Very clean, has all the basic amenities, helpful, friendly staff, great price; eady access to airport shuttle

it was very relaxing and comfortfy we enjoyed the friendly staff who help us with travel direction and there restaurant ideas and they're shopping centers in the area. thank you and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR

Location

We had to take a cab to the airport which cost us twelve dollars because our flight was at 5:30 and the motel shuttle didn't start until 6:00 $12.00 for two and half mile trip!

This property is close to the Albany airport, which we use several times a year to travel to our family and medical treatment in Minnesota. Although we only live 40 minutes north of Albany, our 6am flights out of alb are difficult to make if we do not come down the night before. We appreciate the budget-friendly Travelodge and its close proximity to the airport.

This property sits back several yards from the main highway and its sign is difficult to see as you come down the busy road looking to turn in. Although we are familiar with this area of Albany, we still miss the sign sometimes and have to double back, which is annoying.

Nothing. Will never stay at another Travelodge again. Main reason I stayed there was for the advertised hotel shuttle from the airport. When we got there at 11:00 pm, we were told the shuttle only operates until 6:00pm! The place was filthy and the front desk help didn't have the simplest idea for directions to anywhere or anything. Unbelievable.

Terrible room. Musty and dirty. Bathroom was dirty with silverfish crawling everywhere. I will never stay here again nor recommend this place.

Definite upgrade from last Travelodge I patronized. Lots of amenities I appreciated.

We had to catch an early flight, soooo, no newspaper,coffee, nor breakfast. Boo-Hoo

Right across from the Mall and the Cheescake Factory

Waited 10 minutes upon arrival because there was nobody at the front desk. When we wanted an extra pillow, they had no extra ones.

The room was nise in cool everything was a 100% thanks

It is opposite the Shopping Mall which houses among others, Macy's and Barnes & Noble. It is within proximity of several restaurants. There is a food court in the mall opposite. Location is the key. Wolf Road is a good place to be. Staff are quite friendly.

The convenience of the location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room and the price were all appreciated. The reception upon arrival not freindly though the young woman at departure was more pleasant. As for the complimentary breakfast very poor the coffee was lukewarm and very bitter, they did not even offer toast bread, though I did not expect a fancy breakfast I beleive that nothing would have had plan our breakfast otherwise since we had an early departure. Overall, good!

Las instalaciones estan bastante dejadas y la wifi cuesta de coger

La proximité des autoroutes.

Prés de l'autoroute, et centre d'achat juste en face a pied et plusieurs restaurant au alentour. Mais chambre trés ordinaire. Sauf que pour $59 déjeuner inclus pour une nuit, ces ben correct.

I like the location of the hotel.

As soon as I entered the room, It was stinking. I stayed for 2 nights and always waited for WiFi to connect. Every time I called front-desk, the lady says Technician is trying to fix the problem which was never resolved. And then she says, if you want to access Internet, you have to come sit in the lobby area. This was crazy. The flush tank was leaking, room was stinky, bed was so uncomfortable.

I was making a flight connection and this inn was close to the airport which was important to me since my flight was an early morning departure.

Nothing. Everything was clean, neat and provided a much needed breakfast.

La proximité de cet hôtel avec les autoroutes est très pratique. Centre d'achat situé de l'autre côté de la rue et toutes les bannières principales se trouvent sur le même artère. Personnel de la réception était tous efficaces et ont répondu promptement et avec courtoisie à toutes mes demandes. Personnel d'entretien était tous très sympathiques et souriants (ce qui manquait à la réception par contre)

L'odeur d'humidité dans le building. La rouille sur les rails du plafonnier de la salle de bain. Les portes de chambres qui se referment sur elles-mêmes sans amortisseur et qui claquent très fort dont le bruit fait sursauter à toup coup dans les chambres, jour et nuit. Ne pas avoir pu utiliser ma carte CAA (AAA) parce que la réservation n'avait pas été faite directement sur le site internet de l'hôtel ou par téléphone. Ils ont refusé de m,accorder le rabais CAA même pour les nuitées qui ont été prolongées sur place, en personne en raison de la réservation d'une première nuit sur le site booking.com.

Elle est bien situé, personnel très acceuillant

This hotel did not warranty the price Booking.com had given me. I paid much more than what I was told to belive I was going to pay.

The stay price was higher than what Booking.com had told me and they would not fix it.
