Trump International New York    

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security, house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both were more money per night, one was considerably (300$ per night higher) and there is no doubt we would stay at the Trump the next time we go to the city. In fact the couple staying at the much more expensive hotel stated that they were sorry they had not booked the Trump as well.

Nothing. We would absolutely stay there again.

Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

Location is too good close to every attraction room species and neat and clean thr room service is always available it's a great piece to be .

Location excellent. Concierge staff excellent, housekeeping fine, reception, some of the staff very stuck up the nose, some reception staff friendly.

A breakfast of two cups of coffee, two orange juice, one pain au chocolat, two pieces of toast and plastic cheese 2 slices for 100 dollar. Extravagant out of proportion and after leaving a 150$ tip for all staff not even a thank you from person in charge at reception when checking out on 4th of April, which really makes me wonder what next. Pity as the hotel has a lot of potential, being at a very good location. Also no area to wait when you arrive too early before your room is ready. Especially streneous after a 14 hours flight and 8 hrs time difference.

Loved the location, cleanliness and service. The staff was outstanding.

The matress was little too soft for our liking, however adequate. The breakfast express was rather expensive for my husband and I, but we did enjoy eating in the first day. The weather was rather cold and rainy. We didn't want to get up and out immediately.

The hotel looks a bit old. For such rate some soft drinks from minibar can be included and free.

Everything! The bed was the most omfortable EVER. The room and view were fantastic - and made the trip. Loved the kitchen sowe could stay in in the evenings.

It would have been nice to have a larger lobby but I'm just being picky

Very well appointed room. I especially liked the electric shade and drapes making it very dark for sleeping. Your toiletries were good quality, thank you. The chocolates at night were a nice touch as were the custom pillows.

I paid good money for what was supposed to be a e felt cramped and it was certainly not the level of luxury we wanted. We would have changed rooms but you were all booked. Also we tried to eat at your restaurant there twice - sat at the bar once and there were 4 servers behind the bar. They were more intent on their conversations than on paying attention to us. It took over 5 minutes to get some water, and tehn more time for them to take our order. And its not a large bar! We got frustrated and left without eating or ordering a bottle of wine like we intended.

The location is excellent. The room is perfect. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The Spa is excellent.

Everything, especially the staff, the moment you arrive they welcome you with the biggest smile and a friendly attitude. To be frankly the Trump International New York is not luxurious like the luxurious standard of Argentina, Paris or many other country (the bathroom is small ,it is New York city after all, not much space), but, in usa there is only a few real luxury hotels. The Trump is really comfortable specially if your traveling with a group of friends or family with teenagers. The kitchenette is perfect and impeccable clean, there is coffe ,tea and bottled watter ,the supermarket is one step away, you may prepare your dinner if you want! We were three adults and one 13 years old ,the one room suite was perfect for us, the sofabed is much more comfortable than its look. When I arrive they give me a suite with only one big window in the living room ,and I said "it is not the same as the picture" without any problem that night they give me the suite of the picture(two large windows, that make the room looks bigger), I went out and when I come back they had so kindly move all my things, the next day when my friends arrive they were really touch by the impressive view. Thanks to the Trump our reunion in New York (my friends come from Chile and me from Japan) is going to be an unforgettable beautiful memory in our life. We had been in New York city many times in others five stars hotels but the kindness and proficiency of all the staff that we meet in our stay at the Trump International is something that other five star hotels should learn from them! The real luxury at the Trump is the staff! Congratulation to the manager! I will also recomend it for couples and honeymoon the hotel is incredible quiet and clean.

I'm not sure the relation ship betwen the hotel and Jean George restaurant ,but I must said first the food and wine was excelent and they had the nice gesture of bringing a little cakes with candles to my friend daughter because it was her birthday. Just, some of the staff attitud there is rude, and they ruin your happy feelings, at the end of our dinner I ask a waiter to recommend me some armagnac and he start to walk and almost scream at me from a distance "look at the menu there is like 300 armagnac in there", a young lady hurry to us and apologize for the attitude of her coworker and show us the list, there were only 4 armagnacs! We did not order and ask for the bill instead, the same rude men brought it to us and the tip was not include, I paid with credit card and give him in cash only 50 dollars (the bill was over $800 and we know that the tip must be $160 but he did not deserve anything) ,we gave him $50 because we feel sorry for the other waiter, he looked at the money and walk away without saying a word, ofcourse we already had tip the people who deserve it. The food is good there I hope they do not forget that in New York city people get tired of restaurants so easy, is always some new or a better place.

I liked the free wireless an the fact that each of our rooms had a facility to make our own meals.

La posizione, la cucina in camera e la pulizia.

Abbiamo prenotato 3 junior suite vista parco con tre mesi di anticipo sulla data del viaggio, con tanto di foto sul sito booking con finestra sul parco e c'eraanche la scelta scelta vista città, ma quando siamo arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato tre junior suite vista città, molto deludente. Avevamo scelto proprio questo hotel per le camere vista parco anche perchè questo viaggio segnava un avvenimento importante per tutta la famiglia e rappresentava un sogno per tutti noi da vivere in un certo modo. Doveva essere tutto perfetto. Questo ci ha molto deluso, è stato l'unico lato negativo ma era il più importante. Visto anche il costo delle camere il minimo che potevano fare era avvisarci subito così avremmo scielto un altra soluzione.

セントラルパークビューでキッチン付きならここしかない。プライスは高めだが納得のクオリティー。キッチン- はオーブンから電子レンジ、食洗機完備！NYライフを満喫したいならユニオンスクエアやゼイバー、ホールマ- ーケットでお買い物をしてキッチンでお料理ってのもおすすめ！お皿は充実していましたがキッチンナイフがお- 部屋に装備されてない（安全のため）フロントに貸出お願いしましょう！

все. обслуживающий персонал, комната, расположение. великолепно. кухня в номере. тв 42"!!!!

цена :) бронировал номер с видом на центральный парк, получил на 5 этаже. уровень верхушек деревьев центрального парка, т.е. ничего не видно. просил дать номер выше, ответ - доплатите +50% от стоимости и получите. маленькое !!!! не совпадение с предложением booking.com. на booking обещали красивый вид на центральный парк на закате.
