Clean room, fast and easy service, working AC
Staff n is rude unprofesional and packs the ability to cominicate with educatedx people
The staff all of them
Upon arrival they had trouble obtaining my reservation and after they processed it the bill was $15 more than the rate through Booking.com. I would have never booked the room if I had known it was going to be more than the better accommodations across the street. For a 2 star hotel to charge more for a dump room than a 3 star room at Extended stay where there are full kitchens and king beds was totally ridiculous. Will never reccommend this place to anybody.
Staff & Location close to airport
If you need parking not only do they charge you more for the room but they also charge you for the parking.
The Front Desk Agent Rose and Shuttle Drivers are solid. Stayed here again because of the solid team. Thank you!
close to South Center Mall.next to sea-tac airport with free shuttle,
needs updating on the outside
Parking could be better but fine
The workers were very nice
The price was right. Getting the room through Booking.com was a snap.
The location could have been better. The area is slightly sleazy.
Noisy, hot, uncomfortable
We booked a room here because of a low price we received through booking.com the night before. The next day (we were about to head to the hotel) we called the hotel and found that there hadn't been a reservation made for us and their hotel was full! Anne at the travelogde spoke with Tina from the booking website. The took turns calling each other and calling me trying to figure out what worked best for us. We wanted to stay at that hotel because of the location (right next to the light rail). Anne ended up getting us in and even in a bigger room for the same price! They were both so helpful. Really appreciated the care and effort! Would stay anywhere someone like Anne was working! Thank you!
The police were on site constantly! This was a source of comfort and concern!
Internet price said $70 plus taxes when I checked in I was charged $110 only for it 1:30am and I was travelling all day and very tired I would argued but all I wanted was to sleep
The room was comfortable, but not luxurious. Good bed.
The people at the desk were not very welcoming and seemed more or less indifferent. They did not smile. The lobby was dingy and small. The breakfast room was adequate but not especially cheerful or pleasant. The breakfast was only buns and coffee as I remember.
Close to airport. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Worked with us on check-in times to fit travel schedules. Restaurants nearby. Prompt airport shuttle. Great value.
No elevator. Not a terrible area, but some questionable characters nearby.
Nothing. There was honestly not a single good thing at this place.
No microwave as advertised, blood on the comforter and sheets, mold on the mattress, safe deposit that they refused to give back, breakfast consisted of stale bread and cereal, staff basically said leave if we don't like it there, no weather stripping on door so cold air noise and smoke from people smoking could come in, staff was very rude, cigarette burns on the mattress and sheets in a non-smoking room, card stopped opening the door to our room after first night because they only activated it for one of the 3 nights we were staying, and lots of sketchy people loitering around.
* The price, simplicity, and location. * Spotless shower, sink area. * Staff who made an extra effort.
No refrigerator No microwave No free wifi Towel bar hanging loose not attached to the wall No drain stoppers in the sink and bath tub Bug crawling on the table in the breakfast area
The night clerk was rude. He worked on the computer while we stood there for 5 mins. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. the A/C didn't work and room was stifflingly hot. Electricity only worked in half the room. The mattress sloped to the middle. The police pulled up to the office right after we had gotten our keys.
the receptionist attitude the hidden fee from booking.com
Adequacy for a quick stopover. Dean and cheap. Nice breakfast included free shuttle every half hour
Sorry, read other column. I liked Everything
The room where insects unbearable
I wasn't assaulted, robbed, or killed. Nor did I get bedbugs. (In that that used up only 61 of the 200 minimum characters required, I will continue on here with space-occupying characters until I reach the minimum of 200.) There! 220 with spaces.
The first room I was assigned at check-in was not a smoking room, as I'd reserved. When I got upstairs with my bags and into the newly-assigned room, the deadbolt did not engage and there was no secondary lock. I called the desk and got another room and so had to haul my things back downstairs to get the key. Back up the stairs with my bags, I found that my new room had neither ashtrays nor a baggage stand, but did have a big, nasty stain in the bathtub. There were 2 police cars parked across the street for the first hour or so--and with good reason, based on the looks of the many lurkers in front of the restaurant next door. After a 40-minute wait for an ashtray, I called the front desk a second time to ask about that and to inquire about the location of an ice machine. The ashtray (1) arrived and I learned that the ice machine was outside another building located across the parking lot. A sign on the door of my room advised guests not to leave valuables in either their rooms or their cars, which I appreciate as sound advice, but understand to mean that one should not travel with anything of value. The pillows (2) on the bed were tiny and as nasty as the bathtub. The neighborhood and this property were as sketchy as the day is long. I did not feel at all safe. In the morning, when I went into the office to check-out, there was no one there so I waited for a couple of minutes; once I located someone in another room and told her that I'd like to check-out, I still had to wait for a few minutes. I was not given a receipt.
fridge had beer from previous guest the noise from drunk patrons of the liquor store, noisy hotel guests yelling at 11 pm.
