We booked a room here because of a low price we received through booking.com the night before. The next day (we were about to head to the hotel) we called the hotel and found that there hadn't been a reservation made for us and their hotel was full! Anne at the travelogde spoke with Tina from the booking website. The took turns calling each other and calling me trying to figure out what worked best for us. We wanted to stay at that hotel because of the location (right next to the light rail). Anne ended up getting us in and even in a bigger room for the same price! They were both so helpful. Really appreciated the care and effort! Would stay anywhere someone like Anne was working! Thank you!
The police were on site constantly! This was a source of comfort and concern!
Internet price said $70 plus taxes when I checked in I was charged $110 only for it 1:30am and I was travelling all day and very tired I would argued but all I wanted was to sleep
The room was comfortable, but not luxurious. Good bed.
The people at the desk were not very welcoming and seemed more or less indifferent. They did not smile. The lobby was dingy and small. The breakfast room was adequate but not especially cheerful or pleasant. The breakfast was only buns and coffee as I remember.
Close to airport. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Worked with us on check-in times to fit travel schedules. Restaurants nearby. Prompt airport shuttle. Great value.
No elevator. Not a terrible area, but some questionable characters nearby.
Nothing. There was honestly not a single good thing at this place.
No microwave as advertised, blood on the comforter and sheets, mold on the mattress, safe deposit that they refused to give back, breakfast consisted of stale bread and cereal, staff basically said leave if we don't like it there, no weather stripping on door so cold air noise and smoke from people smoking could come in, staff was very rude, cigarette burns on the mattress and sheets in a non-smoking room, card stopped opening the door to our room after first night because they only activated it for one of the 3 nights we were staying, and lots of sketchy people loitering around.
* The price, simplicity, and location. * Spotless shower, sink area. * Staff who made an extra effort.
No refrigerator No microwave No free wifi Towel bar hanging loose not attached to the wall No drain stoppers in the sink and bath tub Bug crawling on the table in the breakfast area
The night clerk was rude. He worked on the computer while we stood there for 5 mins. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. the A/C didn't work and room was stifflingly hot. Electricity only worked in half the room. The mattress sloped to the middle. The police pulled up to the office right after we had gotten our keys.
the receptionist attitude the hidden fee from booking.com
Adequacy for a quick stopover. Dean and cheap. Nice breakfast included free shuttle every half hour
Sorry, read other column. I liked Everything
The room where insects unbearable
I wasn't assaulted, robbed, or killed. Nor did I get bedbugs. (In that that used up only 61 of the 200 minimum characters required, I will continue on here with space-occupying characters until I reach the minimum of 200.) There! 220 with spaces.
The first room I was assigned at check-in was not a smoking room, as I'd reserved. When I got upstairs with my bags and into the newly-assigned room, the deadbolt did not engage and there was no secondary lock. I called the desk and got another room and so had to haul my things back downstairs to get the key. Back up the stairs with my bags, I found that my new room had neither ashtrays nor a baggage stand, but did have a big, nasty stain in the bathtub. There were 2 police cars parked across the street for the first hour or so--and with good reason, based on the looks of the many lurkers in front of the restaurant next door. After a 40-minute wait for an ashtray, I called the front desk a second time to ask about that and to inquire about the location of an ice machine. The ashtray (1) arrived and I learned that the ice machine was outside another building located across the parking lot. A sign on the door of my room advised guests not to leave valuables in either their rooms or their cars, which I appreciate as sound advice, but understand to mean that one should not travel with anything of value. The pillows (2) on the bed were tiny and as nasty as the bathtub. The neighborhood and this property were as sketchy as the day is long. I did not feel at all safe. In the morning, when I went into the office to check-out, there was no one there so I waited for a couple of minutes; once I located someone in another room and told her that I'd like to check-out, I still had to wait for a few minutes. I was not given a receipt.
fridge had beer from previous guest the noise from drunk patrons of the liquor store, noisy hotel guests yelling at 11 pm.
Helpful staff let me check in from an early flight as soon as my room was ready. The airport shuttle was vet quick and efficient .
The location and accessibilty to other fast food is excellent
The recepcionist who worked that night August 31,2014 was not friendly and not even greeted us when we came in...poor customer service.
I didn't like all the coming n going of the neighbors that properly live there busy enterprise .. Little scary when you have children with you
Dirty room.very bad area.dirty bed linen.room unclean.so bad that we had to change hotel .do not book this hotel it is really awful.unbelievable that it can be offered as a place to stay!!!!!!
Staff was friendly.
WiFi not working.
plenty of room....nice shower....had air conditioner....
parking was not convenient....not enough power outlets....no microwave and frig...older TV unable to hookup VCR....
Staff was courteous and shuttle service to airport was fine.
The relocation was a hotel that needs to seriously work on its rooms. Billing issue was resolved after numerous calls.
Good van service to and from the Airport.
The carpets need to be changed. The room is old. The WiFi worked well, but is was not secure.
Nothing. Excuse me....leaving.
Smelly room left bad taste in my mouth. House cleaning walked in while in bathroom with b. door open. No privacy signs to put on door handle. Burn holes in bedding and supposed to be non-smoking rm. bath towels were floor towel grade. Carpet smelly. .
Smells bad n the bed dirty!
-booking online from home -being very close to the airport -arriving with a nonsmoking room for the 5 of us and a cot to move into the room for my son
-big time trouble with booking a room for my family when we were onsite at the front desk. We thought we'd booked a room for the following Monday. -when we returned from our week trip overseas at 12:00 am from the airport, the night desk person wasn't sure we even had a reservation -he said we got the last room supposedly available on the ground floor but it was a smoking room and there wasn't an available cot to move into the room so my son had to sleep on the floor. -there were 5 in our family but only 3 towels available -a hole in the wall was covered up by plaster and not even painted over - -other areas needing repairs were just painted over. -we were not impressed -there is definitely some confusion in priorities between online bookings vs. in person bookings. Front desk personnel don't seem to know what rooms are taken and or booked.
