Indoor pool is main comfort of the hotel , love it!
Bath room too small
Good size of fridge.
As the title infers, the location is perfect for central park, times square, broadway shopping. Hotel was clean staff was pleasant.
Hotel was dated Looked like it had been repainted 4000 times Small Restaurant/bar small and underwhelming Overpriced for everything besides location
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large and spacious (we had a 1 bedroom suite) and turn down service excellent.
view is astonishing prime location 24hr kitchen helpful staff
bath robe seemed old
Our room wasn't ready at check in time and there weren't enough places to sit in the lobby. Every time the front door was opened, it was freezing cold in the lobby. Everything else was exceptional.
Tiny, poorly laid out bathroom. No real lobby area to sit or hang in. Door keys often failed to work and had to be reset. Terrible value for the price.
everything is great, good location, professional staff, big and nice room, even though the facilities may be a little dated, it's good to use, btw, it's super quiet and i could sleep well at night! I love this luxury hotel!
service is good
no view and small room
Everything. Staff went above and beyond to suggest places to see and eat and lots of help with transportation
Nothing comes to mind maybe screened windows so they can be opened without insects getting in
Our stay was fantastic. The room with kitchenette was perfect. We went into the Wholefood Market next door and stocked up on some essentials and best of all, we could make tea whenever we wanted to! The room was excellent except I found the bed a little too soft for my back - but my wife didn't mind it!
As mentioned - personally, I found the bed a little too soft but it's only a very minor niggle!
Receptionist Marie Liz was excellent welcoming us and specially my little son, same as Jesus the valet parking
Cleaner lady left and old wet towel in the bathroom floor after cleaning our room
Location, staff friendliness
Parking difficulties , valet parking difficulties
The gym was excellent! And we loved having an apartment style room.
Prices kind of high.
Spacious room Impeccable service Fast, reliable WiFi in room Hotel restaurants Location Concierge service Airport transportation

Rooms & furniture
Location convenient for walking, taxi service, subway. Right across street from Central Park and lots of shopping. A beautiful walk from Theatre district. Staff were extremely professional courteous and helpful. Lots of extra touches- very nice. Rooms updated and spacious
One night fridge alarm went off every 45 min. Up entire night. Reported in am. Repair carried out but felt daily rate should have been credited for terrible inconvenience and asked to speak to manager. Never heard from manager and no credit offered.
1- location 2- everything
1- wirless network not that good
Service, it was really very good.
Room's furnuture, bathroom are dated.
The location, friendly personnel and service.Wil stay again
Stunning view of Central Park
Unsupassed Central Park and City skyline views
Mr Trump and his staff understand customer service, full stop. It's tough to travel with an infant and his hotel made it easy. We weren't nickle and dimed for basic and essentisl things such as a crib or paying extra for my mom as a guest to stay with us to help babysit. There was a full kitchen, which is critical with an infant. More hotels in NY should follow his lead. They are missing out on a whole population of clientele.
