Everything... Starting with the checkin and parking to the room. The bed was the worst, wifi kept cutting out. Dingy low budget room. Won't go back!
I scheduled to arrive between 10-11 PM. With a late plane arrival into Boise it was a little after 11 when I arrived. Front desk called to make sure I was still staying and stayed open a few minutes past 11 to check me in. Beds OK for 1, but I don't think it could support the weight of a 2nd adult. Quiet, even though it's on one of La Grande's main drags through town. TV worked. Had hot water and was comfortable and warm on a cold night. Has a small mini fridge and microwave.
It is what it is. Nothing fancy.
Clean room with a wonderful bed. We were able to park right in front of our downstairs room.
We have nothing to complain about.
The room was adequate, clean, and served its purpose.
Typical low budget fare - it worked, but just worked - nothing special.
The people at front desk were friendly and nice. The room was clean and well set up but very stuffy. Easy to get to from the highway.
Big rigs running all night in parking lot with the engine really loud then quiet then loud, Bed was uncomfortable, the room was very stuffy, couldn't open window because of noise in parking lot. Trains blew there horn through the area about every hour all night long. Big truck parked in lot outside room loaded with crying sheep! I would not stay there again and it was way overpriced. Should have been about 60.00 dollars instead of 97.00 dollars.
Too close to the main line railroad tracks. Train Whistles all night.
Old rundown motel. Smells bad. Carpets in disrepair. Not worth the money.
Very small room. Mostly laborers staying there. Very old atmosphere.
well the price would be the positive. you get what you pay for in this case
well it was just not something to write home about
Poor location, parking tight, continental breakfast dismal, bed advertised new but felt like 20 yrs old, couldn't tell if carpet was dirty or just extremely dark. Cancelled reservation for return trip going elsewhere. Pictures on net did not match room condition.
Good value for the price
Breakfast options could be better
Clean, comfort, close to everything. Fridge is included & bfast items are good/decent. Overall, price is good if you are staying for 1-2 nights.
Noise from the AC and street. Don't get the room from the street side, very noisy.
Bed was great
Really needs an update.... or a new building. ... I know it's a sign of the times.... but it would be nice if the people at the front desk would speak better English...; 0)
New bed - very comfortable. Clean and well-lit rooms. Good, central location, staff was friendly and helpful. Good sized bath/shower, Satellite TV, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge and even a safe.
Exterior could use an update. Fridge ran too cold - after one night, our drinks were half frozen. Ok since it was hot out but I wouldn't put food in there.
The room was really clean. The price was great. For an older model you could tell they were trying to upgrade things, such as refrigerator, digital TV
poor location, noisy street, trains in the night keep you up.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. For the price, it was good!
The motel is located by the railroad tracks and a busy street, so it was fairly noisy throughout the night. The breakfast was minimal, but okay.
Very nice and helpful owners/staff Nice sized room, clean and well maintained
Bed was too soft Near railroad so there was a fair amount of noise
I can't say there was anything I didn't like
The bed was very comfortable.
We were on our own for breakfast. We had to ask for refilling the supply. The staff were not overseeing the items. We asked for bread and it never showed while we were there (about 30 minutes).
We discovered a bed bug and they would not give us all of our money back; they kept half of it. Unfortunately, when we killed the bed bug, we flush it down the toilet. Therefore, we had no evidence to prove our case. I was very disappointed in how hotel management and Bookings handled the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody and I question Bookings on their effort. We went to another hotel very late that evening and management at the other hotel was not surprise one bit, based on their history.
