The staff was exceptional; with the exception of the lounge/restaurant staff. The hotel staff was courteous, well informed, and friendly. Just the opposite of the restaurant staff. It was way too dark. Even our room didn't have sufficient lighting to do makeup. The noise from the lounge was also quite loud until wee hours of the evening (no soundproofing in the room). Also, the fan wouldn't shut off so we got to listen to it all evening. |

The staff were friendly and extremely attentive. The room, for New York standards especially, was wonderful -- clean and beautiful. One can hardly hear the outside sounds with the noise control system and the blackout curtains were a plus! Would stay again in a heartbeat! |

the staff was very friendly but not intrusive. They were helpful but I felt a comfortable privacy in the hotel as well. Saturday night in the lounge was fun with good loud music. Be prepared to stay up and have fun. |

Location was great for what I was in nyc to do I requested 2 double beds as I was staying with my daughter but this was not honored (nor guaranteed). If I were to stay there again I would need to know that 2 double beds could be guaranteed. |

location the open atrium was very loud. we were thankful we had a room in the far back corner, however the room seemed a bit tired (I think there was suppose to be a tv in the bathroom, but it was taken out) and there didn't seem to be enough light. location was fantastic, but the room itself was nothing to brag about. |

Everyone, from the front desk to the dining room, to the cleaning staff, were pleasant, helpful, and considerate. I have stayed at the at the Tribeca Grand more than a few times, and each experience has made me certain I will return again. |

I really liked the Tribeca feel to the hotel. It was designed appropriately for the neighborhood. The room was fully state of the art- Bose music including complimentary CDs, fully stocked (more plentiful than most) in room mini bar etc. Next time I am back in NYC, I will definitely stay there again. It would have been nice if the room included instant coffee/tea. |

Staff. As a novelist, I stay at a lot of hotels around the world and the staff here were the best I've ever encountered. Standouts: Donald (porter), Patty (reception), Kelly (bar/hostess), Rafael (bar/manager). I'd hire any one of them on my staff, and I'll return to the hotel (even though i prefer the bar at Soho Grand) because of the staff. |

The room was big and comfortable - and was not a standard issue hotel room. I love the option of having a goldfish for your room I thought was a nice touch. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, The eggs benedict that were served with breakfast were very disappointing!! I did eat at the restaurant twice for dinner and what i ordered was lovely. |

The staff were exceptional, really friendly, helpful and courteous. In a brilliant part of Manhattan, very residential with a lot of restaurants, bars and galleries. The hotel itself had a very relaxed atmosphere and a great bar/dining area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Rooms are very comfortable and staff were courteous, discreet and helpful. It was Halloween when I stayed and there was a party in the bar below. It was a fairly loud affair and carried on until early in the morning. |
