We liked that it was easy to find, the hotel workers were nice, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, helpful. The hotel was clean, neat and presentable. It was very booked so it was quiet also. But we were also off the beaten path, which was nice. When we asked for our refund for the 3 remaining nights (ended up not needing surgery, so we went home), refund was back in our acct in 3 days.
The pillows are 1/2 size, the paint is very old and too many layers, cracking and flaking. There is no elevator. Bathrooms need more room, felt like a stall in a movie theatre (hover over the potty to shut the door).
"Location" easy access to Highways! staff was very informative and nice.
Mattresses made sleep very uncomfortable, quite lumpy in some spots. Bathrooms were "very" small.
Inexpensive and not dirty. Staff was friendly, when you could find them.
Breakfast was very sparse; no fruit, one toaster is broken. The second morning, the trashcan was overflowing from the day before. The back door had no keycard and was often propped open. Is that a safe option? The whole place seemed a bit run down.
The entire building smelled like urine and smoke. I was concerned to sleep under the covers (bedbugs due to the cleanliness of the facility). The doors were old, cracked and didn't feel secure. Price was way to high for this type of building.
The hotel was great staff was excellent. The only problem I had was with the travel site not to send our reservation but the front desk fixed that real quick. Can't wait to go back.
The pictures look better than the actual conditions.
BED BUGS TERRIBLE
Maid was nice about us leaving a couple minute late after check out time I guess
I booked my room and came in later that night when I got there I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for service we ringed the bell finally we decided to call them and that when we finally got service smh bathroom tiny
he was nice , and consider it in replacing my room , cause the TV did not work .
did not have my reservation , until I show him my confirmation on my phone , I had to wait a good while for it .
Nothing!!! Horrible!!! Dirty!!!
Bad smells through out building. Cockroaches in room, management would not move us 2 a clean non roach infested room. Dirty motel
There wasn't a single thing to like about our stay in the hotel.
The room was disgusting. Dirty bed sheets and comforter, with cigarette burns through out. The bath room floor had a sticky residue covering it. The whole non smoking room smelt of stale smoke. To top it off, one of the lamps was missing its shade and the other looked like it just got back from a war zone.
I cannot think of anything that I liked!
Most everything, especially the bathroom where one cannot close the door if you are in the bathroom, that was cool.
Bed fairly comfortable
Cigarette burns in comforter, tv didn't work, vending machine empty, limited breakfast, Lounge chair upholstery coming unstapled, headboard missing from bed, paint smell from fresh paint, no window screens, room door did not automatically close
they upgrades our room to one with a jacuzzi
I didn't like how far from philly it was. I didn't like paying a toll to fo back to philly. I didbt like that they tried to put us in a room that was just renovated which smellsed like they just finished painting and I didn't like that when I walked out od that room it had constructuon papper all over the floor. I also didn't like that the free breakfesr ended at 9 even though checkout wasn't till 11 and the breakfest waas very small.
Good location, breakfast available, large room
We booked a top floor room but got a ground floor room, horrible smell in the room, cleaning was poor (we had the same dead fly on the bathroom's floor over three days and old headphones of former customers between the beds!)
