I was totally surprised that it had a heated pool and outdoor hot tubs--I was able to swim the first weekend of December! Nice bathroom with double sinks and deep tub. Non-smoking. Great location--easy to walk to the Wynn/Encore casinos. |

The spa was lovely, nice and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The noise level at night made it difficult to get a good sleep due to trains and highway noise. There should not be a mandatory resort fee when we didn't use any of the items included in the fee, and at least day use of the spa should be included rather than charge another fee for that... |

Very nice hotel. Very clean and luxurious room. Incredable bathroom. No self-parking. Additionnal charge mandatory for coffee and other non significant details. One of the thing that made us choose this hotel, was the late chek-out offer (4h00 pm instead of 11h00 am). But we had to ask to have it upon our arrival and we had the unpleasant visit of the cleaning lady at 11h30am!!! |

Kitchen Maid didn't clean the room thorougly and didn't leave enough supplies. Coffee maker was not fixed even after a note was left. |

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels before and I would not classify this hotel as one. We stayed for 6 nights and not once did they change the sheets. We used the bubble bath once and it seemed it hadn't been cleaned in a long long time! The personal did not make us feel welcome, I felt the looked down on us?! Not very respectful! Our room had the view of the train rails, and every time the train passed (at least 2 a day, also in the middle of the night!) it honked it's horn for at least a minute, which woke us up frequently. All in All, we will not be staying at the Trump again. |

excellent value for the money, great location right next to a large mall, nice valet, very nice staff, housekeeper went above and beyond, bed was super comfortable. be sure to book a strip view for awesome views of the strip! i'm glad i did. |

Perfect - excellent accomodations room extremly dusty - service can be inconsistent (Slow valet parking - slow check in - room key had to be reprogrammed - parking valet cant find your ticket) however the staff make those little issues melt away - I recommend more training - more supervision |

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved the non-smoking, non-gaming aspect of this hotel. It was a nice repreive from the excitment of the strip. We moved here from another hotel which was the same number of stars but absolutely revolting, so to us the Trump was heaven. |

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Las Vegas strip, but still far enough away from the chaos to offer some respite. Excellent pool and large rooms with full kitchenette and a flat screen built into the bathroom mirror. Excellent weekend brunch value! Our mattress was uncomfortably soft, and even after it was changed due to our request, the replacement mattress was still too soft. It even took effort just to turn in bed! |

We stayed in the wonderful and gigantic Premium Suite in the 39th floor. Three TV's, enormous bathroom and specially amazing view to the strip. We arrived at night it was king of impressive with all the Vegas lights! The location is also good, only 5 minutes walking to the strip. The treatment of the staff could be more personal, we had the feeling that we were just one more couple in Vegas. The cleaning was not 100%, we had towels with holes and the couch was a little dirty. We complained the 2nd night but the towels were not changed and the cleaning continued the same. For the next time we are going to try an another hotel. |

It was one of the most comfortable hotels we´ve ever stayed in. Very spacious and very handy having your own kitchen facilities to make coffee and breakfast. It was not far from the main part of the strip - maybe 200 metres so good to walk off the alcohol! And also it was across the road from a big shopping centre with Saks, Marcus N etc... Also had a good pool area and food at the pool was reasonably priced. No real restaurant for dinner but that suited us fine. Gave us a chance to explore Vegas! Also we got to stay here at an average of $125 a night so it was awesome value for what we got! No |

The rooms were beautiful and roomy. The pool area was beautiful and very accomodating - nice food/drink selection at the pool bar. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The music at the pool was too loud. |

The quality/comfort of the bed and pillows. Lovely views. Good locality. We arrived at midnight, man at reception not welcoming. Young lady at conceirge, not hellpful either, next morning. We struct 2 dead beats in a row! The rest staff seemed friendly. |
