The location The magnificent room The sixteen bar
Friendly, professional, attentive staff. Outstanding brunch at Sixteen, the hotel restaurant. Great city views from the room, from the restaurant, the terrace, and the bar.
Having to pay an additional $70 to park my vehicle.
Within walking distance to Michigan Ave. Close to a lot of food places. Great employees. Great service!!
Broken toilet No hot water in shower, but it was in bath. Weird Very noisy AC and extremly noisy mini bar
I thought it was a little too expensive that's all
There's a reason you pay what you do to stay at the Trump, and it does not disappoint. It meets and, even exceeds all expectations!
Attentive staff and extremely clean facilities. Really felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
The only complaint is when I called ahead and mentioned we do not drink alcohol(code for I'm a recovering alcoholic) they said they would charge me to remove the alcohol from my room. This was after I emailed in advance...a little disheartening.
The staff, views, cleanliness
Food at rebate, pool
Service, kindnes,ready to help
The differences between bar, terrace....( you may not. keep your glass of champagne from the bar when you are going on The terrace. Not possible to have one of the special Wines 'in the inbar. The terrace is open when The sunset is away.
Location, very quiet hotel, hotel bar
location, wow-factor as you enter, bottle of water as part of turn down service, comfortable bed,TV, TV in bathroom, room-size, staff, helpful concierge, gym facilities, view.
cost, very little complimentary items for this price band, no lock on bathroom, wait time at lobby/ lobby very small for size of hotel, holes in bed linen, terrace availability/ hours very limited, very limited in-room coffee/tea/milk supply (i was unlucky enough to have some clothes go missing, presumably scooped up in the bed linen; no compensation offered).

I was made to feel welcome and valued. The staff at the desk were amazing. Everywhere we turned we were confronted with staff members of a single mind... to make our stay exceptional! It was! We will be back.
We had to leave.
The room itself was amazing, great view and incredibly comfortable. Concierge was incredibly helpful and service was great once we had actually gotten into our room. Location was also perfect being right off the mag mile with a great view for the city and the lake.
Our room was suppose to have been ready by 3 p.m. but we did not get to our room until around 5:30, after a nearly 2 hour wait (we had gotten to the hotel at 3:30). They did upgrade us to a larger suite, and promised another upgrade for our next visit, but the 2 hour long wait was absurd.
Room was great. Very clean and pretty. Bed was comfortable.
The TV in the mirror in the bathroom was not very good quality at all. The picture was bad on almost all channels.
The staff was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful.
Lack of a bath tub in our room.
I was given an upgrade not only to the 27th floor but to a river view on arrival. As my first stay I had complimentary drop off through the house car which was so wonderful and convenient and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. I loved every moment and Oh the suite with that view was absolutely fabulous!
My absolute only deep complaint was that the main elevators took forever but on checkout I was told that there were secondary elevators around the corner (that no one seemed to know about). As For a minor issue: I could hear the people next door whenever I used the second guest bathroom. That was mildly annoying.
Staff contacted me in advance to make sure they understood my needs and were prepared to provide anything. Every inch of the property is beautiful, clean and well-thought-out. It was easy to be there. The location was magnificent.
Nothing negative to report. It was wonderful.
Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We travel a lot, stayed in many hotels, this is by far the best experience we had.
The terrace wasn't open during our stay. It would also have been nice to go somewhere for a cocktail in the morning besides the breakfast buffet that has no nice views because the buffet tables were set up there. We ended up going to the hotel across the street, which was also beautiful.
Everything is just GREAT in this hotel ..
The work put in to make it a special wedding night
All is fine
I feel that it is a bit expensive
Bed mattress needs to be changed. Parking is too expensive. Too expensive
