Location is excellent and staff Joana awesome with her services! We were able to go to 4 or 5 to attractions with our 1 day Seattle stay.

The hotel is old and has to undergo renovation to attract more customers.

Could not create a receipt that itemized the room costs separately for me and my lodging mate, so that we could be reimbursed for our business expenses at our home universities - we were in town for a business meeting at the convention center. The staff also could not generate a receipt with my name on it. I had originally made the reservation in my name, added my lodging mate to the reservation, and then the staff lost track of me and my name - they even told me upon arrival that there was no room in my name. Not until I gave the name of my lodging mate did they realize my room reservation. I still do not have a receipt, despite having spent much time in Seattle and on the phone since to get what I need.

The location is good

The area was so noisy. We couldn't sleep very well.

The rooms were clean and the staff OK. Location was where we wanted to be for the Clipper to Victoria.

Expensive for what was on offer. The hotel was tired and needs money spending on it soon.

Location is awesome, price was very good. The free breakfast in the morning is fairly decent as well. We were going to the Mariners game and a cab from the hotel was $10. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is older but the rooms are fairly good.

The staff were helpfull and it was close to everything we loved it spent out honeymoon there been 2 times this year

The location is good, since is walking distance from downtown......that is about it...

Over prized for what it is, very old building, no rooms overlooking the space neddle......the front desk staff sometimes you talk to them and they have no clue what are you talking about. There was only one girl from brazil that was very helpful. They overcharged me, and no body knew what to do!

would like a mobilty door opener on front door. Press the button and the door opens automatically. However, the staff were very helpful in holding open the door.

Additional charges, building site next door, guy checking us in was not very welcoming

They charge $15 day for parking when we paid $140 a night already.

Having read some of the reviews, we were not sure what to expect. However we were pleasantly surprised by everything. The beds were very comfortable, the room a reasonable size and the location very close to the space needle and all. The breakfast was very good with yummy make your own waffles. All in all, very good value.

My only comment would be that the showers were sometimes not very warm.

Great location! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to have a bathtub in the bathroom. I like to soak in the tub at the end of the day. Also - we were surprised to find we had to pay an additional charge of $15 for parking. It would be nice if free parking was provided for the guests. It'd be helpful to list fees upfront.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is included and was well presented with plenty of variety. Location is close to all attractions and Victoria Clipper service. Room was basic but comfortable for the price. I have stayed at Hi Seattle and it was horrible. For $20 more a night we got comfort, cleanliness, security and privacy. Complimentary coffee in lobby.

In general it's a pretty good place to stay. However the room we stayed not so good. Because our room just right behind the elevators. Once elevators running, it's so noisy and very disturbing cannot sleep. Shouldn't use that room.

Not all prices were on your booking site so we were charge waylore than expecting and could have stated at a nicer hotel for the same price also rooms had no bath tubs which I personally would like to know before hand as well

the 'queen' sized room was small - the beds were stuffed into this room leaving little space to enter the bathroom

We like the buffet breakfast. A very helpful staff. We booked for 3 nights got bored in Seattle so we decided to cancel the 3rd night and they cancel it without any charges... Very good .. Location is very accessible to monorail going to downtown.

First room we had is aweful no fridge no microwave really small room with 2 double bed dusty, we requested to change into a different room & service was quick which is good. Nothing is fancy in this hotel.

Coffee available in the lobby. The free breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

The room was bare minimum and the bathroom door opened right beside the bed. The OLD TV was pathetic. The place looked tired and run down.

We liked the proximity to the Space Needle and Monorail. The inclusive breakfast was a nice touch too. The staff were very friendly. There was a receipt waiting on the morning of our check-out and we did not have to wait, just leave.

Being woken up every night at 3am due to young drunken kids. That was enough to never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel needs the renovations and updates. The staff was not professionally trained neither do polite. The service just in general was horrible including the breakfast.
