Flea bag, dirty, smell of urine everywhere, maid doens't clean the room properly...etc

inmates in prison have it better. A complete horror show !

The curtins was the only thing I liked

Where do I start? It's was horrible! I have never ever been so disappointed in my life. I have stayed all over the U.S. And this has been far the worst experience in my life. The rooms were not in livable conditions, it smelt of mildew and there was visible mildew in the bathroom. The kitchen wasn't clean and falling apart. When we turned on the a/c unit a large cloud of black dust came bellowing out! The beds smelt like they have never been refreshed or cleaned! Every guest I spoke with was pretty much stuck because they experiences the Same issues but no one would refund our money, not even bookings.com so thanks for not helping with this.horrible experience. I was told by customer service that.it wasn't there issue but I actually.believe it should have been since you guys have them listed on your site with all these false ratings and comments of how nice the place was.. The place should actually be shut.down and inspected. I woke up itching so im sure they have bed bugs. Just in case I deposed of all my clothes I had with me on that trip.

It was close to beach..nothing about hotel

very very dirty, scary to have kids at this location they had guards on property didnt feel safe at all.

The place is a dump.there is nothing to like.

The place was rundown and dirty. We had trouble getting towels and wash cloths. One day the towels and face cloths were delivered after 1:00 pm after we requested them at 8:00 am.

Hotel was run down & it needs a major refurbishing to bring it to a inn standard.

The Receptionist called Todd was very arrogant. We were asking to be transferred to another room and then he pointed his fingers on me and "I dont like your attitude" Prior to this incident, we called him and he said we had no reservation. The Bed sheets were dirty, the Bar was noisy and we could not sleep until 3 am. There was no lift, the aircons were rusty. The Bathroom was dangerous. The drapes were moldy.

Fist reception guy we met was great, very friendly as we were very early for check in. The location of this place is fantastic, however everything else about it isn't great ;0(

This place is badly in need of some refurbishment/updating. The price was cheap but more than reflected in the product - late check outs by young, single party staying before us led to late check in for us and hastily and poorly cleaned rooms. Rooms are "bashed about" and fine for young singles/couples on a budget but not great for anyone else. Bar noise plus a constantly clanging entrance gate opposite our ground floor room meant lots of late night noise. We only stayed one night so the fact that the sheets were clean and the shower was OK was about all we needed. If you have reasonable standards/expectations pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. Shame as the location is brilliant, right on the beach.

it is a Motel !! with a price of a hotel!!

*The kitchen needed a good clean up * The bad room needed a new paint job, the paint is peeling from the wall. * the air-conditioner was packed with dirt. but did its job.

Absolutely nothing

It was filthy, extremely noisy and just thoroughly unpleasant. Staff were unfriendly, obnoxious and aggresive.

The location was great for shopping and the beach. I liked being able to visit the bar in the evening

The staff on the whole were friendly though clearly overworked and underpaid but the guy on reception - Shaun - was particularly unfriendly, bordering on rude. The manager ignored my emails. The wifi in rooms is so poor as to be unusable most of the time. I would advise travellers to book for just one night, extend if you find the place adequate but move on if not as there are loads of similarly priced, better hotels in the area

Location is the only thing thats good about this property....

Other than that, don't het fooled by the pictures that show the nearby high rise hotels... This ones an old double storey run down property probably run as a family business.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!! I am planning another trip next year to ft.lauderdale,fl. I plan on staying some where else. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything about the hotel sucked!!!!!!!! Only good thing is that it was close to the beach and shops,which I liked.

Toen ik er aankwam was er geen wifi beschikbaar en dat is zo de volle 14 dagen ongewijzigd. Ik had nochtans dit hotel geboekt mede omdat er wifi was. Men wachtte zogezegd op een stuk om de router te vervangen. Maar dat dit dan 2 weken moest duren??? Men verwees mij naar de buren waar wel wifi beschikbaar was. Geen service noem ik dat!! The hotel gave me no service and no reply on the mail I sent concerning the complaint about not having wifi during the full term of my stay! Discoverd cockroach in the room and fridge was no fridge but only a cooling thing! Ants in the bathroom all the time.

Das Hotel war eine Zumutung!!!! Es war total dreckig. Schimmel im Bad. Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Bei dem einen konnte man die Tür nicht richtig schließen. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, was aber auch nicht sauberer war als die beiden anderen. Es gab eine "Küchenzeile" die wahrscheinlich seit den 60iger Jahren nicht mehr erneuert wurde. Es war alles völlig verkeimt oder kaputt. Die Fotos im Internet haben mit der Realität rein gar nichts zu tun. Die dort abgebildete Kücheneinrichtung existiert nicht. Das ist Betrug! Wir haben Fotos gemacht, die das alles belegen können. Wir waren auch kein Einzelfall. Wir haben auch mit anderen Reisenden gesprochen, deren Zimmer genauso aussahen. Dann gab es noch eine Pool-Bar, die bis spät in die Nacht sehr, sehr laute Musik abspielte. Es war ohrenbetäubend. Das Personal war auch sehr unfreundlich. Der Preis für die Zimmer ist völlig unangemessen. Die hygienischen Zustände sind einfach katastrophal und wie ich meine auch gesundheitsschädigend. Das Bettzeug, die Decken und Kissen waren alle schmutzig. Für kein Geld der Welt würde ich dort noch einmal übernachten!!!

Die Lage ist genial. Angesichts der Zustände im Hotel war es erstaunlich sauber.

In den vergangenen 20 Jahren in denen wir mindestens einmal pro Jahr einen Urlaub in Florida verbracht haben, haben wir noch nie in so einer "Absteige" gewohnt. Die einzigen positiven Aspekte waren die erstaunliche Sauberkeit und die Lage direkt am Meer. Dafür musste man herausstehende Schrauben, nicht abschließbare Türen zum Nachbarappartment (es war einfach ein Tisch davor geschoben worden), eine nicht schließende, eingetretene Badezimmertür und einen defekten Riegel an der Appartmenttür in Kauf nehmen. Die "Küchenzeile" fiel im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auseinander. Geschirr und Besteck gab es auch auf Nachfrage beim Portier nur zum Teil. Selbst die in Amerika nahezu in jedem Hotelzimmer standardmäßige Kaffemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Alle Möbel im Appartment waren beschädigt. Die Matratzen hatten schon bessere Zeiten im Comfort Inn gehabt, wie ein Aufkleber zeigte. Offenbar hatte man sie gebraucht eingekauft oder vom Sperrmüll mitgenommen. Der Safe funktionierte nicht und fiel aus Oberkopfhöhe auf uns herunter, als wir ihn benutzen wollten. Nur am Rande sei erwähnt, dass die Musik in der Bar am Pool, direkt vor den Zimmern, die ganze Nacht in voller Lautstärke spielte. Die größte Unverschämtheit ist das Foto mit dem auf Booking.com geworben wird. Dieses zeigt nicht das Hotel, sondern das Nachbarappartmenthaus, in dem man sich zu wohnen wünscht sobald man das Hotel gesehen hat.
