We found the hotel to be very luxurious. We had endured a longish flight from Australia and by the time our heads touched the pillows we had been awake approximately 28 hours but I can tell you the bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a cloud. We just enjoyed the whole experience. We didn't like the fact that the hotel charges $19.95 per night for items such as a newspaper, the use of the shuttle etc. It's a bit outrageous when combined with the other taxes we had to pay. I wouldn't mind if I thought the staff were getting some of that money but I think not, it is only assisting Mr Trump's presidential campaign.

The size of the room. Resort Fee - which covered 2 small bottles of water - not sufficient, coffee and internet access. Requirement for $100 deposit per day, value rate rooms are located next to train line - the trains were very loud. Your site should make this known to avoid unhappy customers

I didn't like the bill after the weekend, there were costs that were not mentioned before checking in, so the price on booking.com was not correct. The hotel billed us all kinds of taxes, and resort fees, without havind said or mentioned before. The bill was raised about 25%- 30% on top of the price I booked the hotel for. I don't like these kind of 'marketing trucs'. When I book a hotel for a cretain price, I expect that to be the price.Still a wonderful hotel and gbreat experience, but the feeling that they try to cheat on you, leaves me uncomfortable with the hotel.

Beautiful, clean and exceptionally modern. Service was good. Expect Resort Fee (compulsory) of $20 a night which we did not know about from Booking.com website. It was charged to use pool or gym even if you did not touch facilities. Beware. All in-house food and buffet is very expensive compared to surrounding hotels. Do not expect to walk to strip distance too far.

Great food and service. Lovely fixtures and fittings throughout. Nice atmosphere. No casino. Fabulous view from 51st floor. Friendly, helpful people. Djt restaurant: well-presented quality food; attention to detail and liveliness of waiter Justin and another; and I loved the dining 'cubicles'. I really enjoyed the brief stay, and would highly recommend your hotel to anyone. (My son recommended it to me.) And I got to see Grand Canyon. It suited me fine. No negatives.

Excellent Hotel, very comfortable rooms. I managed to get a very competitive price - it was a special offer. The room was very clean, but the refrigerator was full of old products (including a pack of rotten strawberries). I called the reception - they offered to change the room (apparently the kitchen was not cleaned). But since I arrived 2 a.m. in the morning and was very tired after the transatlantic flight (I was staying for 1 night only at this Hotel) I aggreed to stay in the room but just asked for not be billed for any products found in the refrigerator. That was fine, no problems. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Fabulous hotel - the room was huge and had everything one needs and more. Charming staff and great location. Very nice if, like me, you are not a huge fan of the drinking/gambling/partying/smoking side of Vegas. This is an elegant hotel without the crazy drunk crowds of juvenile Bachelorette parties. Easy access to the Fashion Show mall and there was never a massive taxi queue. Can highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was handy and directly across from the shopping mall. Also the room we booked came with a late check out of 4pm which was helpful when we had to catch an afternoon flight. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we hadnt paid for the booking although it had been taken from our credit card some 6 months ago. The young girl at reception informed us that we were in the wrong and she was right and that we would have to pay again as we had no proof. After getting details of our statement and proving that we had in fact paid for our booking we were very disapointed in the staff that it took 4 days for them to rectify this situation through the sales team. The young girl at the front desk was very condesending towards us and made us look very stupid in front of other guests. We ended up being right and there had been a reservation system change over and all our details had not been processed since we have made the original booking. Also in the kitchenette it came with bowls, plates, knifes and forks and when I called room service to send me some spoons they charged me $3.00. Although this amount may seem petty we decided to question it since we hotel was supplying everything else and not spoons. We ended up being told that we should have rang house keeping for these items and that we should never have been charged in the first place. Not much consistency amongst the different areas of the hotel. Also if you are looking for some shade around the pool from the blistering Vegas heat then get in early and request an umbrella as there wasnt any shade or trees to cover up!

I started with a purchase that was $109.00 per night that ended up to be twice that, this part actually is more related to booking.com. There was not alot of things that I liked about my stay at Trump International Hotel. The front desk staff that I encountered were the most indifferent people in service business anywhere, I have ever seen. The carpet was stained and not clean at all. The doors close very noisy, so when you are in a room that has a shared foyer with another room, basically each guest has to open and close two very noisy doors at all hours of night. The house cleaning did not leave water bottles after the first day. There is a train that runs close to the hotel at night, and it blows its horn at 2:00 O'clock in the morning.

Fantastic room overlooking the strip. The cleanliness is outstanding and the size of the room, elevators, lobby and even hallways are very impressive. The staff bent over backwards to help us with any queries we had and the shuttle service to Caesars is a wonderful way to start any day in Vegas and the drivers are fantastic..Loved the fact that it was a non smoking, non casino as after a couple of hectic nights playing in Vegas, it was wonderful to walk into the lobby and catch the elevator to the room and crash..Well done to everyone and especially to the lovely young lady making omlettes to order at the buffet (at no extra cost ) She is a real gem..We will be back and thankyou Trump International...ps, we also were upgraded to a strip view with a small increase in cost

Room was spacious as the bathroom. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub and the sink in the room. The bed and pillows were very luxuriousa as wre the lighted closets. We enjoyed the decor and various pieces of art on the lighted shelves. I wish there had been a self-parking option. Valet parking is ok, but it means you have to be sure to get everything you need from the car before you let it go with the valet since you can't get to it on your own.

Impressive service.. Never been in a five star hotel so I can't compare it to others, anyway rooms are big, the bathroom is big like a kitchen and it includes even a lcd screen!. They open the door of the taxi when you arrive, that of the hotel, and everything recall luxury. First hotel for me where you have bottles of water in the room free of charge. Not only, by paying a little more you can have the strip view room (which is different from room with "city view"). Rooms very clean. I think it's a very impressive hotel. Reception very very kind, and finally you can have an hotel without a stupid and noisy casino' inside. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from the centre of the strip (almost a mile, and when I say the centre, I mean caesar palace position), so if you are not a nice walker you will need to take a taxi (8 dollars to go, and 8 to come back plus tips). Furthermore as you have already read in other reviews, half a mile of Trump there is a damned train station railway and everytime a long train approaches it it starts to beeeeeeeep!!!! So noisy! Even with double window glasses. Anyway, it depends by room position. Avoid cheaper rooms (city view), those facing the area opposite to the Strip road (like mine), cause you will avoid the noise and have a better view.

Big room, friendly personel Noisy room, it is near the highway and trains pass by from 6 AM honking every 15 minutes. When I arrived they didn't accept my creditcard, I had Euros with me but they didn't want to change them into dollars. I had to go to an ATM to withdraw 100 dollar for the deposit. The next day when I came back to my room to check out they had blocked my key and I had to wait 20 minutes before somebody from security and somekind of a manager came to open my room and persuade me not to leave the hotel before I paid the rest of the bill (44 dollars). Luckily I stayed only 1 night and I went to the Wynn hotel nextdoor where the accepted my creditcard without any problem. I find this hotel highly not recomended!

I had 49th floor, strip view. Bathroom great, 2nd entrance door with foyer keeps things quiet. Like the built-ins and shelving with vases, etc. Looks more homey and classy, not sterile. Pool was nice and quiet, good towels, good waitress service. Liked very much that there was not a casino, loud bars, etc. Like that I could visit casinos and come back to quiet times. Awesome shopping across the street. Not enough places to sit in lobby to wait on other friends coming downstairs. Computers were down to print boarding passes. Bartender made a very bad gin and tonic (even with Tanqueray gin - way too much tonic).

The absence of a casino. Large, comfortable room. Late check-out option. Very good staff. Good pool area. Non-smoking property. Good view of the strip from higher levels. Close to mall. Free shuttle to Caesar's. Smokers still managed to light up around the pool.

Hotel is beautiful and has all the finishes.rooms are very big and bathroom has an amazing jacuzzi bathtub. The hotel is not far but definaltey not in the hub of the strip. The strip is big and it is at one end away from all the attractions. Also the hotel is without a casino if you are a first time visitor I would recommend staying more central and with a casino for the experience.

If you are not interested in spending a lot of time in a casino this facility is an excellent choice. It is much quieter than casino resorts and there isn't the ever present smell of cigarette smoke. The staff of the hotel are very accomodating and proffessional. The facility is fairly new and very well kept. Very nice pool and gym. The pool-side cafe offers good food at reasonable prices. The stip is only a 5 minute walk away, but you do need to be carefull crossing the street in front of the hotel. The Trump offers a frequent free shuttle to the shops at either the Wynn or Ceasars Palace. A great choice for visitors who are more interested in shopping and taking in the sights and sounds of Vegas than they are in simply gambling. The lack of a crosswalk in front of the hotel needs to be addressed with the City.

When I made the reservation through Booking.com, I called to reconfirm my booking. The reservation staff was very rude, bad attitude and unprofessional. She made me feel that I was working for her, and I had to ask questions or give information accordingly to her convenient time. That she was not prepared to make a reservation or assist me in any kind of way. I had to give the information more then once, and at the end. I ended up not accomplishing a thing, due to her lack reservation knowledge and not wanting to assist or help in any kind of way.

The room was really excellent in terms of its size and facilities, and the staff were very helpful. We had a bad experience in that despite requesting no feather bedding due to an allergy these were still there and this caused an asthma attack. This was rectified, and it was attributed to Booking.com not passing on the information.
