We ate at Chickies & Petes at Trop. & the Buffet at HARDROCK! We were one of the first guests into the buffet, and yet the Roast Beef was ALREADY prepared WELL DONE, there was no Rare, or Medium Options. It was $40 pp, and options were not incredible, just our own personal opinion, I guess. Hardrock also had DRINKS in glass glasses, and they were regular sized. (Not just a lil' plastic sample size). The Boardwalk was very nice, although we wished the weather was a bit warmer that was our fault for going in March. We did read online, however, that the TRAM would probably be up and running on the Boardwalk and it wasn't. The JITNEY was a great option at $2.50 pp going from Tropicana to Harrahs, and then again from Harrahs to the Borgata. Our cab driver to the airport, was Wonderful, and it was cheaper than we had expected. Will def. visit again in AC.

ATLANTIC CITY IS GOOD IF YOU STAY IN YOUR HOTEL SO I ADVISE YOU STAY IN A HOTEL THAT HAS EVERYTHING THERE, THE STREETS OF ATLANTIC CITY ARE OVERWELMED WITH HOMELESS, WE SAW MANY DRUG USERS STUMBLING AROUND, LOTS OF TRASH ALONG THE BOARDWALK, THE CITY NEEDS A GOOD BATH. THERE ARE THE TANGLER OUTLETS , THEY ARE NICE, BUT I SUGGEST ONLY GOING IN THE MORNING

I like most of the things during my stay except for few things.
There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no water bottles when checked in.
The linens and sheets were very hard and crispy which made our sleep uncomfortable

A city of dilapidated buildings and derelicts roaming the streets like zombies. And don't get me started on the bums. Only come if you have a very specific reason to be here and leave as soon as you can.

The view was fantastic.
The view was fantastic. I really don’t have anything bad to say. If you ask me I rate it a 5 star to me it is. I would loved to come back there and hopefully I will have the house it was really enjoyable
The location was a perfect distance to travel To the casinos 🎰 . The room had appliances that came in handy , access to watch tv.. this hotel had restaurant accessible to nearby locations where there were choices for availability to dine . Very clean , and customer great service . Booking Price for a night stay was reasonable & affordable . I felt comfortable in this hotel. I will definitely consider to book another overnight stay here at the Sheraton in the near future.
Great value basic hotel, very close to the boardwalk.
Staff friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Rooms good size, decor tired but functional. Best coffee maker in our ‘touring’ holiday. The breakfasts are included and fab - self serve waffle station was amazing, had as much as we liked. Hotel few mins walk to boardwalk. Great 7-11 shop very close.
Everything about my stay was perfect.
Location could not be better
Across from Atlantic City Convention Center and NJ Transit train station.
Tun Tavern Restaurant is connected to hotel.
Excellent Food and Service.
In room coffee and tea maker
Plus there is a Starbucks and convenience store in the lobby.
All and All
GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF
Perfect location, situated right on the boardwalk. A 10 min walk from the Hard Rock Hotel and casino, and Steel pier.
Our room was exceptionally spacious with a kitchenette and jet tub. Gorgeous view of the beach and Ferris wheel from our room.
Room could do with some modernisation as is quite outdated but still great value for money
The hotel is very glamorous. Our room was huge! The furnishings were very upscale and comfortable. Loved the bathroom being located in a separate space away from the bedroom area. Very restful and the view of the Atlantic City strip was gorgeous. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We will be back.
Very nice location, room was nice and spacious. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean, and it seems like once everything is back up and fully open this will be a great place to stay. The price was decent, but knowing all facilities are closed i will just book something cheaper next time.
Clean and big room, a 10 minute Uber drive from the broadwalk and away from the other hotels but great location and by far the best hotel! Very clean! Casino floor was busy all weekend and a great atmosphere. Lots of choices for food in the hotel, don’t have to leave the hotel everything is right there!
The room size was better than the average hotel room in Atlantic City especially the Borgata. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The pop-up bar was very entertaining. The fine dining restaurants, especially Capriccio (which we went to twice) was the best restaurant we visited.
This quirky hotel is full of character and charm! The building is old and very lovely. Our room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was lovely. The proximity to the Boardwalk, beach, and the casinos was terrific. The staff were very helpful.
I love the ubicación, all the outdoors setting!! the room was immaculate and beautiful, the view, from the room was spectacular!! I’m really happy that, we picked that hotel. you don’t feel that you are in Atlantic City. super clean!! 😀😀
I enjoyed everything that Showboat Hotel Atlantic City had to offer. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Excellent customer service all around. Ever employee we came in contact with helped out when needed without hesitation.
the convenience of being in the same hotel where my daughters dance completions were being held. Atlantic City overall was rundown and a little depressing. I wouldn’t go back there and most definitely not with my kids
Great value for the room. Instead of staying on the boardwalk it's a lot cheaper to stay here and Uber a trip to the boardwalk. You'll have hundreds doing that. The room is also big and spacious with a huge terrace
Check in was quick, ice machine. location is close to the beach and boardwalk. Very close walk to Tropicana and it's restaurants. May have been cheaper to park there instead of the hotel.
This is the far most the worst hotel I've ever stayed in .I stayed at best Western and paid a cheaper price than this I spent and got way better services than this place
