The room was big and comfortable - and was not a standard issue hotel room. I love the option of having a goldfish for your room I thought was a nice touch. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in,

The eggs benedict that were served with breakfast were very disappointing!! I did eat at the restaurant twice for dinner and what i ordered was lovely.

The staff were exceptional, really friendly, helpful and courteous. In a brilliant part of Manhattan, very residential with a lot of restaurants, bars and galleries. The hotel itself had a very relaxed atmosphere and a great bar/dining area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great staff specialy the morning consierge but every one was really friendly and helpfull. Nice bar huge crowd during the weekend. Nice music, nice rooms overall nice hotel good location

Darkness, need more light

Rooms are very comfortable and staff were courteous, discreet and helpful.

It was Halloween when I stayed and there was a party in the bar below. It was a fairly loud affair and carried on until early in the morning.

i loved the concierge service which not only inhouse but from an email arranged my needs before arrival.

the noise from the bar as our room was too close to it so can hear the music...thank god im a heavy sleeper

The hotel staff for the most part was very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is an atrium hotel - with a bar in the middle. If you have a room located on the outside, you may have an issue with the noise. Ask for a higher, inside room if you think the noise (music) may bother you. The room is equipped with a "white noise" device, which was helpful.

On arriving to the hotel, we decided to eat a late lunch and the service from our waitress was horrible. I think she was having some personal issues and she went out to have a cigarette break. But the hotel compensated us in the end.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful.In a great area very accessible to the rest of new york but quieter in the evenings.Some excellent bars and restaurants in the area.
