Cost to much for what you get.
Helpful people at desk, adequate room - what more could you ask for. Breakfast was good - lots of choices.
Skimpy on soaps, etc. No lotion Windows were cracked..
Lack of parking.
Location was great. Walking distance to city center & Belltown.
Unfriendly front desk agent, paid $25 extra yo park my car on the hotel lot, we were ground floor so could hear Every slamming door or drawer above & around us. Seemed like hotel staff made the area just outside our window their "break area."
Location , staff, breakfast
Great location. Breakfast was good as well.
The water pressure was just barely enough to take a shower. It was below low flow requirements. It took 10 minutes to get warm water before entering the shower.
It looked a little old but it was clean and very well kept. Definitely a good location.
I had some billing issues with the front desk girl. She ran both mine and my friends card for the room but the gentleman at the front desk had the issue fixed before I left Seattle so overall I was super impressed.
Very convenient site, all of right places of the city is nearby
I like the location. Close to where we're going.
Location is pretty good. We like the breakfast.
Sofa is dirty, no tub.
I enjoyed the hot tub in the hotel because after a long trip a soak in hot water is welcome. The room did not have a bathtub, only a shower, so I would have been really disappointed if it was not there. The staff was cordial and helpful.
I think that this hotel is merely average. It is aging and shows it. There is really nothing to dislike about the hotel, but not much to rave about either.
Easy to find. Centrally located to tourist activities. Excellent staff!! Very clean
The room (single king) was small as was the bathroom and zero view from the room
Check in was quick, front desk staff was friendly and gave great info on what to do in the area.
Loved the location, 2 blocks from the Space Needle so you can literally walk anywhere in downtown. The room was a good size the bed was comfy! The staff was very nice and welcoming :) And breakfast was great! I will be staying here again!
The price of the room.
bed sheets smell really bad. poor internet connection like if we still live in 80s. front deck charged me twice. and I didn't get the money back yet. breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30, it's really short time. why not to 10 or 11 like most hotels. Cheap is cheap, I thought I would save money so I booked here, next time i will think twice before booking in a cheap hotel like this.
staff was great. accommodations and breakfast were decent. booking.com got my room for less than half nomal rate.
lots of hidden fees like 15 dollars to use their parking lot . a 250 dollar fee for smoking in rooms in a very musty old smelling building didn't make much sense ether lots of other seemingly made up taxes and fees
Good proximity to the space needle. Comfy, spacious, and low-cost. Didn't get to try out any of the amenities so can't rate pool or gym or anything. Wifi was easy. lots of hot water. lots of parking on site. some really good restaurants nearby.
Breakfast stuff was the typical gross, overcooked stuff.
We were able to walk all over Seattle from where we were at.
There was a lot of hidden taxes and fees.
The beds were the best thing in our hotel room.
They had water bottles to drink for our convenience and then charged us for them at the end of our stay without any notice. They charge parking. The room didn't have a refrigerator. You can hear your neighbors and the people above you.
!Great location Clean Free Wifi
Hot water wasn't available all the time. Outdated, though it didn't bother me that much.
Poorly trained and unfriendly staff. I arrived 3 hours after the check in time only to be told that they didn't have a room ready for me. I was told initially that it would 20 minutes, then another 30 minutes, and when I asked again the clerk said it would be another 40 minutes until they would have one that would be ready. When I brought up that she told me 50 minutes ago that my room was going to be ready in 20 minutes ago she said with a sarcastic tone...."yeah well it isn't ready." When I asked to speak with a manager her co-worker overheard our conversation and mentioned to her that one was cleaned a few hours ago. Overall, I can honestly say that it was my worst experience dealing with a travel lodge facility in my life.
