very clean and beautiful rooms
I love the space, the bed, the view and especially the master bathroom
They charged us 12 at the door for some cranberry juice could have went on our tab.
The hotel was beautiful the staff was amazing so tentative they all dress so nice we thought they all looked like management. The room was perfect with the best view. We loved that the room had a doorbell and his and hers closets. The bathroom was a perfect size with beautiful tub and a tv in the mirror my boyfriend loved that. it really made our stay. The only bad thing I could really say is that it's a little far from the center strip but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. We loved it. We felt like millionaires on a 21 year old budget.
Like I said only the distance from center strip. But still it wasn't even that bad.
Room was amazing
I wish I could have stayed longer.
everything was excellent
1- the 29$ a day spa services fee. It sould be included in the final price of the Rome before booking it not added when arriving. 2- no self parking only valet
Room was huge. Great view! Strong Wifi.
I really enjoyed that it was clean, quite, no smokers or gamblers. The staff was excellent right down to the doorman. The price was great also. We are looking forward to our next stay.
Our only concern was the service in the restaurant, it was about 30 minutes before we even got a glass of water. The food was great but the service sucked.
The entire staff was personable, helpful, and friendly. Room was lovely. Great view. Spa was sensational.
Trouble with wi-fi and phone connection which was unexpected given the rest of our experience.
Wifi was fickle from time to time. Being able to utilize the kitchen more so would have been a plus.
The luxurious comfort and atmosphere! The hairdresser was truly amazing, she made my bridal hairdo and other was beautiful.
Staff very friendly. Checkin/checkout was very fast
they don't seem to have a self parking area. In my case it was inconvenient because I had to get stuff from my car every day. The wifi wasn't working when we got there but they fixed it right away when I called
Good service Nice and clean room No smoking environment No Casinos Very good and efficient car valet service
Pool is too small for a hotel this size It supposed to be a hotel for families (no smoking + no casinos) but there are no facilities for children in the hotel The worst part was the proximity to the rail road which means we could hear every single train whistle load and clear in the middle of the night. Just to mention that we were on the 30th floor!
convenience to shops and very clean
wish they would have kitchen utensils etc in the actual room
I love the view from the room and the tv in the bathroom mirror!
The housekeepers didn't clean the bathtub after the first night we were there!
Everything was great just wish it was closer to the strip
That the hotel had no casino. Nice to get away, but close enough.
Amazing staff!! The valet gave us VIP parking!! Beautiful hotel!!
The Wi-Fi is not very good.
Luxious rooms and accommodations.
Continnential breakfast not included as with other hotels on our trip.
The rooms were nice, comfortable and well appointed
The restaurant was mediocre at best and charged me for things that were not had but didn't look at the bill til later - then they said sorry you signed it - also brought my 10 pound dog - who travels a lot and extremely well mannered - they tried to charge me $150 per night for a pet fee - which was never told at check in now at nor reservation time - the room itself was $90 beyond ridiculous and the Manager that looked like he hadn't been home for about two weeks was really kind of an ass
location and hotel staffs service
Our tv broak and we toled the front desk, and untill we left (1.5 days later) nobody came to fix it, allthough we asked again.
The staff was awesome, and professional.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out.
This trip was 5 days which is long for a Vegas trip. 3 days is usually more than enough on a trip like this, but with the comfort you get from the Trump you are relaxed and ready to go each day. The beds give you an awesome nights sleep and the room amenities keep you comfortable during your stay.
Wifi was slower on this trip than usual. Worked consistently just not zippy. Hotel was packed so that could be why...
An ordor in a room. The ordor was not removed during stay. Due to one of staffs' mistake, I paid the deposit of 1 more room which I did not reserved. And the hotel refunded the deposit a little bit late. After staying, I requested the refund to another card, but the hotel did not reply to my request.
Superb facilities. No smell of tobacco smoke like all the nearby casinos. Extremely comfortable. Whisper quiet rooms. Loved it all.
Seeing dogs in foyers. What is it with people taking pets into hotels?
