The grassy area in front of the motel
The substandard bathroom facilities (faucet in wash basin did not produce any hot water and flow was poor on cold). No plug in wash basin. Walls in bathroom shedding plaster, tiles on shower step had black marks.
This hotel was clean and the management was friendly.
This is an old motel in an old area. It was the second most costly of the places we stayed in 15 days. We were not wine tasting, just passing through. I would avoid Paso Robles next time.
Everything...especially the area seems unsafe..
Dirty carpet, musty odor, grime on walls and floors. Doors don't close tightly. Never staying here again.
microwave in the closet bathroom very small needs to be upgraded
Location, 'hidden pool', large bathroom, quiet.
Peeling paint, really noisy air conditioner, shabby appearance of the room--it seemed that little had been done to maintain the room.
Rooms need to be cleaner with vacuming and breakfast is very marginal - just a sealed roll and had to ask for milk for cereal. No space to eat anything. Presentation of breakfast poor and cheap!!! Office staff did respond to requests for wifi and for lamps that weren't even plugged in and required an extension. Arrived at 9:25 AM for a breakfast that was already put away. Don't recommend this place.
Its close to where we planned to be I like the fact that it has a large open court yard with tables and chairs.
The rates quoted by booking and what Travellodge charged me was different. The person who checked me in was rude. The free breakfast was not available until after 8:00 a.m. I was not the only one expecting it to open earlier. The office wasn't open all the time, room service wasn't the best, and when my brother lost his key he got yelled at.
Staff were pleasant
We were quite disappointed; poor television reception; squashed insects on wall next to bed headboard. Very cold: no extra blankets
Able to get a room at this time.
The room has mold and smelled. So far we have not gotten sick.
I liked how close this was to the freeways and to the local restaurants. The staff was friendly enough
The light in the bathroom was...unreliable. The blanket was stained. The TV was placed in such a way as to prevent anyone from comfortably watching it while in bed or in a chair...and even if the chairs had been properly placed (not that such a thing was possible), they would not have been comfortable enough to sit in. Worst of all, the room was musty. it smelled old and improperly cared for.
Manager grumpy and rude entire time. Room carpet wet Appliances and lamps not plugged in. Loud residents 1130-130 am manager on site and never addressed. Very poor reflection of Travelodge. Recommend you remove from your site.
Blankets were thin. Lots of dings and marks on walls. Place was run down. Fridge was really loud all night. Also not in the nicest area. $60 rather than $120 would have been a fair price.
Decent location minimal road noise wifi worked, if slowly at times clean and comfortable bed
Stench of tobacco so bad had to reject first room offered. Second room still had tobacco, and musty, but it was the last open room. Better second night after all windows left open all day. Under window air conditioner noisy, even for just the fan. No available ac outlets, bring your plug-strip and extension cord. Thin single blanket and cover. Did I mention the stench of tobacco?
It was in a great location for the purpose of our visit. Checking in was easy and fast.
It felt "cheap". I've had better experience with Motel 6. The walls looked dirty. The microwave looked old and dirty. The TV was old and could hardly get a clear picture on the channels available. They need to upgrade with the times.
