I love the location of the Tropicana Inn. So convenient to Disneyland. We can easily walk back and forth to the hotel and Disneyland. Very convenient. Also the staff was very efficient and friendly. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. |

The walking distance to Disney City Walk, Disneyland and food places I didn't like the limited parking availability, you need more spaces maybe have an extention parking area that would be nice. |

The proximity to the park is the best thing about this hotel. The coffee in the room tasted like water flavored with old socks, and it wasn't worth drinking. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The staff was not overly helpful when I checked in, and the maid was skimpy on providing us with shampoo and hair conditioner. |

Location Location Location We had booked 5 people per room, and there were only 4 pillows in each room. They would not charge the room to the cc it was reserved on, because they could not imprint the card. This trip was a gift, now the giver needs to reimburse us. |

Good value. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to Disneyland, plenty of 'restaurants' in walking distance. Staff were reasonably helpful. Staff could have been a lot more helpful and accomodating. |

The privacy we had. We were able to empty our own trash and ask for towels instead of having someone come in everyday and clean up after us. Staff was especially nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting Disneyland. The hotel advertised free contenential breakfast, but charged for beagles, cereal, and milk. How do you figure that is free? In my opinion free is free. How much would it have cost the hotel to give out a few beagles and a couple boxes of cereal with milk? |

The location is unbeatable!!! Just walk right across the street to enter the park. Clean, quiet, nice pool and hot-tub, great price, and free daily breakfast. Carpets did need to be cleaned. Feet and socks turned black from walking on carpet. Carpet was dark color, so looked ok, but kind of gross about our feet and socks. |

The price was good, the room was clean other than a few small ants in the bathroom...the laundry was great, pool was good...and the closeness to Disneyland was fantastic! The front staff were not friendly or very helpful every time we went in there. The breakfast could have been fresher. |

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was only walking distance from Disneyland in which was very convenient for us since we were traveling with kids. My kids enjoyed the pool although it would have been better if the pool was warmed.We had a very industrious housekeeper: we left the room in the morning a bit untidy,but when we come back to our rooms in the afternoon, it's a pleasure returning to it smelling fresh and with clean towels. Overall, we had a great vacation. The staff are accommodating but some appears stern that we still have to think twice before we would approach them. The rooms were not still ready when we arrived past 4 in the afternoon and we waited for around 10-15 minutes more before we could dis-embark our belongings. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for our trip to Disneyland. And tyhe staff was very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to see a different foods each day at the continental breakfast. And if the pool was at least open until 11pm. More comfortable beds would be nice. |

Convenience to Disnelyland, cleanliness and thoroughness of room staff, fridge and microwave in room, pool Would have prefered healthier options to the continental breakfast (e.g. cereal, milk yoghurt and I think whole wheat bread cost extra. Only unhealthy pastries were included. |

Very close to Disneyland with walking distance. It's family friendly and has a very good view of the fireworks from Disneyland on the balcony at night. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks especially over the weekend. It also has a nice swimming pool for family. The air conditioning is a bit too noisy even with the low setting and the microwave can burn your food even for a short period of time. |

The convinience of just crossing the street to get to disneyland. The rugs are really dirty.. that is the only thing that bothers me and this is the 4th time we stay there |

It was just right in front of the Disneyland main gate. When my daughter, 2 1/2yrs old got tired, we just went back to the hotel and came back after her nap. It was excellent location! The room itself was very clean and comfortable. There are a microwave, plenty towels all the time and everything they had what we needed. We didn't expect much, but were so glad to chose this hotel. They also have a convenient store which was so useful. We'll recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back for next visit to Disneyland. nothig! We liked everything of this hotel. |

Proximity to Disneyland, could walk to the parks. Price included continental breakfast. We were able to get a group of rooms all next to each other. Room key failed to work after initial check-in, had to go to front desk past midnight to get it reset. Person on duty promptly fixed problem. Phone in room did not have dial tone. |
