It was very affordable for a last-minute stay. I requested a non-smoking room but my room reeked of cigarettes. I had a sore throat by the morning.

location was nice room was pretty clean employees were pleasant one bed was sagging down; phone was barely attached to the wall; no t.v. channel listings; pillows were worn out and blankets too; no cup for coffee maker; no door on freezer; toilet water was so high that my husband's personal parts hung in the water; carousel in microwave dirty and not the right one for that micro- wave; live bugs in room; bathroom door would not shut; rooms are nice size but desperately need fixing up.

How close it was to the historical area. The bed was horrible. i have never slept on a harder mattress. And there were the 'holes' from where people have laid; very uncomfortable The remote for the TV was filthy. I could not get internet access and there was no breakfast offered as it was described on the internet. Would definitely not recommmend at all!

Pretty good accommodations, more than you might expect for $39 Most of the lights worked and breakfast was limited to cereal. Would have been nicer if the coffee maker in the room came with coffee.

The motel was within a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg and to the train station. Very nice. There was a wonderful pancake house right down the street. The front desk person was surly at best. When I pulled the shower curtain closed there was a dirty washcloth on top of the rod. The "breakfast" consisted of a few slices of white bread, one kind of muffin and a huge container of butter like spread for everyone to dip into and who knows what! In addition, who knows how long it had been sitting there. There were water stains on the ceiling and there were drips coning from the light fixture in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The pool was covered by a tarp, even though it was very warm outside.

Excellent location, free but limited breakfast The hotel is not fancy and is very basic but it is a good value so for the money it is a good place to stay.

Refrigerator and microwave included only! Rude Customer Servie, ice machine did not work, the pool was not a was dirty and extremely small "not as advertised". I paid too much for this room, there were other hotels in the area that was cheaper, cleaner and nicer then this one.

Within a reasonable distance to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Staff was pleasant. Quick check in/check out. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. I booked two rooms (adjoining) – one completely reeked of a combination of smoke and a dank moldy/mildewy-type smell. The other smelled fine. Half of the carpet in the smelly room was saturated with some sort of liquid – I mean, completely soaked. I think the air conditioning unit was leaking into the room. We called the front desk about the smell and the wet carpet, but since the hotel was full, they couldn't give us another room. They offered us a nearly empty can of Febreze. The safety latch on the door was hanging loose and could have easily been pushed open. While the bathroom area was clean, the rest of the room felt kind of grimy. Some of the towels were stained. Mattresses uncomfortable in both rooms (thin and too firm). Can hear through walls. Wifi didn't work. Bottom line, I realize this is not a four star hotel and wasn't expecting perfection, but I have stayed in places that were older and cheaper and had a better experience. The sopping carpet and gross smell were just too much.
