    Friendly stuff

    We waited hotel's shuttle in the airport about 2 hours from 9 to 11pm. I am thinking it is good record for the motel.

    Everything about this is hotel is really perfect. I would like to stay again in it in the future. The staff are very nice and helped us in everything, very lovely people.

    WiFi dropped out, had to ring off site support to have it fixed. Lots of road and on site noise from car park. Security doors were not closed of a night.

    A bit rundown, needs renovation and noisy. Better hotels around in the vicinity. Price a bit high for quality of accomodation.

    After having flight troubles and sleeping at airports my husband and I were after a day room for a couple hours sleep and a shower. The staff were excellent and very accommodating to our run of bad luck.

    Room was comfortable for a short stay or layover . The staff were very helpful and the shuttle was on time . The use of the pool was also welcome.

    Communication was a little poor, I tried to contact them via email after my stay to see if they had any availability a week or so later and still haven't heard anything . The wifi also didn't work at all.

    I liked the fact that it was only a 8 hour layover.

    The receptionist 'Norman' on the reception......everything was a problem for him....that we checked in at 7am 9instead of night before), that we wanted to leave at 3pm (not 11am), etc etc. Am just glad that he did not speak to his 'mother'.

    Proximity to LAX, continental breakfast, comfy bed, fridge and microwave in room, free airport shuttle, and close restaurants

    Staff is rude and act as if your presence is a bother to their existence - recommend taking a customer service class for all staff. Room was ok but some outlets didn't work and switch plate was coming off the wall, one towel was ripped and not the fresh fluffy towel you expect it to be when you grab it to dry off. Closet mirror door was broken and immobilized, carpets felt dirty. Overall looks clean but don't pay attention to detail because you will find many that are not up to par.

    ordered two rooms and asked spesifically to be located on ground level dur o the larger number of luggages andto have the rooms to be close to each other as having alot of small kids. none of this was not respected - the rep told me tht the employee who got the order did not note this points in the system and reccomend me to get the feedback of the manager who was not present. I left my detalis in the moring and still waiting to this feedback.....

    The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes and pickup is from airport which is less than 10 minutes drive.

    We waited an hour and a half for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Our contact in NZ had to ring the hotel twice to send a shuttle for pickup, the driver did not wait at stand till we got and we just missed him when we got to the pickup point.

    Nothing to highlight...

    1. Waited over 40 mins for the shuttle bus at the airport at the end, decided to take the cab. The hotel is just around the corner but you have to pay minimum of $19.00 for the cab. 2. The staff have a terrible attitude.at check in, he didn't even ask me how do I wanted to pay for the hotel, he assumed I was gonna pay by credit card and he charged it for the night without asking. E. He wrote down my room number and plus another set of number in my room card holder, he did not told me what's the other number is for, when I got in my room I called the front desk for password of the internet, he said: I wrote it down on your card holder, and hung up. Horrible attitude!!!!

    location was good and also price staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful well done

    breakfast area to small for the amount of people and time for breaky should be a bit longer ie 10.00am and breaky staff not friendly

    Nice, clean and quiet room. there were fridge and microwave available. Wifi worked just fine.

    Staff seemed unfriendly and not really helpful. We called for a shuttle at the airport to pick us up. After 45min I called again and the guy at the hotel forgot to call for a shuttle. So after 1hr 30min we finally arrived at Travelodge!

    I only stayed 1 night for a stop over and was quite happy. Not the newest but ok for me. Staff informed me on arrival that wifi was down but not the end of the world. Slept ok although I could hear persons walking upstairs sometimes. I slept well so all ok. Tried wifi at 3.00am as I awoke due to my body clock from Australia kicking in. Another good thing was that I could walk up the road to a burger outlet to eat. There are other food shops in area also.

    No that I did not like but need to be careful of was that there was only a nine seater bus but 18 persons needed to get to Airport in the morning. I was on my own with only a small bag and grabbed front seat so was ok. Might need to check. I hope all the others made it on time for their flights. The benefit of being so close to the Airport.

    Handy and room cleanliness

    Reception staff cold and asking for tips for every little thing. E. G. Yes you can leave your bags to collect later but it is outside my job description, so i will need a tip. Breakfast ran out of bread which was not topped up.

    The room was very spacious and nice, had a full kitchen and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.

    As nice as the bathroom was, we did see a couple of roaches. We had to leave the light on our entire stay so they didn't come out. Also the remote for our tv didn't work
