No casino, polite guestes. a home likely room, relax in the room. comfortable sofa. many facilities were not in work; for example: the button of "housekeeping service", the button was on inside room, but the light of the room was off. the time of the MP3 DOCK error, also i already adjusted. The TV will automatically turn to the main menu. And I call for housekeeping service about three times and 1 hour and no one come to my room |

Very professional service from the entire staff, and not crowded at check-in. The rooms are fairly new, and large. Although the hotel isn't that far from casinos, like the Wynn, the sidewalks are either non-existent, or too narrow. Walking to the strip is difficult. |

Beautiful, quiet, smoke free hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and met our needs and accomodated to us have an early flight out, by providing breakfast before regular kitchen hours. It was perfect walking distance from the noise and craziness of the casinos. Overall, best part the entire hotel is smoke free; it was a nice breath of fresh air after leaving the other smoke filled casinos and hotels. |

We stayed 22 days the resort fee of $15 day , everyday the staff forgot to do something ie leave new towels,toilet tissue,water,linen etc- very bad. No good! Housekeeping service very poor and location |

Large, modern rooms. Walking distance to both north and south Las Vegas. Across the street from Fashion Mall. Helpful staff. Overall a great place to stay for a R & R long weekend. Although hotel truly is a 5 stars, the devil is in the details. For example: we had a total of three mismatched glasses in a junior suite; towels were not always replaced (although there were always plenty), etc. |
