Room was clean, and beautiful view.
I was surprised by extra hidden resort fees that increased the cost of each night by > 50%.
Starting with Staff, they were so rude and coming to the room, it was just as motel 6. The room wasn't clean and TV was very small.
I was upgraded to the top floor, and the view was spectacular!
Poor room service, dusty fixtures in room, bad shower, no radio/iPod Dock, was overcharged at checkout
dislike being woken at 2.30am by some stupid alarm in the hotel and no apologize offered.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Location is good. Price is right given the quality.
Indifferent staff. The stink of cigarette smoke is everywhere
Good value for the price
TRAINS. 4 AM and 5:15 AM... not TI's fault, but if you're facing Trump/Encore, you will hear them.
like the location
Likewd lFound it expenise from the last trip to Vegas
Centrally located on the strip and excellent nightly rates
Walking thru casino to get to pool
the place ,the city view
outstanding price for the room! Has nothing to do with "value for money"
The room, jr. Suite was really nice and spacious. The mountain views were really nice. Bed was super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. The hotel has a nice laid back feel great for relaxing. Great location on the strip.
The TV in my room didn't work very well. It took a maintenance person over an hour to fix it. He was nice and polite. We wanted to relax and watch a over priced movie. That was kind of a hassle since the system didn't work properly. But it was ok and that guy fixed it. But on Monday morning at 8am they started steam cleaning the hallway outside my room door. It was a little loud the machines humm. But the machines were not the problem. The problem was the staff yelling (in Spanish ) over the them for extended conversations. Very irritating our last morning at the hotel. But everything else was awesome.
Location was good and several bars and restraunts on premise.
In my opinion everything was way over priced for what you got!!
Pink mold around the outside base of the tub and toilet.
Waiting in long lines for breakfast.
We all loved the comfort of the bed.
Resort fee. Too many penny slots.
I liked the location and it was a fun place. The buffet was pretty good.
The location was perfect
Wifi should be free nowadays! There was a charge for wifi
Room was a good size, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The gym was very good for a hotel with excellent equipment and was clean. Pool area was large and clean.
We stayed in October into November and the sun disappears from the pool area quite early.
Hotel showing its age. $25,00 resort fee is rediculuous. And will help other cities take biz away from L. Vegas- Not close to other properties of similar size.
Location of my room It was excellent
Appearance of the room and the floor (35th) in general; in my opinion, the hotel needs a "refresh". Bathroom was in a poor condition.
Room was nice, spacious, well equipped, clean - almost perfect. Free parking, many facilities around and of course attractive casino :) Would stay again.
There was some kind of ventilation or airconditioning system behind our window so our sleep was quite noisy. May be too big hotel for us but that's Vegas so let it be.
Tv didn't work
