The beds were comfortable.
The pool closed at 6:00pm
I was upgraded to a club suite at check in (booked a pool view bungalow room)...
THE BED WAS DIRTY! Casino/Hotel seemed kinda empty for a Saturday night. The pool closed early and we didn't get to use it, It was still closed the next day and was just opening when we checked out.
Ast F&B Mgr supportive when asked to fix some pharmacy due to the food poisoning Front desk helpful upon check out. Radio system.
run down hotel, noisy ( no double glazing window), resort fee a rip off, breakfast buffet of poor selection Idiotic system to give the Laundry ( Hk staff ignore the bag as it rests with the Bell boys ( whose suppose to know that) Noisy ventilation coupled with the light, hence either on or off ( who needs ventilation exhaust noise when brushing teeth ?? conference set up of low quality Food selection served for conference of poor quality no sound insulation with next door event. Got food poisoning in middle of the week. They should travel to Asia or Middle east to learn how to do F&B Discolor theHilton badge ( that is not prominently shown neither)
It was right across from pac12 tourney location at mgm
A/C didn't work when we got there. Had to ask/complain twice in 45 mins for someone to check on it. Happened to be a broken pipe. 3 hrs later they called to tell me they had a new room for us. Left next am at 11:00, came back at 4 and room was not made so had to call for towels
Room we great
had to wait for my room fit an hour and that's because i went to talk to the staff about waiting to long for my room.
Shower was very hard to turn on
Clean and easy to get around, good food.
Our room was HOT, called the staff first night, no AC, was told by engineer there was no AC in our room. The view was terrible! Bungalow overlooked metal scrap and trash, employee entrance. Last day we were there remarked ably our room was cooler than when I first got there, seems the cleaning staff knows more than the engineer. Won't be staying there next year and this was our third time staying there.
Wifi never worked.
room is big and beds are comfortable
Good price comfortable beds
No mini fridge and wifi kept going in and out
Close to Airport for our Heli tour. Many attractions within walking distance. Nice casino.
Had breakfast the morning we checked out. One hour drive back to our RV in Pahrump. Spent the following 13 hrs sitting on the toilet and throwing up in a pail.
It was a great location. Located on the strip but not in the middle of all the commotion.
It would be great if there was a place to get a small breakfast. Perhaps a Starbucks or Cofffee Beanery in the hotel.
The location, food , room service , staff , ambience , everything was top notch. Over all a fabulous experience.
Poor maid service...did not get 2 bottles of complimentary water ...no free coffee in the room
Good location, quiet restaurant with good food.
Pool not open.
The blackjack dealer Lula is a wonderful employee.
A little too much white paint.
I hadn't been to Tropicana in years, but they've really fixed up the place. It's beautiful inside. Rooms are big, beds are comfy, and location is awesome. Also, loved the live music in the lounge.
My reservation of 3 nights had been cancelled upon my arrival 1 day later than intended inspite of prior advice by email of my late arrival
Everything was fine had a really great stay at the Tropicana. Arrived by car was able to self park and found a space no problem , no queue at check in . Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing all was good.
Room was too simple. Restrant quality was standard. But prices are expensive
Very close to other attractions which is great since there wasn't much in hotel besides gaming to keep us occupied.
Horrible distance between front desk and club tower that we were not aware of and not ideal for older folks. Rooms were humid and bothered others yet for us it helped keep down the severe dryness of Vegas making sleep better. This was our first time staying at Tropicana and probably won't return. Not a bad place at all but there's far more to choose from.
Hotel was good and clean. There is a Starbucks just downstairs and a 24 hour cafe as well, so we could get food anytime. More food options were also available next door at excalibur which is just a bridge away.
We were located in a wing right at the back of the hotel so that was like a 10 mins walk every time we had to leave the hotel.
I have nothing bad to say about my stay and nothing great to report.
The slots machines never pay out, but that is typical.
Almost only casino in Vegas with no WiFi except in the hotel room.
