excellent lay out of the room

I was hoping to go to the top floor but was later made aware that only lower 1/3rd of the building is hotel. rest of the building is private apartments

The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Housekeeping came around at about 10:00 at night wanting to know if we needed anything. This is a great idea but when you are traveling with young children 10:00 is a little late to be knocking on the door

Beautiful Hotel with fantastic service. The gym was magnificent, had everything. Pure luxury. Staff very helpful.

It was a great experience. I felt pampered which I love!! Great location for shopping, eating and running.

1) We like the design & decor in the room. 2) The bed is very comfortable. 3) The view is extraordinary. 4) The staffs in Conceige & reception are remarkablely friendly and helpful. The iPad design is a smart design especially for family like us. Ms. Ramsey is extraordinary helpful & friendly. The hotel should be proud to have her as a staff. She is the person to go the extra miles to make sure we are fine. 5) The bell personnels are also very friendly & professional.

Dining outlet - In my personal opinion, Trump should have more than dining outlet. I can't picture a formal & informal place blend together - Sixteen. I ordered my children's meal first to make sure the food can come first. But end up, the food arrived the same time as ours. My children were frustrated as they were so hungry. 2) There are NO place to hang towel in the washroom - I find it very inconvinent & no place to hide my cosmetic bags etc. 3) The housekeeping only gave 1 pillow when they setup my kids' sofa bed. They should know I have 2 boys - should be 2 sets.

Service is second to none. Also love the health club facility.rooms much larger than a typical downtown Chicago hotel.

Price. It's pretty expensive, but not a poor value if you don't mind paying for service.

The creature comforts were fantastic: the bed, the bathroom, the shower, the quiet, the windows, the turndown service, the view. The lounge had a fantastic and iconic view of chicago.

The wine was overpriced for what it was (we like wine). No bedside control for the curtains.

Everything ! The Spa the room service, the dining, the views, the staff, the pillows!!!! The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on even better than our own !!! If your looking to pamper yourself this is the place!!!

A couple of things I noticed. While having a masage it is very quite with low lights and when they use hot towels the doors slamed which took you from totaly relaxed to alert. That should be worked on. The masage was gret otherwise. The pricing for services listed in the room did not reflect the prices charged? Seems odd for a Hotel so about details.

Just about everything was good. Large rooms, very comfortable, great beds, free internet

expensive breakfast and the breakfast staff were too attentive - too quick to take away plates etc. Made for a very unrelaxing breakfast

Loved the view from the 20th floor, the room was amazing, staff was wonderful & very attentive!

This is our second time to stay at the Trump. Our expectations were exceeded, the care and attention to detail well places this as a 5* Hotel. We had a birthday celebration when there and the occasion was nicely marked and appreciated. Would love to stay again should the opportunity arise

The room was loud and vibrated at night from Air conditioner or something else.

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel all the time for business and pleasure. The service is top notch and I truly wish I could stay there on every trip that I was out of town. I love the special touch for kids as well! My two grandkids loved staying there and asked if we could go back for Christmas. Our last visit was a Thanksgving visit. I know that it is an expensive place to stay but for me, I will save me money and stay there. It is awesome!!!!!!

I just hate leaving. It makes me sad and I wish there were a few more restaurant choices.

The service was impeccable in all areas. No request was too small or too large, or questioned. I only stay at 5 star hotels when traveling. This is by far the best service I have ever encountered. Obviously, their training and standards are to be envied by all other competitors. I was inspired to make my own business up to these standards. It was definitely incomparable in all ways.

I liked everything about it. The rooms were beautiful, but not overdone. It was so comfortable you felt as though you were home.

Trump Tower is a great luxury hotel with stunning views of Chicago River, lake, downtown and in a prime position to explore the great City of Chicago. Its huge size makes it visible from most of the City. Staff were extremely friendly as you would expect from a luxury hotel of this kind.

The staff was amazing, service impeccable. We had a beautiful view and the location was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

The bathroom door did not have a lock and did not close well. It felt a little lacking in privacy. There was also a very small amount of dust on some of the furniture. But despite that, this place is top-notch in every way.
