Emplacement close to downtown
No wifi . Not really clean. Very noisy . Many homeless in the stair or searching in the contener or garbage at night .... Scary hotel
Poor cleanliness. Very erratic WiFi connectivity.
The staff was very rude. Homeless people walk up and down the halls of the hotel. They are allowed to search in the garbage cans. Nobody does nothing to get them out of the property. The clientele is very diverse, and at night you can hear people fighting, screaming and now I understand why there are earplugs on the night table.
The closet was a joke. Surely you could have planned the room layout better to have a useable closet.....
I didn't receive what I was suppose to get when I registered by internet. I registered for a king deluxe room and I didn't get it
The people were nice and the place was clean.
Multiple people knocked on my door at all hours of the night. They kept on asking for a woman named Mary
Booked A Room Flight Came Late And They Gave my room away..Never Get To See How T Was Like.
For the rate I paid, I didn't expect much and just hoped for a clean and safe place to stay. That was exactly my experience.
Can't complain for the low rate I paid
Excellent free brekky had the best fresh made waffles. Cheap! Coffee machine and microwave in room
Very noisy location- use the ear plugs very old In a unsavoury part of San Fran, if you walk the wrong way it is full of homeless people & large groups which felt unsafe.
The location was OK
First of all, I was not able to check in when I arrived because the computer system did not work. They were not able to give me the keys of my room, so I had to wait or go to a restaurant (I choose this option since some people were already waiting for 1 hour) after a 16h flight. The hotel was very noisy, homeless people till 04.00am outside, and a lot of guest who stayed up till late. Breakfast was poor (toast, milk, cornflakes, jam, apples, waffles), and was not served in the weekend. The wifi connection was very bad, and finally the hotel was not able to print my boarding pass
Tony roooms at high price. Internet working 1 time in 3.Booket a taxi to the airport from them at a price, payed a higher price to the driver. Bad Experience overall
Room was very clean, all supplied appliances, TV, coffeemaker, hairdryer worked.
The water pipes hammering in the wall woke me up 5 or 6 times during the night. It was extremely LOUD, and just a bit too much like a heavy machine gun firing. Impossible to sleep through or try to ignore. It's against code to have pipes that aren't anchored down in the walls; they can eventually become damaged to the point of leaking. I would suggest fixing it, bring it UP TO CODE. Because if it isn't addressed there will be a big repair of water damage inside the wall. Not to mention guests like me who will not be happy at all with the situation., and fines for Building Code violations.
The interior decoration is old. Screws in the drawers missing pieces on furniture. The beds look and feel like a 70's motel. Anyway, nice location easy money for one night.
quite near city centre
the noise level from rooms above was not acceptable more so going on until the early hours, did report it but staff did not seem to be interested would not reccomend this hotel to anyone
Central location, good for 1 night in overpriced San Francisco
Parking has a fee, I booked king size bed, but I got queen or full size, to small for 2 people. Little outdated furniture, didn't look very clean.
The best part was leaving
The old guy who works the overnight is super hate full m avoid him if possible.
Wifi was a joke. Basically, no wifi.
The breakfast were great
It was a very loud night the fridge, the street and other people from the motel were very loud.
I took this room because I was attending a conference a few blocks away and Travelodge had parking, even though you have to pay $15 a day extra, but that's cheaper than the other options. I understand that this is a very crowded area of San Francisco and is a low budget facility, but at times I felt myself in danger. If I wasn't alone, it might have been different. It is really close to lots of restaurants and shopping, although I only headed down Valencia and didn't explore anything to the north.
I had a ground floor room, next to the stairs. So at times, I had people smoking, cussing, and fighting right outside my door in the wee hours of the morn. I wouldn't stay here again, but for the money, and considering the area, it's a fair deal. If you want more comfort, you'll have to pay a lot more in SF.
Price, can't get something of that value with out sharing an bathroom at other hotels
Called security for domestic next door, nothing,so wife and I called 911..twice same night for same couple.Next morning someone od and died below us
Even after what appeared to be a recent remodel the hotel is average. It appeared to attract the wrong customers. The free breakfast was perfect for me. Always happy for a bowl of cereal. It was obvious the waffle maker was only in operation on the weekend and not weekdays. As far as the room, bed was not very supportive, the old tube TV was just fine, the furniture was old and falling apart and NO iron or board.
The disorganization between booking.com and the hotel, very poor, a big hassle. Wont use it again. Thats all.
