the room was nice and clean with updated features.
I really disliked the location.
Should consider the use of security cards to operate lifts. Found a stranger loitering and putting leaflets through guests doors
Perfect location. Easy walking access to most of the Key features. Accessibility to food, theatre, and entertainment is awesome.
Location was convenient
Clean og comfortable Hotel. Far better than expected considering the price
I loved everything about it,the bathroom, the bed the view, every single thing. I just loved it and I'll definitely stay there again.
That it was so much for us to eat breakfast, and we have to pay that money for the parking.
The staff were so nice, accommodating and helpful.
Limited room service for food and beverage.
Modern, large and comfortable room. The location was perfect for my needs.
Unclear options at breakfast, e.g. a la carte, continental, or buffet resulting in a little confusion regarding the check. But it was quickly remedied.
Very nice hotel and helpful staff.
Location! Bed! Shower!
Room is really really small regarding the price! 17$ for a breakfast in New York seriously??
There were six of us, 2 adults, 2 teenage girls, and 2 younger girls. We had plenty of room and were never stepping on top of each other. The room was modern and very comfy. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Staff, room, bathroom, wifi all great.

Interior decorating Cool, modern, sleek design Unlike traditional stuffy hotel rooms Great bar in the lobby Really neat bathroom Huge bed
best hotel i've stayed in in a while
Nice large comfortable room. Clean and modern, good location, nice bar downstairs.
Gym needs some maintenance.
Bathroom was unclean on arrival, asked for it to be cleaned, was told it was but on return same state of filth. In room coffee maker was similarly filthy and in poor working order.
Cleanliness Staff customer service Aesthetic Small, quaint, accessible
NOISE. We could hear every footstep and voice of the other hotel guests around us. Unfortunately, I'm not sure the positives, which are plentiful, outweigh a lack of a good night's sleep after walking all day.
Room size good for NY - although did upgrade.
* Room service very late in the day. * Reception service very hit and miss - I asked about booking the airport transfer (morning of the day before) no one available - advised would be in contact; asked again in the afternoon - no one available. Asked the following morning to be told too late to book!!!! * Breakfast prices very expensive - no option to just have a light breakfast so was full buffet (at a price) or nothing. Not all breakfast options available either.
Awfully loud air conditioning, dirty floors, overpriced breakfast, poor room management (chinese family was given the same room as ours)
I had read a lot of reviews for this place and most came in true. I loved staying here, the staff were really friendly & accommodating. We were able to check in at 11:30am which was a great help. We were also given an extra hour checking out again which was really helpful both at no extra cost. We were able to store our bags for the whole day securely with a ticket to collect the items which gave me peace of mind. The beds are amazing. The rooms are lovely, hot water, nice shower. Good location, we walked all the time to & from the hotel & felt safe. Close to subway & close to Time Square. Didn't have anything to complain about - just a few thoughts.
Not anything that would put me off & I'd definitely stay again. You can hear the neighbours, we had kids next door/above us. A little dusty in the room. There was coffe & tea in rooms but no cups/sugar/spoons but we did get some from the bar downstairs. Films on demand cost $18 which I thought was extreme Again, nothing would put me off from staying here I really enjoyed my stay
Everything! Size of room, bathroom (whoever made the call to ditch the ratty tub that no-one uses and go with the spacious walk-in shower should receive a reward!), the view, the location, friendly staff, ample storage, comfy beds, cleanliness, the TV, the price!!
Drinking our champagne out of the paper cups supplied (but at least the paper cups are clean!)
Excellent bank for your buck. Very spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels in the area. The premium room worked out perfect for a family of 5, since limited hotels allow only 4 occupants max per room.
Size of room, two bathrooms, extra sink, location, wooden floors, bar area
This was one of a few hotel that could accommodate 6 and was close to Times Square Convenient and reasonable priced parking
