Rooms were perfect size. Light over the sink did not work, chicken bones on the bathroom floor, no cups....the place needed attention to detail!!!

Cock roaches in room. Mold in the bathroom on the walls. Wall paper peeling. Coffee pot and refrigerator old and in poor repair

Location was ok Dirty, spiders in the bed, mold/mildew on shower curtain. Carpet was very wet (?recently shampooed) so it smelled musty in the room. They didn't have our reservation when we got there (I had the confirmation email).

Nothing except the convenient location on I-35 Hotel needs urgent upgrading. Carpets are extremely dirty, with multiple stains. Sheets looked like a family of ten sleeped on them for a week or two and they were not washed after that. Room smelled like fresh air has never been let in. I have stayed in many hotels of comparable quality levels, and this is definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. An affordable price does not justify bad quality, and unfortunately that's what this place offers. Very bad!

Not anything. Location was an initial consideration, but the bumper-to-bumper traffic on I-35W nullified any reasonable traveling to and from downtown Minneapolis. Very beat up rooms. TV did not function and the sofa chairs were heavily stained.
