Kitchen facilities and bathroom.
Housekeeping, in-room dining
Genuine 5 star feel. Good size rooms. Large beds.
Process to get a new room key more complicated than it needs to be.
Staff is friendly, hotel and room as spacious.
The house keeping was terrible. We found bread under the best that is quite old. The daily housekeeping was not done well, the bathroom was not cleaned for 2 days in a role.
Location staff. Fast elevators
No utensils in kitchen
Luxory hotel without noisy casino. Excellent
Luxury room, Jacuzzi, and Comfortable bed.
There is a train noise, no heater, and no self parking.
batteries for the remote control for the bathroom tv were dead
Location and no smoking building
the bath tub!! AMAZING!! Tele in the mirror -in the bathroom.
No cutlery in the kitchen. We have to buy our own stuff. That was the only disappointment.
Staff was so helpful and pleasant, shuttle was a very nice perk!
At first I was disappointed there is no casino but then enjoyed the clean air!
A Perfect Place for comfort/ relaxation... The Superior King room & pool, fitness room a +10!
As a young couple celebrating 30th bday we would of liked a casino available, which their isnt any. Staff wasn't very inviting besides those who open the door for your entrance.
Large, comfortable, and clean rooms with wonderful amenities. (ie. Keurig, mini fridge, plenty of towels)
Valet took the packet of gum in my car. (I knew they took it because I had just bought it and left it in my rental car). Not a big deal being that it was just gum, but didn't like that they took it.
Overall it was a great stay. The proximity to the strip is good but it's not at the strip which makes it difficult to get cabs wtc. Also all recreation is so strip focussed that you feel you're missing out. However, if shopping interests you then you're just next to the mall. It's a very comfortable hotel without a casino. I like to holiday without thre crowds so for my husband and I it worked out well.
My husband & I loved everything about Trump International. This was our 1st trip to Vegas & we enjoyed our 1st wedding anniversary in style! Great hotel (the presence & decor), fantastic staff & Fashion Mall right across the street..Awesome!! In our minds, it will now be hard for other hotels to beat Trump International. :0)
Clean place no smoking or nose from strip, 2 min. from mall, great service for the fraction price.
Free shuttle to the strip, goodocation clean and good value for money
The hotel have great view and is very comfortable.
The concierge staffs are not very friendly.
Very well trained staff and very nice and clean room. The spa service is great but the facilities could be improved.
I've missed a sanitary spray hose. Also I requested a limousine pick up in the airport and the driver didn't show up. The hotel apologized but nothing was done about it.
Karen Restaurant Manager
I had a two hour wait to check in and was going to a rehearsal dinner and needed to get ready. While waiting in the bar/lounge I overheard many other guests talking stating they had been waiting a long time as well. After going to the front desk twice and the concierge which basically told me they could do nothing (extremely poor customer service at the concierge desk). I went back to the lounge and started making a phone call to get other reservations a manager from the restaurant overheard me on the phone and offered to assist. He came back with another manager named Karen who offered to get me in a room immediately and offered an upgrade. I have been to your hotel in Vegas 4 times now and have never had this issue. If it had not been for Karen and the other restaurant manager and I apologize as I cannot remember his name I would have never came back to Trump again!
That was incredible experience! Thanks!
Very clean. Rooms nice. Tub was huge!
Not much choice for restaurants in hotel.
Very spacious rooms Super friendly staff Not part of a casino meaning smoke free
beautiful hotel, great staff, good value.
long walk to get to places on strip, area at night did not feel safe, we were on the 44th floor but the train could be heard like it was next door. We did not get cellphone reception in the room.
I booked Trump because there is no casino. I like the grand spacious lobby. There are sitting area for you to wait that are cleverly hidden towards the guest lift making the hotel so peacefully grand.
Having to pay for resort fee of US$25 - exclude U$3 tax per night. The resort fee consist of only coffee/tea making and daily bottled water. In most hotel I stayed, coffee/tea making and bottled water are inclusive in the daily rated room rate. Looks like the hotel guests are paying the resort fee for The Trump Golfing Members.
Didn't know it when we booked the hotel, but no casino turned out to be a nice feature. No smoking was nice. Clean. Courteous staff.
Given the fact that the "Donald" portrays himself as "Pro American" I didn't feel that little details such as bath soaps and shampoo's made in Canada, demonstrated this.
