It seems as though the property's manager doesn't have the skills it takes to run the place. She was unknowledgable of the simple questions I asked of her (by asking, I mean, asking in statements cause I already knew how the system and third party billing is "suppose" to function). She was VERY unfriendly and not accommodating for HER staffs mistakes. There is no telling how long any of the guests, or I had to wait just for her to acknowledge our presence at the front desk, every time. I wouldn't have had to go to her as many times if she would have taken care of the multiple problems the first time, and had done it correctly. Another thing! Why even have a microwave or fridgerator if neither of them actually work. The first room we checked in to had a broken AC, then were moved to a room that I wasn't even sure it had been cleaned. After checking in, there was a man who started talking to us, and even after I turned down his offer to help us move our luggage up to the room, not once but twice, he started grabbing my personal things with lack of care, and had the nerve to ask for money. I had reached to give him a few bucks for his unwanted help, but then had the nerve to tell me it was exactly $15 he wanted from me. Also, isn't the point of having a room key is so that I can use it to get into my room? I understand that the keys deactivate due to check out, having it against an electronic device, etc. but I should have had to get 2 new sets of keys everyday of my visit. You see my reservation, you see when im checking out, please set the key for the right amount of night when you activate it on the key deck.
The *afternoon* staff (boy and girl, 3pm-11pm, same shift just different days) were easy to get along with, took care of my needs, and we're very helpful when needed. Didn't get a chance to meet the night time employee.
