No casino - very refreshing
Carpets were very dirty and workers not friendly.
Rugs in our room were dirty and the view was aweful. Taxi service was very expensive as your off the beaten track. Food was bad in the dining room.
The amenities. Small kitchen. Comfortable bed. Luxurious bathroom! Big hallways. Modern design. Looks like an expensive hotel! Feels like an expensive hotel! Valet parking! Walking distance to a very nice mall and the strip.
It is in the middle of nowhere
the Kitchen facilities is ecellent, and we can cook by ourselves.
Clean .no casino attached. Nice pool. Great room. Kitchen was a surprise bonus.
Limited shuttle service. No shuttle to convention center.
-The rooms are quite big -The bathroom has both shower and bathtub -There's no Casino on the ground floor, so you don't get lost on the way to your room -The pool is nice -The view (towards Stratosphere and Old Vegas) is nice -Decent price. -It's not on the Strip, but is not that far. You can take a 10 minutes walk.
-The Hotel is ~10 minutes of walking from the end of the Strip. If you go by foot, you either need to cross on the other side, or go trough the Mall. On the hotel side, the sidewalk ends at some point. -There was a problem with the reservation.Somehow, they got the full name from booking.com, but they wrote the whole name under First Name. So when we arrived, they said there is no room under that name. After 10 minutes we managed to figure out what is going on. -There were no slippers. A 5* hotel with no slippers? -They charged us for an adapter, even though we returned the adapter. Luckily I've noticed and wrote to the hotel to get the refund. -They skipped cleaning for one day. Apparently (another mixup) they believed we were leaving that day, so they did not bother to clean the room. As we did not leave, we had no fresh towels. -On the higher levels the Wifi connection is weak, you get disconnected a lot.
I reserved a king room and when I arrived there they gave me a suite. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are nice. My stay was in a weekend , but this hotel was a good value for the money. Pros: 1- Clean 2- Comfortable 3- Not expensive 4- Good location 5- Nice staff
There is a train crosses near by and it keeps using the horn , its very disturbing and annoying .
Everything here delighted us. The room was very beautiful, very nice modern decoration, bathroom was superb, everything extremely clean, best bed EVER, good wifi, free valet parking... The elevators are a true engineering wonder (it's like 60 floors but the elevators only took seconds to get to the upper floors, amazing). The price was surprisingly low for the fantastic stay we had. This hotel does not have a casino, which means no smoking allowed, which we liked very much (you can smoke on most other hotels in Vegas, non-smokers beware!).
The in-room kitchen was not equipped, you had to ask for it. There's only one restaurant in the hotel, I had hoped for more. Tried having breakfast there but my order was lost somewhere so I had to wait for 30+ minutes to get a simple order of pancakes. The location is not ideal since it is not exactly on the strip, but it's a quick 5 minute walk to it (you arrive at the Wynn, which is the uppermost part of the strip) and there's a shuttle service back and forth to the Wynn and to Caeser's Palace. Very small issues compared to the WONDERFUL stay we had. Highly recommend it.
This is my Favorite place to stay on the strip along with The Signature Hotel. Everything at this hotel is top of the line. Each staff member greets you with a smile, warmth and hospitality. It doesn't get much better than this.
-Friendly, helpful staff everywhere -Large room. Comfy beds and pillows. Huge, gorgeous bathroom w/TV in the mirror.
-No instructions for turning on stove. No dishes, silverware or cookware unless you ask. -Charge for a few minutes on guest center computer or printer.
Friendly staff, very clean
Very Noisy rooms, on 59th floor and constant outside noise led to interrupted sleep, especially the freight trains! Driveway of hotel very unorganized. Driver took to picking up and drop off on street to avoid the traffic jams in driveway.
Gorgeous room. Good quiet hotel away from the casinos and the action on the strip.
We were woken up every hour of the night by the train whistle. I specifically told the desk that we were arriving from 27 hours of flights and we wanted a quiet room. I was very disappointed that we were assigned a room facing the train. Those who recommended this hotel to us were placed on other side of the building so they did not know about the train.
everything was nicely decorated. the double bathroom in the suite was so well designed in addition to the first smaller bathroom at the main entrance-first hotel ive seen that... floor to ceiling windows made the room even better. great views with privacy and total natural sunlight.kitchen was very modern .design of suite was top notch
there was no coffee in the kitchen although i was told water and coffee were included in the stay.. it appeared the showers hot tub and bathroom floors were not cleaned thoughly. howevr the rest of the room appeared clean . room was a bit of a walk away from the elevator and it is a bit of a walk to get to the strip but cabs were easy enough to catch on the way back.
This hotel was great that it was not a casino and that it was away from the strip. If you'd like a breather, this is a great place to stay. The shuttle bus to the strip was reliable and easy. The room was comfortable and very spacious, Great view of the mountains!
Right near the train line, so even on the 50th floor we were still woken by passing trains at night. Not *so* terrible, but something to consider if you'd like a good night's sleep.
location, shuttle bus, fantastic bathroom, lovely lobby
Expensive food and drink especially breakfast.
location near mall, hotel room with kitchen, bathroom space is excellent. Clean room and nice view.
I would prefer selfpark, kitchen utensils should be available no need to request and bowls, glasses, spoon and fork should not be remove from the room even if they are used, replenish bathroom supplies like soap, shampoo n conditioner.
Service and the Room was not complete. But the price was also cheap so at the end. it was okay.
$100 Security Deposit for each day. It should be announced when making the reservation.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and well furnished. Like the contemporary decor. The beds were fabulous! The staff was very accommodating. Ask for view of strip and room on high floor. View is outstanding.
Desperately need a real coffee shop! The lobby coffee was unsatisfying and overpriced. There is limited seating/tables in the lobby to enjoy it. With so much commerce in Vegas, how can Trump miss this feature that almost all travelers crave upon awakening? I don't want to sit in a restaurant! I want my to-go made to order cafe mocha! Water pressure low in shower. No robes in the room.
The view from our room on the 51st floor, amazing. The pool area is great. The courtesy bus to Caesar's Palace was handy. Friendly staff at the check in area. No problem extending our check out time as we were leaving for the airport a couple of hours after.
There is a rule in place that the room does not carry crockery or cutlery yet they advertise the facilities. It took 5 phone calls to House keeping before we got enough, cups, bowls and spoons, they just did not listen for what we needed, we got loads of forks and coffee pods for the coffee maker but these were not required.
City view was nice: and being high was a plus because there is a railroad near Hotel. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen amenities would be plus for staying for a few more days than we did. Housekeeping quickly brought up extra towels and blankets missing from cabinet for sofa bed..Check-in was quick, and informative. Gave us adjoining rooms, which was very convenient as we had booked 2 rooms for a family event. Loved how the adjoining rooms are designed. Loved non-smoking!!!!! Not gamblers, so no casino was a plus. DJT was good for breakfast. We also had a low tire and the concierge brought up an air compressor and filled it for us before we left. Staff was very professional.Really enjoyed our stay!
Some details were missing: sheets and blankets for sofa bed missing from cabinet; (but Housekeeping quickly brought up blankest) teapot on small stove top only was in 1 of our 2 rooms: but if I was in my own room, would not have known that was available. Daughter thought that the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Bath could have been a little more detailed: I am picky about a clean bathroom.
Very Clean, great shuttle service, the best view of the strip. Great valet service. Close to Fashion Show Mall
Only 1 restaurant, kitchens did not have utensils (NV regulations).
Public areas Pool
Would've liked cooking utensils (pots/ pans) so I could use the kitchenette
