We were expecting a little more quality and friendlier staff. Breakfast which is offered is a disgrace
The Stuff The location - not too long drive to the grand canyon.
The milk on the breakfast was out of date.
We slept all night,.
Dirty linen bags outside hotel linen room,. It looked dirty. Not well lit outside at night,. Member of staff male not welcoming/ helpful,
No unexpected surprises, would highly recommend.
Value for money. Room was clean.
Continental breakfast lacked fresh fruit.
The staff were friendly, the room sufficiently dark and the bed comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. But, oh, the shower! The water pressure was fantastic and the temperature perfect! I would stay here again.
We had a back up in the toilet, but that was fixed within 5 minutes ofus the front desk.
Quality of accommodation
Proximity to railway
Could have been a little more clean AC was noisy
The manager on duty should know that the american breakfast includes the eggs....in fact the breakfast was completely absent and the service at the lobby very bad. The room was dirty. For this bad service the price is absurd. This is a hotel to avoid. The price is
It was a place to sleep.
Room was clean, needed a new coffee pot and it was replaced same day I mentioned it, couple of repairs to lamps and electrical plug and they too were repaired as soon as I mentioned it.
I think since the rooms have such large windows the hotel needs to make more of an effort to keep the windows clean, they were extremely dirty, also not the hotels fault but did not like the constant train noise - all night long!
That was not a hotel at all.
very dirty - leftover bowel movement in toilet from previous guest, leaky toilet, hair in shower and bathroom sink
Location Rooms Wifi worked great The room was better than in most 3star hotels. It was really good The bed was extra comfortable
The larger beds made it more comfortable for a family of six.
Able to park right in front of your room.
Stained carpet, old furniture, the bed was wore out and the shower water pressure was so low, it was disappointing. It is in a need of an upgrade. This is just an old hotel.
overall it is a good one
but the staff in front desk is not good.
The hotel was reasonably priced. The renovations to the hotel are already showing decay.
No laundry facility Night staff elder gentleman useless, unfriendly
The so-called King Suite room is actually a normal room where a king bed is separated from an very uncomfortably sofa by a ridiculous 3 feet high wall. Linings on the sofa were still the ones used by previous guests. Breakfast is not eatable. Merchandise trains are passing all night at literary 150 feet away. The 3 star rating, the blurry pictures, description and the reviews are misleading to say at least. The person in charge was rude and scary. Beware !
Pet-free & smoke-free, in a great location, large room, comfortable and clean.
Several hours after check-in, we noticed a loose wire in electrical outlet, causing the bedside lamps and clock to short out. Brought to desk clerk's attention. He looked at it & just pushed the night stand to attempt to hold in place and told us not to touch it.. We told him we did not feel safe and asked for another room. He said he was sold out and did not have another room. About 15-20 minutes later, he called our room and did find us a room just like the one we reserved. He was not friendly when we checked in and would not even make eye contact when we checked out. Did not tell us the hours for continental breakfast, so we missed out. Was not as updated as expected.
The staff was really not friendly. The location is not ideal as you still have to drive at least 5 min to be downtown. It is only another motel not a nice hotel. Breakfast didnt have great choice and it was not good. Definitely not what I would call a 'hot continental breakfast'! Would not recommend this place at all.
Good location, room was clean.
Breakfast was lame.
Rooms are old but clean.
The demeanor of the gentleman running the desk wasn't very pleasing. He doesn't smile. He barely talks. He gave us room keys and charged my credit card but no sense of caring about our stay. And if you want any of the sparse breakfast offerings you better get there early, because they don't begin putting things away at 9, they finish putting things away at 9, stacking stools onto the tables next to you.
