Everything was good
I think I would bring my own pillows next time. That's it though, all else was great!
Staff was nice, they deducted part of the room cost for the broken bed and moldy smell.
The room smelled like mold, bathroom facilities were old. Stayed in two queen bed room in the unrenovated part of the hotel (room 143). The bed frame was broken and lopsided
Their computer system didn't have our reservation from Booking.com and it took a phone call to be able to get the room. Cleaning staff had left a bag of garbage and cleaning rags in the room.
The second room was much nicer but didnt have a full length mirror
The first room was do disgusting the carpets were so badly stainef we wouldnt take our shoes off. We demanded a new room and they moved us to a much cleaner and nicer room across from pool. Cliental questionable staff wAs good. Wouldnt stay again
I liked everything. The room, location, had a fun atmosphere. I will definitely stay there again.
drity, parking, veiw, art work on the wall, staff over the phone where rude and unacomdating, and the cost was to high for a cheap hotel. Not happy at all and will never reture.
Location to Palm Springs. Pool area and hot tub was good.
No WiFi as it was not working the 4 days we were there. No continental breakfast. Coffee had only powder cream. No cold water drinking available in lobby.
Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Both bar and café were closed for good. This hotel shows its age,,carpets and chairs filthy.Carpet in my room had bumps in it.Room was to have a pool view,it was blocked by trees, all you could see were branches.
The pool area wasn't bad. They had a lot of nice lounge beds and sofas and it had a mid century modern vibe, it serves it's purpose
The rooms are in bad need of remodeling. It had a very dingy feel and the carpet looked filthy
Dirty carpets, room needs paint, a/c not working well, minimal TV channels.
The room was shabby carpet was dirty and smelled like smoke The staff could care less
We were put in a formerly smoking room and thought we had non-smoking. The bathroom was so small you had to twist to try and use the very small shower. The air conditioner was very noisy. We booked several rooms and all were lousy! To top it off, they double-charged us for the rooms!
Elmers was close by
Would not stay there again
Everything in the room was up to standard, the front desk info was good, there was help with baggage, the location was on the free trolley line that runs 11 am - 1 am Thurs - Sun, and it's within a three-block walk of Elmer's for breakfast.
There's no room service, but frankly in Palm Springs one goes out.
- very clean -friendly staff -nice pool area -Room was good
-location (to downtown with bicycle about 10 mins, by foot 20 min) -free bike rental wasnt really good, flat tires and damaged -wifi was bad
This place is cute. Nothing fancy, but totally worth the price. I would suggest a pool view room. We really enjoyed the pool area with chairs, sofas, beds under canopies, a soft grass lawn and a fire pit. Would definitely stay again. Staff was nice and helpful.
They didn't open the pool bar while we were there. The outside is a little dingy. The mountain view rooms look over the ugly parking lot.
the linens were good: very nice towels, sheets were clean until we got in them.
The concrete floor made for dirty feet, which made for dirty sheets. No throw rugs or anything but bare black concrete. No soap in the bathroom (we got some from the front desk, of course). The shower leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. The base board area throughout was in need of replacement. The worst problem was not really The Curve's fault: a convention of Blue Knights bikers was staying there, and those nasty machines are so obnoxiously LOUD (intentionally). Our room was between parking lots. Maybe those guys should be charged extra due to their destruction of the sleep of other guests. This has happened to us before in California; it must be a Cali thing. Public pressure to enforce appropriate noise muffler use might work someday, and having motel proprietors lend weight would help. Or indeed, if you know those suckers are staying at your place offer discounts to quiet folks and supply ear plugs. I used ear plugs and found that the decibels of the hogs went right through them.
It was quiet even though the property was very crowded on the first night. The staff was friendly.
It seemed like an upscale budget hotel. There is no actual closet.....just an opening with missing hangers. The carpet and door had visible dirt. The pillows were hard with thin pillowcases.
Location, front desk staff
Urine stain on duvet, housekeeper only left one washcloth for two people.
close to downtown and is pet friendly
Beautiful environment. Totally enjoying my stay.
All was great.
The use of the bikes. The view from my room (223). Nice shower and comfy bed
Could have been a bit cleaner. Some staff not particularly friendly. Room was comfortable and needed a paint job
The Buzz stops right in front of the hotel. Perfect for a free ride into downtown! The overall look of the hotel was nice, the bar and lobby were cool. Pool chairs/lounges were clean.
Pool heaters were broken (January). I booked a room with "mountain views" and we ended up with a room overlooking the parking lot and an alleyway. The balcony & window were facing the lot and the front door was south facing so there wasn't much daylight. I recommend booking a pool view instead.
Clean room. Good value for the money and easy to stay with our dog. Would stay again.
Arrived at 5 pm and our mountain view room was not yet ready.
