Excelent location. Laundry service and parking. Wifi worked very well.
Convenience and location.
Room shabby and worn. Sheets sink and toilet clean but dirty elsewhere. Dirty outside the room. Did not feel very comfortable staying there.
Dirty carpet made feet black. Urine on toilet seat and generally smelly.
Great value and simply awesome location. We could not of asked for more as a base for Vegas!
Location, price, staff
Fair enough what pay
Close to the strip
Hotel is disgusting, everything falling apart, suprised the bed didn't fall through the floor at night.
Not one of the top hotels by a long way. A bit dated. Cheap for the location on the middle of the strip.
Some of the towels are thread bare. Our door would only shut with a slam. Ok for 2 nights.
Location is perfect! Right on the strip! And staff was very friendly and rooms were very big!
Pulling into the parking lot is a nightmare. Its right in the middle of a very busy sidewalk and waiting for people to move so you can pull in takes a few minutes.
Location is too good
Drinking water should be provided at hotel.
Location is in the center of most everything on the strip.
Plumbing in shower needed to be fixed.
We only stayed for one night as arrived to Vegas late. It was affordable but very basic and old. Needs a big facelift and some TLC. Free basic breakfast included that closes at 10am on the dot.
Room was slightly smelly.
You couldn't get a better location than this - right on The Strip. Nice swimming pool, helpful staff, clean rooms
The first room we were given smelt of sewage but we were very quickly moved when we complained. The rooms are very tired & in desperate need of a makeover, peeling paint, chipped enamel, stained sanitary ware, plaster coming away on the bathroom walls, shower/tap fittings coming off the wall. By contrast the reception area was stylish & cool - nothing like the bedrooms!
- close to the strip - friendly receptionists
- 'the grab-and-go' breakfast: only 6 tables for the entire motel, people were sitting outside on the ground in the parking lot to have breakfast. - power points in room: loose (danger!) - coffee machine in room didn't work - TV in room didn't work
Remote control not functioning, no bulb in the lamp.
I liked the maintenance service it was really quick and the breakfast was great.
I had a person next door banging on their door for many hours and I couldnt get any sleep which impacted on my conference I had that day. also the night before i couldnt get any sleep because people were being loud and walking up and down past my window. I think they were drinking. I also got charged an extra $63 for something I am not sure what it was for. I think staff should intervene when things like this happen.
Location was absolutely in the center of everything. The rooms were actually very nice, clean, and did not have a problem getting from room to parking lot, pool, lobby, etc. The staff, except for one member, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Parking Lot was very easy to get in and out of and I felt secure leaving it there.
Bathroom toilet overflowed several times which happens sometimes, but they had to come up a few times and eventually fix it. The maintenance crew was helpful, except it was a bummer because we could not get ready and missed our time to go out twice due to them fixing it. When I called up front to let them know my concern the front desk lady was no help and didn't really do much. A little customer service can go a long way! But, it did not ruin our stay entirely.
Location was awesome, room cleanliness was good definitely glad there was no cockroaches. Pool was nice. Felt secure about leaving vehicle, in lot.
Not much maybe the breakfast could include more then just cereal.
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Nor problem parking and excellent facilities, free wifi. Also a self laundry service is available.
Struggling to find nothing but the only problem was that the Coke vending machine wasn't working.
No conditioner or ihome.
Location is only good thing about this place!
We were 3 minutes to late for breakfast and we had to eat somewhere else.
Excellent location. Room was clean and facilities good. Room was surprisingly quiet considering its location right in the heart of 'the strip'. Staff were friendly. Tariff was exceptionally good value, and the breakfast included was also equally good. My friends stayed nearby at three times the price; had plusher surrounds but no better night's rest and less in the pocket!
1. The entry is uninviting, which is a pity. 2 The whole complex is pretty much bitumen and concrete, with no landscaping at all apart from the small fenced pool 3. The motel grounds have open thoroughfare from all directions which could present a potential security risk.
It's very central on the strip. The kids liked the (small) swimming pool. Big rooms. Free parking.
This hotel room was filthy. The carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned for years. (Which is how most of US hotels look like.) The air-conditioning was very loud and hasn't been cleaned in a while - was blowing out dust, from the 1/2cm layer of dust on each blade. The towels were not clean when we arrived and we needed to get new ones. There was a weird smell when we arrived, thinking it might be a unusual cleaning detergent smell. I checked the beds, they were clean. I sanitized the bathroom surfaces and toilet (I always do that since you never know how many toilets they clean with one sponge/cloth) and then we left to explore Las Vegas. Coming back at midnight, we got "hit" by a stench of beer and piss: So the cleaning detergent from earlier had covered the stink. Since the beds were clean we put the kids to bed, sprayed some deodorant in the room and fell to bed ourselves. When I complained about it the next morning, checking out, the desk lady just said very unfriendly, I should have told them and they would have given us a different room. We were too tired for that, and when I look at that hotel, I don't think other rooms would have been much cleaner - they are mostly cleaned by the same cleaning crew. The room was 100$/night, which is not a lot, but a week earlier we paid 120$/2 nights at the Stratosphere, much cleaner, bigger pool, including rides.
