The staff were pleasant and great at accommodating your needs. Breakfast was nice, and the manager made waffles.
Location was not the best, but had no concerns or issues.
location, size of the rooms
the worst breakfast ever. you should feel lucky if you get wifi connection
The hotel itself!
Slow management. Property was a little dirt y. Overall a good value though. Wouldn't pay over 120 a night though
Shower was great
Beds were horribly hard!
Getting a full bed in a small triangular room instead of a king.
No consistent working wifi throughout my three day stay and the reception staff were not able to rectify this although they did seem to try.
The price was reasonable for the area. Good size parking lot. Clean room. Breakfast was good for what it was.
It was pretty noisy being next to the road. And the front desk was crowded so it took a long time to check in. The breakfast area was small and we had to wait outside with our kids until a table opened up.
the location was great and the staff was very helpful
prices were raised for a special event ..
Rooms are stuffy, and aire conditioner doesn't work well
The price was lowest out of other hotels in the city but you get what you pay for.
The noise level was unbareable (outdoor street noise, people partying, other guests) but luckly they provided earplugs which allowed me to sleep. However, the stay was while not wearing earplugs. The room was nicely decorated but was noticibly old and badly maintained. When the toilet was flushed in my room or in neighboring rooms loud banging noises came out of the wall and when showering the wall sounded like it was about to burst open. $15 extra for parking in the ghetto near the street. This room should've been free. Only stay here if you are very desperate and can't afford a more expensive hotel.
Air didn't work in room - bathroom old and needs updating. TV is from the 80's
Charged for an upgraded room when we did not get it, staff were unhelpful and unwilling to change the rates.
The location was fine
I didn't enjoy any part of travel lodge central. It was one of the worst places I've ever stay. The reception even tried to use my bank card 4 times. My bank blocked it thankfully. Never again
It wasn't clean inside. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and were stuck in a smoking room, when we were suppose to be in a non-smoking room. The smell was literally unbearable, but had no choice, since all the non-smoking rooms were occupied.
Staff Clean sheets they provide ear plugs in room!!!
the smell noisy a/c location
Vanity table perfect for getting ready Good a/c Great lighting Staff tended to my questions/needs Staff hailed cabs for me often
-Loud: law enforcement showed up one -night -Bed uncomfortable -1st floor bathroom window didn't lock -Bathroom could have been cleaner -Very odd space to hang clothes, sideways and not much room. -Exposed pipe in closet area
The worker in front desk is friendly, and willing to help out when we need some information. Not far away to different attractions but require short driving distant. Free breakfast.
The location is not far away to Union Squire if you drive; If you would like to take a talk, it will take at least half hour. The room close to the street is noise. Not too many stores/restaurants nearby. No free parking;
The location is good, just a couple min. walk to F-Line station which make your travel easier to go anywhere. Also, there is a supermarket named Saveway about 5 mins walk. Quiet location at night except the sound from siren.
Wi-Fi is very poor. Even you can connect it but you cannot use it. The breakfast is very cheap.
Ground floor rooms really loud. Slow wifi. Didn't get the room that we booked. Not the cleanest. Rude staff. Location.
not a quality hotel and not value for money
The location was good, right on the tram and cycling routes. Walking distance to the funky mission district. We found it pretty easy to get to all the must see attractions in SF. In the end though it's pretty much the cheapest option we found. Girl on the desk during the day was pretty helpful. Lots of room to store bags during the day before our evening flight.
Loud, bums rummaging through the dumpster outside our room all night. The evening desk guy was a nob, he screwed up our parking charges and we had to go back and have the finaĺ bill adjusted. Room smelled like cheap cleaning fluid.
