The 2 king size beds!
Large room. 2 king beds
The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, the room was very clean, the bed and sofa bed were clean and comfortable
The breakfast was minimal (no fresh anything), the keys only worked occasionally, the wifi was slow and spotty
Room & Bed Size Cleanliness
Person at Front does not seem to be happy to help us. Seems irritated. Breakfast was just breads, corn flakes and coffee. No eggs or any other hot food.
Great stay especially for the price as a stop over on our way to the Grand Canyon. Spacious updated rooms, friendly staff.
We were expecting a little more quality and friendlier staff. Breakfast which is offered is a disgrace
The Stuff The location - not too long drive to the grand canyon.
The milk on the breakfast was out of date.
We slept all night,.
Dirty linen bags outside hotel linen room,. It looked dirty. Not well lit outside at night,. Member of staff male not welcoming/ helpful,
No unexpected surprises, would highly recommend.
Room was nice and contained everything we needed, including a fridge.
Breakfast rather poor, breakfast area with high chairs inappropriate for litte children. The hotel manager (hispanic) was not friendly at all.
I booked a much needed overnight trip w my husband. Our car broke down on tge way there. I calked and got the mgr who was so horribly rude. He started yelling at me ...Didn't u chk ur cancelation policy. In fact he said it over and over again. He wud not let us reschedule and said 'u will be charged'. That night we borrowed a car and arrived at 9pm...then only to hv to chk out at 11am! The facility was great but not worth $140 for a place to sleep. The mgr was there wgen we arrived and was still extremely unpleasant!
Saw Staff, only 1 grumpy, hard to understand man for 3 days. Price was unbelievably high for such a run down place. Towels were falling apart. Carpet was so dirty it made my feet black.
Bed was clean
Not sure why this is a 3 star property? It's really dated and a little scary
Value for money. Room was clean.
Continental breakfast lacked fresh fruit.
Great staff, very helpful Pretty comfortable bed Flat screen tv Walking distance to downtown
Noise from outside
The staff were friendly, the room sufficiently dark and the bed comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. But, oh, the shower! The water pressure was fantastic and the temperature perfect! I would stay here again.
We had a back up in the toilet, but that was fixed within 5 minutes ofus the front desk.
This was a typical hotel but what made it exceptional was the Manager he was awesome, extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help us
Bathroom was outdated and shower took sometime to figure out how to use. Manager has to show us
Quality of accommodation
Proximity to railway
Could have been a little more clean AC was noisy
The manager on duty should know that the american breakfast includes the eggs....in fact the breakfast was completely absent and the service at the lobby very bad. The room was dirty. For this bad service the price is absurd. This is a hotel to avoid. The price is
It was a place to sleep.
Room was clean, needed a new coffee pot and it was replaced same day I mentioned it, couple of repairs to lamps and electrical plug and they too were repaired as soon as I mentioned it.
I think since the rooms have such large windows the hotel needs to make more of an effort to keep the windows clean, they were extremely dirty, also not the hotels fault but did not like the constant train noise - all night long!
That was not a hotel at all.
very dirty - leftover bowel movement in toilet from previous guest, leaky toilet, hair in shower and bathroom sink
