centrally located, walk-able distance to the strip, entrance to the Fashion Mall opposite hotel, clean and friendly staff.

Got a late check out. Airport shuttle was straight to the airport for 10 dollars each. Great views from room. Good service at pool side bar.

Couldn't get an early check in. Hotel is starting to show its age, will soon need a re-vamp.

Rooms were perfect. Staff was outstanding. Shuttle to the strip. Coffee in room. Location. Concierge. Airport shuttle. Pool staff.

The $25 resort fee that seemed to only get me bottled water. The over priced breakfast buffet and no ability to order pancakes a la carte.

I love this place.... not casino at lobby, fantastic design, clean, very welcome service... very close to strip... I would recommend to all stay at Trump

The hotel has a modern and luxury decor with very clean facilities .The room was impeccable,as a spa should be.The staff was amazing, cordial and friendly all the time.I got a very good deal on line, but still had a 5 stars service.I will definitely come back

Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Did not get the room we reserved. The pool is small, crowded, no umbrella and there was very loud music with lots of low frequencies... Too far from the strip.

The Room, The View

It took them four hours to bring me a remote to the tv after checking in to the room. They did not have one in the room , it was missing.

Paying a "resort fee" for things that are included in any moderate motel room rate, e.g. internet access, pool, newspaper (which we did not receive), etc.

The room was amazing. Very large, stylish and the bed...oh so comfortable. Loved that the room had a fridge, stove, tea kettle, coffee, bottled water and set-ups. Really made the stay enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The valet service was great, they knew how to give directions around town. The check in and check out experience was great...they helped us weight the luggage for the air port, walked us to the elevators as a new guest, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

There was nothing I didn't like, except that I could not stay longer. I will recommend Trump International Hotel as the top of the line business hotel and even as a great place to stay if visiting the city. Right on the Strip, right next to Fashion Show, and a perfect room.

First rate service and rooms. Shuttle and late check-out a definite plus. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. After being on the strip all day and half the night it was like entering an oasis to return to your room.

We had 3 rooms for 6 people and not one negative comment was uttered.

Room design. Amazing bathroom. Bed was super comfortable.

Woman at the front desk when we checked in, spoke extremely fast. She got an attitude when we asked her to repeat because she spoke too fast. It's our money and we water to know what was being taken out of our account.

The foyer is stunning, it was a 4 star hotel and not what we were expecting as we got a really good deal! Hotel staff service was fantastic. While the hotel is not located on the strip, it's not even a 10 min walk or there is a complimentary shuttle. There is a huge mall right across the road which you could wander through to the strip anyway. With a baby there was a stove and microwave and all that I needed to feed her.

Beautiful suite, comfortable bed, quiet heating and cooling, very nice refrigerator and cooking equipment, large bathroom. Resort fee is not too bad, because it covers many services, including very good internet, access to very nice pool and shuttle to strip.

Location is right next to railroad with trains blowing horns loudly during the night. Suites have double door system, which isolates noise from hallways, but amplifies noise from neighbor entering and leaving room due to shared hallway

Very lovely to stay in and so comfy.

Very disappointed that the complimentary services ie shuttle bus actually cost an additional 25$ per night. If they are complimentary they should be included in the price not added on.

The size of the suite. The lobby was very nice. We ate at the restaurant once and it was delicious.

First day out room wasn't cleaned. Second day tried room service in the morning, it took 45 mins and was cold, the eggs had a film over the yolk like they had been under the lights for too long. We filled the bath but didn't use it as we noticed a line of green/black scum around the water line. We couldn't access the movie channel. The atm only dispenses $300 a time and charges $4 to do so. For all its gold and gloss, its a bit of a let down for the price.

no casino, no smoke

Well my wife and I loved this place everything was great the place was beautiful......

The only thing that we did not like was that there was no casino.

The facility was appropriate for my trip. It was centarlly located, clean and confortable. I wanted to avoid the casino atmosphere and related noise.

Part of the package included WiFi.I was able to log onto the internet, I was not able to log onto the companies server, due to firewall restrictions at Trump. I was able to access my e mail by going off site.

The staff were friendly and the layout/finishes within the rooms were beautiful. The mirror in the bathroom even had a TV built in. When we told the staff about our negative experiences with the pull out and bathtub not being cleaned properly, they were amazing and took care of the situation. We were very impressed - they covered the cost of our night's stay.

Pull out couch where our daughter was going to sleep was so springy and hard that she ended up sleeping with us. The bathtub was full of hair and had not be cleaned properly.

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are big and luxurious. With kids is really ok because there is no casino. It is not located directly on the strip but it has a shuttle service or the fashion mall to walk through.

Everything looks great but service is far behind of a 5 stars hotel. It is really noisy with the train in the near and with the music of the swimmingpool.
