The room was dirty and I only got back half of my deposit and the room was clean and the key was returned
The price was fantastic. The Wi-Fi worked without a hitch. The shower was good.
The décor is pretty old and outdated. No remote for the TV.
Rooms were old...carpets stained. To call it breakfast is a joke. Waited 2 hours for lightbulb for bathroom. Ice machine locked down.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable and bedding seemed clean.
The bathroom was not as clean as should be for price and the carpets were disgusting. The price was outrageous given the quality of the accommodations. We were desperate and drove all the way from Bellingham just to find an available room for the night at midnight. This is all there was.
old now well kept
Staff helped me update to a room with a kitchenette without a hassle. A member of our family has multiple food allergies and so we pack food for that person. It was so appreciated, the understanding we received on a busy weekend.
The fact that not every room had a microwave and small refrigerator. I have stayed at other Econo Lodges in other cities and so assumed they were all the same. Never assume and read the fine print.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast included
Tub didn't drain. Hot cold backwards. Broken chairs at pool. No pool towels.
Towels were dirty
Old, poorly kept, run down.
Run down, terrible breakfast choices being almost non existent, Stone Age TV, poor channel choices, terrible bathroom facilities in room, bad beds and bedding, decor from the 70s, obviously no money spent of updating the facility for the last forty years. Wouldn't give it a one star. Embarrassing to call it anything but a flophouse.
Desk staff were friendly.
Over all run down condition. I stayed four nights and observed the same long, black hair on the bathroom floor every day. It could have been missed during one cleaning but four days means there was no real cleaning going on. Had to ask for new sheets because the ones on the bed had blood stains. Unfolded a towel with a long, black hair therein. I mention the color of the hairs because it made them so easy to see and yet, they were there.
Door to outside had big gaps to outside
Very poor, almost threadbare & rough towels. Locking on the door pretty flimsy. Difficult location to find when arriving from the North.
Economics and close to Boeing.
Little old and could use a little upgrading.
Convenient basic hotel with clean, safe place to sleep. Used for that. Other customers were complaining of some things at check out time. But we just needed a place to sleep for a night and it worked well for that.
There are two Travelodge hotels in Everett, and smart phones tend to send you to the one away from the mall, so check that it has the correct address. Seemed like a lot of money (once you include all the taxes) for what you get- but it doesn't advertise as anything fancy. Free breakfast- missed any chance of anything but cereal buy getting down there at 9 am. Basically eating breakfast in lobby which felt more like a waiting area at a tire shop than a hotel. No theme describes this place except overnight stay hotel or "too tired to drive further'.
breakfast was disappointing. No juice was available, and no staff present to ask questions
I've done a lot if traveling around Pacific Northwest this was easily the worst place I've stayed. Avoid like the plague.
