Our stay was fantastic. The room with kitchenette was perfect. We went into the Wholefood Market next door and stocked up on some essentials and best of all, we could make tea whenever we wanted to! The room was excellent except I found the bed a little too soft for my back - but my wife didn't mind it!
As mentioned - personally, I found the bed a little too soft but it's only a very minor niggle!
Receptionist Marie Liz was excellent welcoming us and specially my little son, same as Jesus the valet parking
Cleaner lady left and old wet towel in the bathroom floor after cleaning our room
Location, staff friendliness
Parking difficulties , valet parking difficulties
The gym was excellent! And we loved having an apartment style room.
Prices kind of high.
Spacious room Impeccable service Fast, reliable WiFi in room Hotel restaurants Location Concierge service Airport transportation
Expensive, but worth it for all the positives.

Rooms & furniture
Location convenient for walking, taxi service, subway. Right across street from Central Park and lots of shopping. A beautiful walk from Theatre district. Staff were extremely professional courteous and helpful. Lots of extra touches- very nice. Rooms updated and spacious
One night fridge alarm went off every 45 min. Up entire night. Reported in am. Repair carried out but felt daily rate should have been credited for terrible inconvenience and asked to speak to manager. Never heard from manager and no credit offered.
1- location 2- everything
1- wirless network not that good
Service, it was really very good.
Room's furnuture, bathroom are dated.
The location, friendly personnel and service.Wil stay again
Stunning view of Central Park
Unsupassed Central Park and City skyline views
Mr Trump and his staff understand customer service, full stop. It's tough to travel with an infant and his hotel made it easy. We weren't nickle and dimed for basic and essentisl things such as a crib or paying extra for my mom as a guest to stay with us to help babysit. There was a full kitchen, which is critical with an infant. More hotels in NY should follow his lead. They are missing out on a whole population of clientele.
Excellent location. We book a one bed suite which was spacious and great for travelling with our 11 year old.
The view to an old water reservoir in a top of a building when advertised as the best view to the central park. When I opened the window I could see the room next to my room and I saw a naked person getting out of the bathroom. Everything had trump name or face, the luxury wannabe furniture, the walking closet was bigger than the bathroom, the bathroom walls shown signs of fungus infection, the staff claimed that I would have nespresso in my room when all I could find was the cheapest traditional American coffees, the electrical installation was poor, I found dust in the vents and it took them 25 minutes to get a taxi. For a 5 star hotel with such a powerful name that even shows in reality shows, this place was a 5 star disappointment.
The location at the southwest corner of Central Park is perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was of high quality (although it does not fully reach the standard e.g. of the Toronto Shangri-La where we stayed the week after). The hotel has a very good gym facility that is shared with the serviced apartments in the same building. Upon request, it is accessible 24 hours.
The quality of the bathrooms did not entirely match the overall standard.
Great location, nice staff.
Very clean room and most of the staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was amazing. Late checkout was no problem and we got daily refreshments (water, chocolate, newspaper) to our room. Big and luxurious room!
Requested good view and high floor, which they said they accomodated and also gave us an upgraded room, but we ended up on 11th floor and with a poor view. The wireless internet was maybe the slowest connection we've experienced in many years (like ISDN days).
The attention to detail in this hotel is outstanding. They really have thought of everything you might need in your room. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm going back ASAP
Nothing, it was perfect!
This is our second time staying here. We love the location and the room is superb and immaculate. The staff was helpful too. We will come back again for sure.
Staff alway pleasant and courteous and can't do enough to help - great location. Felt very comfortable :-)
Room was gorgeous with amazing view but having stayed recently in the new Trump Toronto hotel our room here in NYC was a little tired in comparison.
staff were very friendly, rooms were great could not have been better
no complaints-great place to stay
We had an executive city view room and the large windows in the living room were a nice experience.
Bathroom in the lobby for guests waiting to check in. There is one in the restaurant lobby, but it is generally behind a locked door which feels inhospitable. The elevator attendants need to be reminded that it is an imposition on a guest to figure out how to use the key to use the elevator rather than an imposition on them to explain. Or room was not ready when we arrived at 4:15 in the afternoon.
