Very friendly and helpful staff, the renovated rooms look great!
Hole in ceiling bathroom were fan should have been. head board detached from the wall. Room smelled and no screens on window..so bugs came in. Room safe didn't work. Building under construction. Stairwell dangerous and we had to carry our bags up through it. Staff spoke ver little English!
The beds were comfortable. That was the Only good thing!
There were a lot of things broken in the first room I was in plus there was no microwave. I moved to another room where I had a problem with the TV set. Despite several reminders the staff ignored this for two days, that's why I left the hotel earlier than planned.
The location is great and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The television outdated, remotes didn't work that well, didn't receive channels as advertised, onsight laundry room not accessible,no breakfast
The pricing, not charging extra for more than 2,and pets free, polite staff,
We were unaware of the remodel being done on the hotel. It will probably be very nice when done but everything is filthy right now. Our room had fixtures missing, no plug covers, and the dead bolt for our door was gone.
Staff was very nice. When you walk into the lobby you feel very welcomed. They were very eager to accommodate us during our visit. The lobby manager was the only person on our entire trip who offered us help with our luggage. Very friendly.
Motel was being renovated, so much of the common areas of the motel looked especially ugly and unappealing. The shower appeared to be intended for little people, and suffice it to say that this tall patron did not enjoy having to duck so much under the shower head.
Staff was nice. The price was very reasonable.
I was not told renovations were being conducted during out stay when making the reservations. Doors did not close and or their were no doors. Not too many rooms to chose from.
Staff was friendly upon our arrival and understood our situation of not staying.
The fact that out suite had no radio flat screen TV. And there was construction debris everywhere and it stunk of smoke.
the whole first floor was being renovated and smelt like drywall
Noise level and smell
Staffs are nice and helpful.
No dryer, pillows too soft, couldn't sleep due to dust in air
under construction, dust everywhere, just a poor motel.
The rebuilding of facility's caused a lot of noise, bad smell, doors were left open in main hallways that made it very cold, housekeeping were not that good never changed sheets on beds, advertised good cable was very genetic , no laundry facilities as mentioned, could never really get ahold of desk, television reception went off occasionally
The beds were comfy,
It was under serious construction and the heater in our room did not work. We got our money back.
The bathroom had been remodeled and it was very nice. Also, my husband liked the recliner in the room. They were very good about refunding our money.
Got bites--possibly from bedbugs--during the stay from extra blankets. The inn is going through renovation but did not advertise and did not realize it was mentioned in another review. Stains in carpet and tub, and there was no shampoo. Bathroom lighting was super dim and the walls are extremely thin. Did feel like a shady place.
Wifi was okay and the free parking was great. The staff was also really nice. Liked how there was a microwave and fridge.
1. staff was extremely rude and dismissive of us. Despite the fact that we called the night before and requested an early check in and a bottom floor room, which we were assured would be accommodated, when we arrived we were treated as if we were an annoyance and none of our requests were met. 2. had my handicapped mother in-law with us who has great difficulty walking. we were refused a room on the first floor and were given a room on the far end of the second floor and their elevator was not in service. 3. bugs in the room 4. stains on carpet and furniture 5. paint fumes from them painting the outside of the building came in through our vent and our window. 6. Only a sheet on the bed 7. Denied blankets and extra towels from front desk girl. The housekeeping staff gave us a few extra sheets and towels after my husband spoke to them in Spanish as the front desk staff could not communicate with them. 8. Smoke alarms did not have batteries and did not work 9. Carpets had dust, dirt, stains, lint all over them. 10. Remodeling being done on building and the hallways were full of construction material and dust. 11. the hotel had a bad smell in it and with the other sanitary issues we saw, we were very uncomfortable. 12. they claimed they had wifi but it did not work 13. the hair dryer on the wall was broken 14. As we were leaving we were yelled at by staff that the door we were exiting through was an exit only....we were exiting with our luggage as she told us not to come in that door as it was an exit only...idiot! My recommendation is do not stay here. It may be inexpensive when you are looking at room rates but its not worth it. It's a dive and the pictures are not accurate to what this place really looks like. The front desk staff obviously hate their job. Just don't go here.
It was near the hospital which is where we were needing to go
Remodeling work started a little early in the morning (around 7).
Pleasant room, comfortable bed, very quiet. Very good price!
my husband and I fell in the shower when we got in tub was SO slippery and the is no rubber matts Glen REFUSED to help me I wanted to know why I was double charged they blamed booking.com never told me the truth that they ran my card cancelled it and reran my card again all because the system crashed and the audit the night b4 didnt get done.
Gerrilynn was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice sized average looking but they are remodeling . Close to 205 and max line
Many things outdated past useful age chipping paint stairs worn ect
Not very clean not up to date just good to sleep
Bad part of town, undergoing remodel, staff's general IQ well below acceptable, dingy towles, non - smoking room smelled of smoke, broken appliances, and the most uncomfortable bed EVER!
This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The place is pretty run down, and not very clean looking. The people that work there look and act unprofessional. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in at some point, and didn't want to shut. The room itself didn't look clean. The garbage cans didn't even have bags in them. There was literally only one towel in a room booked for four people. No wash cloths. No hand towels. No soap. If it weren't for everything else being booked, we would have left. Not to mention, it seemed like a prositution hotel. It was very creepy.
Dirty facility. Rude and low clas staff. Rooms outdated. Cigarette burns in everything. Blood and other stains on sheets and comforter. Had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper. Sleezy. It is not near airport, it is in portlands ghetto
Gentleman that checked me in was not very nice. Too worried about getting off work to remember customer service.
This is perhaps an original travelodge. It is old and understaffed. We checked in and there were no towels and no soap. We asked and were given towels. We went to dinner and while we were gone they entered out room and took the towels. During the night the air conditioner broke and we were miserable. We asked them to fix it on our way out for the day and when we returned in the evening they hadn't even looked at it, were sold out and couldn't move us. As we were leaving another guest was at the desk because they sent him to a room with no sheets on the bed.
They returned our money.
