Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk    

We were really happy with the full kitchen and having a washer/dryer is a must for us on holidays. We loved the pool despite its size we always managed to get a good spot. We thought the location was ideal and close to everything. We also really liked that the hotel provided beach bags with towels, sunscreen and water. The staff service was excellent top notch employees.

We didn't like that you had to ask for dishwasher soap, laundry soap and tea towels/dish clothes. We never did get more tea towels so we ended up using hand towels from the bathroom. We definitely thought the rooms could have been cleaned better. There were sticky hand prints all over the sides of counters and food on the kitchen table which appeared to be from a small child and a lot of the dishes were dirty we had to run them through the dish washer before we used them. There were also no luggage racks in the rooms.

The interior design was perfect, the staff was so friendly, we loved the restaurants, the bed was really comfortable. Everything was perfect except the towel racks

They need to add towel racks to the bathroom. There is tons of room for them. We ended up with towels all over the floors cuz there was no where to hang them. Everything else was perfect.

It was pleasant to stay at Trump. Very comfortable hotel for a family trip.

the swimming pool is too small

We were upgraded on arrival and very grateful for this. it was very spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable etc & service was wonderful.

Breakfast, for the price we paid, we felt it should have offered more. We felt it was quite ordinary (unfortunately).

Not directly on the beach

The staff were very good indeed. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given a complementary upgrade which we appreciated. Also, we were given a late check out, at 6pm, free of charge which made a tremendous difference to our enjoyment of the stay.

The room was not serviced until late in the afternoon.

Excellent location, clean spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom design: shower stalls have neither door nor curtain. and you have water all over the bathroom floor. There is no pull-out string to dry a swimsuit.

I came for my bachelorette week with 6 of my girlfriends - this has honestly been one of my best hotel experiences ever, and I travel internationally year-round, so I probably spend about 6 months a year in hotels. From the minute we arrived at the hotel, the staff were so incredible all week, they remembered us, catered to our every need and answered our million questions. They helped us book rental cars, diving with turtles, restaurant reservations, and every touristic experience we wanted to try. Our room was amazing, with a gorgeous view and plenty of space (we booked the 2 bedroom + den ocean view suite). A massive thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Trump Waikiki, we'll all definitely be back in the future.

Excellent room layout with beautiful ocean view over the park. Kind and friendly manner of the hotel staff.

We stayed for 4 night on our honeymoon and was totally blown away by the place. The staff upgraded us upon arrival and they took care of everything from baggage to car rental, booked us all the top restaurants (nobu twice as well which was the best sushi ever). My first ever trump experience and the first of many. 100% and nobody gets that from me. Thanks again !!!! G&J uk

the swimming pool is little small.

Amazing service. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. The concierge was always able to answer our (many) questions and more than willing to book everything we required.

The only minor downside is that the pool is rather small and doesn't have much of a view, however the beach is very close so not much need for the pool anyway.

Friendly staff without being overbearing or fakely service oriented... Beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms great location - to all good eating places, alla moana etc... beach only 100 metres away ... fabulous views and friday night fireworks from the Hilton are visible from the 6th floor poolside restaurant

A perfectly located hotel, close to the beach & shopping arcade, away from the noise of vehicles, excellent ocean view.

Breakfast should be part of the package

There is a concierge which is a short guy having a black hair, looking like Hawaiian? or Philipino? He never smile and don't have a god personality. He often be at car area of the down stair. we are disappointed at his attitude. but one concierge, she is tall and such a beautiful. i saw her last year as well. she is awesome!!!
