la piscine est grande et peu utilisée. 2 ordinateurs à disposition. Toutes les chaînes sur la TV Pas trop loin du centre de Monterey.

Nous avons aimé la chambre impeccable, son balcon sur la piscine, la gentillesse à l'accueil.

La blanchisserie n'est pas assez grande pour un ets de cette importance.

Pas grand chose. Seul le prix était attractif.

Les chambres sont petites ,très vieillottes (on se croirait dans un motel en 1970),et sentent le moisi.On a d'ailleurs retrouvé un désodorisant caché derrière le rideau.

Le prix exorbitant sans rapport avec le standing de l'hôtel . Moquette pleine de tâches ,odeur de détergent désagréable . Service de petit déjeuner succinct . Ce n'est pas parce qu'on accepte les chiens que les chambres aient le droit d'être limite sales.....j'ai eu d'autres hôtels meilleur standing, acceptant les chiens dont les chambres sont impeccable et deux fois moins chères.....346$ Pour cela c'est une arnaque....

Un hôtel aux standards corrects et qui correspond à ce que l'on peut s'attendr d'un hôtel Travellodge aux États-Unis.

Le personnel à la réception était froid et pas très accueillant. Mais il faisait leur travail.

Nous avons été vraiment étonné de découvrir un chambre très propre et spacieuse avec micro onde, frigo et un lit énorme pour un prix si bas. Petit déjeuner sommaire, mais très bien et nourrissant! Super rapport qualité prix!!!!

We had such a nice time staying that this lovely hotel. It is so beautiful here. And everything is very clean which we both loved. It's well decorated and well put together. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a level of service you don't run into very often these days. This hotel is big, cozy, and well located. Can't believe how enjoyable our stay was. And the price was extremely generous! We are customers for life.

Tom & Jennifer were at the reception desk when we arrived. TOM served us & he really bends over backwards to help you! And also nice surpris - there are a few smoker-friendly rooms!! Very worthwhile & cheap.

This is definitely a very nice hotel, great for everyone. It's beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything is very well put together. The staff was very friendly, this hotel is close to the downtown area, and it's really affordable. We have no complaints. My family really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was very noisy (airport and freeway noise), the decor is dated, room was small and not very clean

My family is big, so we picked this hotel because it was affordable And close to everything everyone wanted to do. It's minutes away from downtown. The hotel itself was very well put together, from the staff to the facility itself. The rooms we big enough for my big family and comfortable enough for everyone to sleep well...and all was very clean! We are definitely staying here from now on, and we recommend this hotel to everyone.

What a great hotel. For the price I paid, I was very surprised how nice this hotel was. Very clean, very private, and very well located; off the freeway and near the downtown area. The staff provided great service. I'm very happy I stayed here and will continue to do so in the future.

The pool, the size of the room, that it had a microwave & refrigerator, that it was reasonably priced, the staff was helpful & friendly.

I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. You really have to stay here to appreciate how great this hotel is. The staff was incredibly helpful to my husband and I, and because of its great location, we were both able to do our own things within mins...shopping and golfing! I love the rooms here. The whole place is really well decorated, and everything is clean and smells nice! Everyone should check this hotel out. Best of all, it's affordable!

required a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card exposing thier customers to credit card fraud. tried to explan my problems with this and got nowhere. so they require you drivers and credit card photo copyed including the security code om the back of the card.

My friends and I came here for a convention, and we picked this hotel because it was close to downtown, and it was very affordable. We did not expect it to be so nice. Everything was awesome about this hotel. The staff especially went out of their way for me and my friends. The breakfast in the morning was great, and I slept well. Everyone should check this place out.

My husband and I came here for a quick, unplanned shopping/golfing trip, and we really picked this hotel of it's close location to all the downtown dining/shopping AND golfing. What we didn't expect, for the price we paid, how nice this place was! Everything looked new! Very nice look and feel of the whole hotel. The rooms were clean, smelt nice, and we slept very well on the comfortable beds. We are so happy with this hotel. Everyone should definitely stay here. We are coming back here again soon. It was VERY lovely.

I came here to meet some friends for a quick golf trip. I picked this hotel because it was afforable and it was located near all the nicer golf courses. I was very happy with this hotel. In fact, my friends loved this place as well. Everything was clean, the staff was awesome, really took care of me, and I slept really well. The beds were large, soft, and smelt new. Overall, I am a customer for life. I am very happy with this hotel. Everyone should check it out.
