That they are open when u need them lbs...
I saw two bed bugs in my bed
The facility was not very clean, the towels were wet, service and staf were very unprofessional and untimely with request.
Large roomy room. Good continental breakfast. Convenient to airport & has hourly shuttle. Good access to public transport connecting with Chicago CBD
Bit of musty smell to room, not helped by sealed window. Room cleaning & preparation not adequately supervised - found both phone & lamp unusable until I found lead & sockets to reconnect both.
that I could smoke
well, it was beat up...burns in the rug,no in-room coffee maker or fridge, worst towels ever
Staff very helpful, shuttle service. Quiet.
Rooms need some work, new paint, sockets, plumbing needs some repair.
Convenience to airport.
This property is old and not very well maintained. Some staff members can hardly communicate in English. A homeless couple camped out in the lobby area for 2 days before staff told them "you can't hang out here". Beds were not made one day of our visit. I was awaken two nights by fights in the parking lot. Towels are old, dingy, and worn out. They were unable to print our boarding pass because the computers in the lobby don't communicate with the front desk. This place is in need of a total renovation. I was thankful I didn't have a black light to do a "Gordon Ramsey" inspection of the room. I would never stay here again.
Will not be staying here again on future trips to this area.
Day 1, no wash cloth Day 2, no wash cloth, hand towels or bath mat. Day 3, All missing items finally showed up. Staff refused to allow me to take breakfast 2 muffins to my room, whereas they didn't stop other foods (ie; Pizza, etc. from other guests) being eaten in rooms.
Price was cheap but you get what you pay for. ie not much. Sorry but all I can say is do not stay here.
Room was dirty. Drunk people everywhere in lobby. Hallways smelled terrible. Pillow was lumpy. Bathroom was dirty. Didn't dare shower there. Very loud drunk people up and down halls.
It was not clean at all, specially in the breakfast area
First floor accomodation, ease of in and out. Price was reasonable.
The bathroom ceiling over the shower appeared was ready to cave in. Water damage from room above? The mattress was caved in from too much use. When we arrived not enough bathroom linens for the two of us. Then second day there was no bathmat. They did furnish when I told them we needed washcloths & bathmat. Too noisy to sleep well.
They were cleaning up and doing renovations on the hotel, but it was still on the run down side. The staff was plenty helpful and friendly.
When we checked into our room, there was a smell of mold. We were going to let that pass because we were too tired. Then there wasn't a stopper in the bathtub and the hot water didn't get hot, there was no water pressure. The front desk did give us another room that was a little bit better. Not by much. Just no mold smell. The continental breakfast only had cereal, bagels and muffins. I probably won't stay there on my next trips to Chicago.
Close to retail stores.
Water pressure hot and cold almost none. No microwave and air conditioning kept shutting off.
no pool, not a good location
location to the party that I was going to
room carpet was dirty, hot water was only tepid, room safe not working
nothing what a dump
the place should be torn down
It was nice and convenient
The staff were very rude and not too accommodating
Perfect location for trip plans
The Staff really made the effort to help The shuttle to airport and help desk wellness to provide transportation options to the guests The breakfast included really made the difference. I am got a great service experience for the hotel.
Great location... Mall and shopping.
unclean bed, chip paint and unclean carpet.
The price was unbeatable. Service was excellent.
Was not as clean as it could have been and needs an upgrade and soon.
Motel needs updates. Rooms need updates. painting the hallways and doors.. felt like I way in a bad neighborhood when walking thought the hallway. Room wasn't too bad
Very Poor Facilities and people around
The guy at the front desk was nice
They have a club inside of the hotel so it was really noisy and a lot of sketchy people in during that time. Don't stay out too late or else you run into a lot of drunks on the weekends. bathrooms were nasty, there were hair on the wall and on the floor. Crack walls and shower head wasn't working properly and the shower head looks like it was about to fall off the wall. Please refund my money.
The inside of this hotel is horrible. The hallway was dark and dingy and smelled. Inside of the rooms smelled as well their was VERY low hot water pressure if any in the sink. If we need hot water, we had to utilize the tub for the hot water. when using the air conditioner, it would cut off then come back on. For the price we paid i expected a little bit more than what i saw.Staying in a motel was better than this hotel
no clean un comfortable
