“ Our room was spacious, but best of all was the cleanliness of our room. I appreciated that I did not feel like I had to scour everything before using it. We had a king size bed which was comfortable, but our pillows could have been better. What we had were a little lumpy. ”

There was not much to like. We were traveling with out adult children and grandchildren on way to disney. Chose hotel from our aaa booklet, due to right off I-95. the hotel bed covers were just not clean, daughter found men's underwear in her room behind the door. Large live cockroach lying on his back in the other daughter/son in laws room. The pool was just gross, didn't appear to have been chemically cleaned. It was murkey and dirty. Of course this was a disappointment for grandchildren. When we checked out we told the girl @ the desk. She was sorry but could only give a $5.00 discount on the bill for the 3 rooms. The night of our stay there seemed to be stray people floating around the units...our daughter told us that a man was knocking on their door several times during the night...that was scary, she is a single mom alone with her children in the room. He did not get in. Just using our aaa book was not a good indication of this "nasty hotel".....we were disappointed.

The staff was friendly. My room and bathroom seem to be cleaned. A nice breakfast bar. I didn't like the way the room smell. I think the carpet needed to be shampoo. It was very mussy. I brought my own carpet/ air freshner. That was my biggest complaint the smell of the room.

We had a king size bed which was comfortable, but our pillows could have been better. What we had were a little lumpy. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful to us. When we arrived in our room the freezer was frozen over as someone turned it up to high. I was surprised at how fast it was replaced with a "New" and improved one, plus they fixed the air conditioniong for us at a seconds notice. Everyone there was so very nice and helpful. We will most definately stay again. Thank you Travelodge Inn and Suites.
