Travelodge - Orlando Downtown  

Location / price , not the most luxurious or newest motel u will stay in but perfectly acceptable , I'd definately stay there again

Nothing really , it could certainly benifit from a complete re furb , but it was ideal for a city centre stay .

It is run down. Carpeting filthy in halls and stairwells. Needs renovation. With the prime location how can you let this happen.

The staff was helpful

The rooms and hallways were filthy. The bathroom shower looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks. We used a towel to place on the floor so as not to stand on the tile. The comforter and covers for the bed had several burn marks on them. The people staying to the right of our room were obviously using drugs as the entire hallway reeked of marijuana.

Building looked and felt aged would not recommend this site...staff was nice....not ezy to get to.

It was awful , couldnt take showers, Mold growing in shower. Looked like it was never cleaned. And funny No Body cared , when we complained.Have picture video of it.Locks Broken on Doors. Towels smelled, it was just awful.

All rooms in area was booked, this was only hotel with rooms, !! I have stayed at Travelodge before and wasnt bad at all. This place was disgusting !! Thinking of calling Orange County Health Department, thats how bad this place was.

Stale and dirty facility as a whole. Needs major upgrade. This would be obviously reflected in room prices, but currently it looks like nothing has been done in 20 years to fix the place up. The room was as clean as the staff could get it, but it was totally obsolete and tired.

It needs an update, the rugs were so soiled it was awful. Things were very shabby.

Filthy. The bathroom was very dirty, black footprints on floor. Shower curtain soaked, shower dripped the whole time. Very run down, funky smell.

Convenient to facility.

Too noisy with no telephone number to contact the front desk. Noise at 3:00 A. M. is bad. Had to contact the reservation number to contact front desk. Telephone in room did not work.

Michael at the desk was very courtesy and helpful. Not the others.

The room was freezing and after turning down the ac, the musty-moldy smell was horrible. There was no tub and there was no mention of this in the description. The door was very difficulty to close and secure, left me with an uneasy feeling. The bathroom mold, cracked tiles and the very tiny shower had grout over mold over grout, the drain had cracked tile and no grout-cut foot on drain. The bed had flat sheet for a bottom sheet, so when you moved the sheet would bunch up. A message came through with a flashing light on phone at 0430 which woke me from my already restless sleep. It was the absolute worse experience in a hotel I have ever experienced. I am surprised the health department allows the mold and cracked tiles. It felt like a place that rents out by the hour.

The location to downtown, the staff's attitude, and ease of checking in and extending my stay.

The room's bathroom is leaking causing the room be damp. There was no space to go to another room.

Friendly staff at front desk. Convenience to Orlando Shakespeare Theatre. Good shower pressure. Excellent cable tv channels.

The staff was had great customer service and was patient through my questions.

There was mold along the caulking of the bathtub and the shower head and handle was dirty with grout inside the handle. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. There were noticeable shoe prints. The room smelled of cigarettes or mold. And the hallway was musty smelling. The carpet had huge tears along the baseboard and exposed the wood. The carpet must be replaced. It had huge stains running the entire length. Please stop running their ads until they renovate their hotels. We didnt feel comfortable sleeping there. My daughter and I slept on top of the sheets! Since our stay was only a night and we were completely exhausted, we toughed it out. Please renovate your facilities.
