Uns hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen und die Lage war nicht schlecht um mit dem Mietwagen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Universal, Sea World, BuschGarden etc.) zu gelangen.

An der Reception tätigen sie nicht einmal eine Reservierung für dich. Die Tickets für die verschiedenen Parks sind am günstigsten, wenn man sie direkt an der Kasse beim entsprechenden Park nimmt (auch die Kombi-Möglichkeiten. Im Hotel (vis-a-vis Reception) bezahlt man mehr und kriegt nur einen Voucher, den man an der Parkkasse gegen die entsprechenden Eintrittsbillette eintauschen muss!

I love stay in this hotel. The price are reasonable and very competitive with the other good hotels.

I really liked the appearance of the hotel. I liked the guest services, the cleaniness, the price, conveniences, and the location. I've stayed in other hotels in the orlando area at different times. I was more impressed with the appearance and rate of this hotel, then others that I've paid much more money to stay in the past.

We missesd the continental breakfast most hotels offer. The bathroom was a little small, especially for families of more than 2.

The rooms were fresh, beds comfortable and clean

The restaurant was not busy so staffing was limited quality of food low for the price. It really offset value of the room.

I think the schedule for shuttles to the Disney parks and the other attractions in the area could be expanded to include more times and no fees.....we had to take the city bus one night because we were ready to return to the hotel before the 10:00 shuttle ran.

It was close to area attractions.

The room had bugs behind the bed and dust everywhere. The front-desk associate was incredibly rude and single-handedly convinced me to never, ever stay at this hotel again.l

We loved how close it was to Disney World and Old Town. It was also very comfortable. We stayed at a Disney resort for four nights and it was more expensive and not as comfortable or nice.

There was a mix up when we first got there and we were given the key to someone else's room and only found out because we walked in and all of their personal belongings were in there but they quickly corrected the situation. Also the bathroom was tiny but the comfort of the beds made up for that.

The room was really clean and housekeeping came regularly and did a nice job. The furnature was new and was quality stuff.

The staricase had cigarette butts on the floor and every morning it really stunk like pot. There was noone at the front door to check to see if persons entering were guests or not. The door at the end of the hall had bent hinges and could not close; another security risk. They advertised laundry facilities and there were, but no change machines and the front desk said they had no change.
