Friendliness of staff at check in and out.
Building the rooms are in were in poor condition and felt deserted. Noisy parking lot at night. Noisy neighborhood.
Good clean room. Helpfull staff
Not the best part of town
Breakfast and a very comfortable bed
Cockroach in bathroom Missing wheel on desk chair
I had to have door key replaced twice because it wouldn't open building door. Also, the toilet ran all night long. When I arrived I had to wait a long time because they had overbooked and they didn't have a room for me.
Everything was very good the rooms the food very nice people :)
The breakfast was great and most of the staff was great.
The guy in the bar was rude to every customer who had came in. Talking on his cell phone instead of taking care of his customers.
The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable for an older facility. We will be back. Thank you so very much.
There was a very small selection of TV channels and no ESPN. You could feel broken floor tiles under the carpet.
The pool area and bar make up for any missing frills. The staff can help you fix any problem and the same people have been there for the last three years - that says a lot.
Good location, relatively clean, no bed bugs.
The walls were thin, I could hear the people next door, and there were noisy teenagers running and laughing in the halls until late. Also, I paid for a nonsmoking room but the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming, I didn't get "nose blind" to it at all, it woke me up several times during the night. I couldn't switch rooms because they were booked, and when I checked out and told the front desk about the smell in the room, they said they had been getting other complaints about smoking in other nonsmoking rooms lately, and they just shrugged it off. Breakfast was so so, the coffee was horrid.
Comfy beds. Location
Water didn't drain out of bathtub. Other customers drinking and being loud in parking lot outside window.
It was fairly close to our convention at the Ft. Worth Convention Center. The staff was friendly. Great value on the price of the room. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Have stayed there before and will stay again.
There was really nothing that I did not like.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.
We reserved a smoking room, did not get one. We were told our room would have an exterior entrance, it did not. Wi-Fi worked great until the morning of check-out. Check-out time was 12 noon, Wi-Fi was disconnected at 8am while I was trying to finish up some work.
Bed was the best ever and we stay in 5 star most of the time. Breakfast was great. Frt. Desk guy was funny and helpful. Ac worked too good..lol. I love remembering the days when my parents would take us on vac. and the motels were all like this. I like it.
View has been blocked over the years by other hotels.
The smell in the room, the broken sink, the tub that didn't drain water, the holes in the walls and having to change keys three times to get in the room
It was to hot and I got charger for something I didn't take
Good location, very nice staff, and very good breakfast. Mostly good value for the money, except that they did not stick with the price booking.com initially gave me. The sheets and mattress were very good quality, and I got a good night's sleep.
I would have recommended this hotel except that they increased the room rate the second two nights I was there. The first night was the rate quoted by booking.com, and the second two nights were higher. Also, people should know that this hotel is quite old, and the furnishings are a bit rundown. I did not mind this, but others might. The sheets and mattress were very good quality, and I got a very good night's sleep, however.
Great location Well priced Complimentary Breakfast Free Parking Spacious room
Cockroaches running over the bed!
Cleanliness Old and worn out Noisy
Found a roach as I prepared to make my coffee
The doors and no vending machines
Bad service, dirty rooms,
Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was great considering where we needed to go in the DFW area.
It wasn't the cleanest place but they didn't seem to have a huge staff, so I can understand. The lady at the front desk who checked us in wasn't the friendliest either.
We chose this hotel because we were traveling cross-country with small children and it listed that it had a restaurant. What it didn't list is that the restaurant was closed in Sundays and Mondays. Aside from that huge inconvenience, the hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant.
Restaurant closed and wasn't noted on the booking website or the hotel website.
The service was TERRIBLE!!!! The night manager is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. We had a late check in and the doors were already locked and he acted like it was such a hassle for him to come let us in and look for our reservation. It was an awful experience!
They did have a friendly staff
However, the hotel looks nothing like pictures posted and it was filthy, rundown and smelled horrible. I didn't even feel comfortable to sit. We moved hotels ASAP.
