Nice an helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
Lobby/casino difficult to navigate, lifts to the rooms hard to find...
location gambling accommodations cleanliness friendly personnel hotel decor drinks
no pirate show the pizza in the pizza parlor fridge in strange location television too small
Coffee Shop very convenient, good variety, good service
cigarette smoke very prevalent in the casino area
Receptionists nice and really helpful, excellent breakfast...
the showerhead is defective and very hard to clean soap on body and/or hair.
Location, convenience, exercise facilities
Good location, very nice hotel. No complains.
No free Internet. You have to pay $20 a day.
comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent view, friendly and efficient staff, good location, close to fashion mall, and China town and LinQ!
does not have Qtips.
I liked the price, location on the strip, and the room was great. Not a great view, but I guess you have to pay more for that.
It took about 10+ phone calls either to booking.com or directly to you to get you to refund one of the nights I didn't stay. Most often no one would answer when booking.com tried to call you. When I called you, you said I could only speak with booking.com. Emails were slow to be answered, but a month later, I finally got my promised refund.
The room is big!
The hall smells bad! An old hotel so the facilities are not that modern. We lived on the 17th floor for sleep very quite, but somehow scary. The casino is soso.
The lobby and gabling area and the walk to the elevators was a lousy experience. It was full of smoke and to have to walk through that smoke to get to the elevators ruined the experience at Treasure Island. Of all the major hotels that I visited, The Mirage, Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, Treasure Island was by far the worst
I checked in @ 9:30 pm and the rooms where not ready. They have advised me that they will clean them. At 11:00 pm I checked in MY ROOMS WHERE IN TWO DIFFERENT FLOORS AND ONE HAS TO GO TO LOBBY FLOOR THEN CHANGE LEFTS TO REACH THE OTHER FLOOR/ROOM 680 USD FOR THE TWO ROOMS IN ONE NIGHT WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE BOOKING DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BOOKING CARED MORE ABOUT THEIR COMMISION THAT ANYTHING ELSE
Centrally located on the vegas strip made it easy to visit area casinos and shopping.
Nothing comes to mind
very clean and comfortable, staff wee very accommodating and friendly food was excellent.
front desk parking lot did not feel secure idont dress well but had 10. t000 in pckt mabey if arrive on thur if asked give fri with just a little more kinda lets make a deal make me feel like I won
Sheets were stained and old we found hair in our bed. It was disgusting. Some of the light fixtures didn't work and the room was not clean. The hotel reeked of stale smoke with poor air ventilation. Would never stay there again!
High cost performance!
The cleaning of the room was bad. Never passed the vacuum
There was a strange smell at the lobby constantly, other than that everything else is good.
Located in a very busy part of the strip Good food options in the hotel Large room
Pool closes at 6pm. Why? $5 to print a page in the business service!
Room was in need of refurbishing, furniture is chipped, dented and definitely worn
Not spacious enough.
The hotel was very nice but a bit too busy even on a weekday, but isn't that how Las Vegas is all the time? I loved the location on the strip, the price was great, and the beds and pillows the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
Really nothing. It was a great experience.
Comfortable clean room
When I booked the room I noted it was for my son's 21st birthday. I requested information and/or special deals which might be helpful. I only got the normal check-in packet and no additional information or help. I ended up spending a lot of time on the Internet looking for ideas and deals. It seems T.I. might have missed a chance to make a long time customer by impressing a 21 year old on his first trip to Vegas.
