It wasn't clean inside. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and were stuck in a smoking room, when we were suppose to be in a non-smoking room. The smell was literally unbearable, but had no choice, since all the non-smoking rooms were occupied.
Staff Clean sheets they provide ear plugs in room!!!
the smell noisy a/c location
Vanity table perfect for getting ready Good a/c Great lighting Staff tended to my questions/needs Staff hailed cabs for me often
-Loud: law enforcement showed up one -night -Bed uncomfortable -1st floor bathroom window didn't lock -Bathroom could have been cleaner -Very odd space to hang clothes, sideways and not much room. -Exposed pipe in closet area
The location is good, just a couple min. walk to F-Line station which make your travel easier to go anywhere. Also, there is a supermarket named Saveway about 5 mins walk. Quiet location at night except the sound from siren.
Wi-Fi is very poor. Even you can connect it but you cannot use it. The breakfast is very cheap.
Ground floor rooms really loud. Slow wifi. Didn't get the room that we booked. Not the cleanest. Rude staff. Location.
not a quality hotel and not value for money
A lot of drugsdealers on the parkinglot.
Not a nice area of SF Price exorbtent for location and age of hotel
too much noise in the nights
Generally a poor standard hotel. felt very old and in need of a refit
Friendly staff. Near stores & restaurants.
For San Francisco this is a relatively inexpensive place - its only 15 minutes walk to shopping area of Market Street - however by night the area is a bit 'dodgy', -if you need to use a taxi at night. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to make thing work smoothly
The guy on the desk was just too busy, this is a busy place and that one man was left doing everything which meant lots of waiting around if you needed help/advice.
The fact that I didn't get the room for two days.
When we arrived at the office, an elderly man with glasses didn't greet us. He was very busy helping the person ahead of us for around twenty minutes. We had booked ahead using booking.com, and we told the man, who went begrudgingly checked his fax machine, and the paper he needed wasn't there yet. We showed him our confirmation email which had the confirmation number on it, yet he said that he wouldn't or couldn't help us still. So after fighting with him about whether or not we actually had a reservation, he told us, it was our job to solve the situation. My partner was almost late to his weekend gig because this man had absolutely no interest in even looking up the confirmation number, or helping us at all. My partner left for work and I stayed to solve the situation. I called booking.com and they asked to talk to the man, who refused to talk to them. After about another thirty minutes of waiting, he said the fax came through, even though I never saw it come through. Or heard it. I got into the room and was excited to take a nice warm shower, which was a complete bust, because there wasn't any warm water AT ALL. While I was waiting for the water to warm, I tried using the complimentary wireless and check my email, this NEVER worked, the entire visit. In the morning I complained about the water being cold, they said they would send someone to fix it and they never showed up. For the price point of around $130.00, this was possibly the worst experience I've had in a hotel in years. Really awful. Too bad.
Location. Room was clean.
It was really noisy. Room was pretty run down. Bed was unconfortable.
Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff in Reception.
Threat of Homeless people all around. Impossible to walk out alone. Sound of 'dramas' outside throughout the night. 3 people in room but only 2 cups. Very difficult to make tea. Not much room for drying towels.
the beds were comfortable which really saved the situation, some staff were great to deal with
staff at night were rude and uncommunicative - we had a check out at 4 am and were basically ignored and left to stand on the street to wait for our shuttle, it is difficult walking the main street past the home less people, the room was not quite what we thought we had booked - pictures on the site are misleading, did not like having paper cups and plates only and using a coffee maker to try to make a pot of tea was not great, the area is very noisy at night and guests do not take care to be quiet
Intoxicated people yelling for over an hour(1am)outside their rooms at one and other. I had two children under 5 and it was very uncomfortable. The rooms where cheaply remodled. And in the morning when I told the front desk why ibwas checking out she didnt seem a bit concerned or remorseful. Wouldnt stay or recommend this palce to anyone.
The WiFi was the WORST. Staff wasn't super helpful.
We paid 1000 dollars for three nights for 5 persons. This was absolutely the worst motel I ever been in my life. The room ( 131) was dirty, smelled of smoke and alcol.this was absolutely disgusting! In the hotel there were only homeless and drunk peoples. I would never ever suggest this motel to anyone and I would never come back again, even for free!
Place - ok! Breakfast - ok!
Some noise from street!
you need minumum 2 securites guards @ night
Convenient to take the local transportation. Clean room.
Noisy from nabourhood. Wifi is so pour, can not communicate anyone while staying here. Staffs are not friendly.
The person at reception at night
