We liked just about everything. We've stayed at the Trump more than 10 times over the past five years. Each time we stay, the service improves.
Not a thing, except that the restaurant is a bit pricey. Don't know about the food because we have never eaten there.
Staff very pleasant and accommodating, I will stay again
Doesn't have casino, far away not on LV strip
EVERYTHING. FOOD, SPA, WORKOUT FACILITIES, POOL. ETC!!!
Fabulous big room, smart hotel, not as busy and full on as other hotels in the strip. I preferred the fact it didn't have a casino
Meals and drinks were expensive
The guy that helped with the breakfast bar.
Everything from checkin to checkout. Did not provide value for money.
Nice room, standard Vegas suite.
There is a train right behind the hotel and the horn woke me up several times each night. The hotel really needs to upgrade to soundproof glass with a location like that
the suite is very large! with great view outside, can see mountains and the city view both. luxury place. but hotel has high volume of customers, especially have to queue for check in! busy working staff, somestimes didnit pick up help calls.
We picked Trump because it has no casino and it's a smoke free hotel. Location was OK. Fashion show was steps away and the strip wasn't far.
Not all hotel staff were very friendly and I guess that's the norm in Vegas :) Our worst experience was the sofa bed which was not comfortable even to my kids.
Watch out for extra charges like resort fees. They even charge for a newspaper. A resort fee charge should be explicitly stated at the time of reservation. It was not, in my case. I had no time to use the facilities, and felt like this charge was nothing more than a money grab.
There were 11 people in our party, returning from California. This was the highlight of the trip. Finished it in grand style. The rooms were wonderful, and the staff couldn't have been more considerate.
Excellent service. Just off the strip. Room had amazing view. Everything was perfect
The accomodations were lovely and spacious. The shuttle between Wynn and Cesar's was also a real plus
The kitchen has no supplies unless you call the desk, which is a little inconvenient when you want to have a something quick in the late evening or early morning.
We really enjoyed our experience to the trump hotel the facilities we amazing. It was such a great quality. We would definitely come back!
On our very last day we ate breakfast in the hotel and the service was quite poor. We never saw our waitress she would not talk to us. It took 40 min for our eggs to come out and we had to flag a random server for out check. We informed the trump staff of the experience and they informed us the would fix the situation. This was a few days ago so we are still waiting to hear from them.
Bed cleanliness quality of service
Far from strip even they offer a shuttle you will have to have a taxi returning back. They should offer breakfast for free... No casino inside
What I really loved about this hotel was that right from the moment you walk in the front door, it smells amazing, unlike the smoky casino hotels on the strip. Trump Tower is gorgeous, well appointed, and extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and luxe bedding.
What I didn't like was when I called down to order coffee service in the morning and the staff told me it would be $9, then the bill comes with the coffee an hour after I ordered it showing a $15 charge including a delivery fee and added gratuity. Sneaky and slow room service.
There was a great deal to like about Trump. My one relatively major negative would be location. Although close to the hustle of the strip we felt we would have preferred being in the middle of it all.
The room had an excellent view of the Las Vegas strip. The cleanliness was amazing. Really enjoyed the TV in the bathroom mirror. Valet service was pretty quick about retrieving cars. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful.
No casino. No mall in the hotel. No bridge connecting to the very close Fashion Show mall right across the street. Could use some better items in the hotel gift shop. The food wasn't that great.
Beautiful bathroom and power tub Amazing views
Poor housekeeping: -dirt and dust everywhere -dirty carpets -bathroom toiletries not replaced -robe removed and not replaced -No utensils or pots etc in kitchen --which have to be requested from house-keeping ----together with the expected minimum $5.00 tips etc!
We were upgraded to pent house suite for my friends birthday! Then they even brought us champagne to celebrate. It was so thoughtful and really made the trip for us.
WiFi didn't connect for me . but that's OK I didn't even use my phone all weekend
Its location and the facilities were first class. Staff were most helpful.
No casino to walk through to get to your room. Free shuttle (every 8 min) to Wynn. Across the street from Mall. Very secure...2 door to get to room, show room key on weekends to get up elevator, etc. Very comfortable bed. Quiet.
Could be cleaner. Found a set of false eyelashes in the bathroom (one on the floor and one stuck to the front of the vanity.
Reconnecting wifi pretty often. Maybe like twice a day, but really no problem.
It was loud even on the 47th floor, heard trains and music all night
Everything. This is a fantastic, proper five star hotel in a great location next to the strip. More importantly no crowds of tourists traipsing around the lobby getting in the way as it is in every other hotel on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
The fact we had to leave
The bar area and restaurant a bit on poor standart
