Great value hotel in a good area. I was surprised how big the room was for the price and the hotel was very clean. The staff are very helpful & friendly. All in all a great value well run hotel. The area itself felt safe to me. The hotel is just a 10 min walk from Hollywood Vine Metro and 5 mins from Hollywood Blvd.

Everything, especially the staff, very friendly, helpful, amazing location, thx everything, try the new indian restaruant near here, amazing ! Love you !

I woudl recommend this hotel, very nice owner, very helpfull, the hotel is close to centre....I would stay here again :-)

Great location and staff

Small room

Location (a short walk to Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd). The owners (a family) are very friendly. Good shower.

Room carpet is very dirty, if you walk frequently barefoot your feet soles get black. I recommend the owners to have the carpets dry-washed once in a while. Also, the mattress is too soft, you wake up with backaches.

Small family Hotel, simple, clean and very friendly and Helpful people at the Hotel. Car park close by. Situation: Walking distance to Hollywood Bld. 2 min drive to Freeway which brings you very easely everywhere. I can recommand this hotel very much

The location to Hollywood Blvd is great for walking. No bums outside of the hotel when we came back at night. Small rooms but clean so perfect for a place to just rest your head. Great price for Hollywood!

Hotel manager was really friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel was a 5-10min walk from Graumans Theatre/wax museum on Hollywood Boulevard which was all we were there to see.

The shower wasn't the most powerful but it was hot and clean.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were comfortable and close to the Hollywood sights. There is an excellent cafe across the street. Great coffee and food! Parking was easy as well.

You can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. I think my stay was overpriced for the 1st 3 days.

Clean...staff friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean tidy and well kept. The staff were super helpful. The owner let me use his laptop to find the location of the Megabus stop as the cab driver didn't know where it was. Couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is a short walk from Hollywood Blvd.

Not alot around the hotel. A coffee shop and petrol stn.

Service sucked Bad smell Carpet was dirty Very small rooms Parking was horrible-had to park 2 blocks away with a $10 charge I could go on and on. I will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Helpful family run business. We were given a useful guide sheet with directions of nearby attractions. Rooms were comfortable with large windows and good curtains which open to great light. Fridge, coffee, ironing board/iron were available in the room including an extra foldaway table. The hotel is an older building which maintains charm and has character.

Pillow cases were worn thin so we had to use cases from extra available pillows to double up. Sink-toilet arrangement was awkward (sink was far too close to the toilet). Repaired crack in sink was visible and some stains on the shower ceiling and tub. Some wall parts had missing quarter- round pieces on the baseboards.

Clean comfortable room with everything you need. Family hotel, very friendly staff (they are the owners) helps with tours, advises. Perfect location of the hotel close to Hollywood Boulevard (5 min walk) and former Kodak cinema. It is possible to wash in the hotel. Nearby is a cozy cafe, where you can have fine breakfast. Strongly reccomend.

We loved the privacy. Very clean! Very nice furniture and decorations. Would definitely stay here again.

Loud at night, but we are in Hollywood. Drug selling outside, corner. Some homeless hanging out around hotel.
